My partner and I just stayed here and it was absolutely fantastic. Check in was quick and simple, the lobby is very nice and well decorated. The service was incredible throughout from all with whom we interacted. Amalia was a delight to talk to and helped us book two different excursions, making, like our check in, the experience seamless. Many thanks to her. The room was lovely, with a nice balcony and plenty of refreshments in the fridge. Only minor inconvenience was our bed was two single beds pushed together rather than a double, but a minor issue. The room was tidy, spacious and a brilliant stay. The pool area was lovely as well, lots of tables snd good selection of drinks and pool snacks. The buffet/dining area was always busy and running very smoothly - the staff run a tight ship! Antonis was particularly pleasant in catering to us for some of our dinners. But they were all a delight! Absolutely would recommend this place, and it is only a minute walk from the beach and various supermarkets and gift shops. An easy recommendation to make.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mitis Petit Palais. My fiancé and I booked the stay for our birthdays - mine being while we were there. I even got complimentary cake and bottle of wine on the day of my birthday! From start to finish, everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the comfort, and above all, the people. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special mention to Stella, the waitress, and Alex, the barman — both went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality really stood out. I can’t recommend this place highly enough — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Thank you for a fantastic stay! The staff were all friendly and helpful, highlights being Marianne at Reception who booked an amazing restaurant for us on our last night with a view of the sunset, suitable for vegetarians, and also the pizza guy at the restaurant who cooked the most delicious pizzas with great enthusiasm. Great location within walking distance of the beach and the town. The hotel, pool, food and bar areas were all perfectly clean. They also kindly arranged a pack up lunch for us to take with us to the airport when we left. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you :)

People before everything else: I will start from the People that are behind this hotel and made our stay an unforgettable and lovely experience: the Team consisting of Aida, Marianthis, Iliana, Amalia, Zara, Maria, Ersi, Mike, Popi, Michael (the swimming pool lifeguard), Violetta, Tsampika, Konstantinos, Nektarios, Demian, Aldo, Fabiola, Anthonis and Apostolis made each one in their way our holidays as pleasant as possible and cuddled our small baby as if he were their own. Our small baby was 9 months old and this was his first holiday; yet everything went well 😊 Type of formula: We booked with the All Inclusive Formula which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Swimming Pool Bar, Indoor Bar and Sunbeds with umbrellas in the Western shore and towels that you can use both inside and outside of the hotel. Rooms: At a first sight you feel that the rooms need to be renewed but after the first day this feeling is taken over but the comforts that the room provides you with: good rigidity single materasses (I would replace single ones with a twin for double rooms though), A/C, baby cradle for free on request. Our room was with sea view and big balcony which allowed us to relax while our baby was sleeping in his cradle inside of the room. In the room we found more than the essentials: there were also 4 different cosmetics in the bathroom (body soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) Service: The level of service was top notch, any our request was met in the blink of an eye, no matter if I'm the room, at the restaurant, at the swimming pool or at the reception. We were treated as more than simple customers, we felt part of a family. The attention to small details was very high. Location: The location is quite comfortable especially if you do not want to rent a car because you have a very small baby: the old city is just 20 minutes on foot from the hotel and the beaches are at less than 10 minutes (there are two shores, the Western usually quite windy and the Eastern almost waveless, from which you can admire both sunrise and sunset). We thank also the restaurant Chef that cooked the food for our small one (both blended and plain meals) for both lunch and dinner. Thanks to him we had one less thing to think about for our baby. Eventually, a Thank You from the heart to all the Mitsis Petit Palace Team that made the first holiday of our small one unforgettable and happy. Lovely hotel and really lovely staff. All so very friendly and welcoming. Small pool area but managed to get sunbeds most days. Food was always really nice and hot. Good selection and tasty. Entertainment was great most evenings and was happy to stay at the hotel in the evenings. We went at the beginning of October and the clientele was mainly the older generation with not many younger people. Old and new town only a short walk away and close to the beach. Although there wasn't much at all at the beach which was surprising. No bars really and very quiet. If you want to walk along the beach and relax and have a cocktail this isn't the place. All in all the hotel was clean, good evening Entertainment, nice food and very welcoming polite staff.
