Spotted some negative reviews and nearly didn't book... I'm so glad, the place was perfect for the family, a good safe environment for the kids, very friendly staff, helpful, plenty of things to keep the kids occupied, all the pools were fantastic as well as the slides...food, snacks & drinks available all day. A good variety each day, you would never get hungry... the pool bar staff looked after me 👍. The night shows were very enjoyable to all. I will definitely be coming back next year!

1 week stay with family of 5 end of August. We all really enjoyed this holiday and hotel. Hotel facilities-pools, grounds and restaurant are excellent, very clean and within easy walking distance of the rooms. We loved that the kids could go and get snacks and ice creams around mealtimes and you could choose to have lunch at the pool snack bar (burgers, salads etc) or the full buffet from the restaurant. We got the free hotel bus to the beach and also the land train into Faliraki and coach to Rhodes one evening which was great and gave opportunity to explore without needing a car. It was the perfect setting for us with having both a baby plus a junior and teenager- having the fun water park pool onsite was useful as we could take the older kids there while baby napped. All of the hotel staff were welcoming and very good with our children - a special mention to the assistant manager, who assisted us on several occasions and really went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was a very good size-we had 2 full size bedrooms and it was quiet during core sleep times. Our bathoom could benefit from a slight update but useful it had a bath/shower and cleaned every day. We all really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again.

We had a great holiday at Cyprotel Faliraki. Pool is great with swim up bar and looks great. Animation team provide great entertainment, energy and vibe throughout the day with games and activities. The best night entertainment was when the animation team was involved! Great views and a nice waterpark on site too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with kids!
The hotel seems to have outgrown the facilities on site. The restaurant is quite large but gets extremely busy at breakfast and dinner. Especially during dinner there are often queues for the fresh pizzas etc. The reception can get very busy and the bars also get very busy, especially in the evening - the hotel could do with another bar area. The snack bar during the day is a good place to get food instead of the restaurant.
On the whole it is a really nice hotel/resort, very kind staff and great team behind it all. Special mention to Panagiotis, who is the lifeguard/first aider at the hotel! He takes what he does very seriously and managed to get me from limping badly to walking in 2 days! (Don't play football barefoot on the courts/pitch!) He is a great guy and is always looking out for everyone at the hotel and up for having a chat/laugh! Top man!

I visited this hotel for 7 days, and my overall experience was that this hotel was reasonable. The food that was served was decent, with their being freshly baked pizza each night and different types of meals each night. The downfall with the food was the breakfast, and lunch was the same each day, which can get a bit repetitive, not to mention the fizzy drinks was not your normal Fanta, coca cola, sprite etc they were replaced with off brand cola drinks which was not the greatest and we had to buy are own drinks at the mini market
The bedrooms was not the best with it being very plain and outdated, however we did get a king bed with our room and a nice view of the pool so if your not bothered about rooms this shouldn't bother you.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating with your needs and was happy to help.
The location of the hotel was a little put the way, but there are multiple transportation to take you, such as a coach that takes you into town and taxis.
One concern for me was the lack of accessibility for wheel chair users and people with prams, etc. As all the rooms only had stairs for access and very few rooms adjoined to the reception meaning if you didn't get one of these rooms you wouldn't of been able to get into your rooms due to the stairs.
And lastly the cleaning staff was not the best as it took them 4 days to change the bed sheets and onpy change the towels twice, not to mention they kept barging in at early hours in the morning wanting to clean the rooms and it wasn't really cleaning as the floor still felt dirty to walk on.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was not bad. I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, and hope that the managers of this hotel take into account people's reviews of their hotel ans try to improve in the areas necessary to make it a lot better for future customers.

The hotel however is a mixed review for us. The room was clean and tidy. There was a safe that was free to use, and the WiFi was free and usually reached our room. The beds were more comfy than we had expected, too. The shower was surpsingly powerful. There was a hairdryer and fridge too. The room does need a little maintenence though, just touches like one wardrobe door was broken, the toilet stopped flushing at one point and the curtains were a bit grubby too. However, the biggest issues with the room was thay the balcony was totally out of use because the air con unit is actually on the floor, so if you go on the balcony not only are you blasted with hot air from it, but it pours out water so the balcony was constantly flooded, this was even more frustrating when trying to dry towels out there only for them to fall on the floor and end up even wetter! The air con isn't great either but better than nothing.
The pool areas were a good size too but a few things let it down. The amount of rubbish around at times was unacceptable and the staff working around the pool (2 men and a child) were unpleasant, at one point calling the English guests 'scato ingelese' which made me feel really unwelcome, i know what that means and he didnt even care that we heard, this made me feel that this could be the view of all staff there. I wouldn't mind, we hadnt even left the rubbish he was cleaning up and never did we leave our mess for others to clean. They also were quite agressive when tidying around us, doing it in a way to suggest they wanted us to move on away from the pool. They also often put their own music preference over the pool speakers which wasn't to our taste at all, usually the likes of EMINEM which I find quite offensive and not great for kids.
The food each day was nice, the usual all inclusive really with a decent amount of variety overall. I wasnt able to drink any of the juices though as its just thay nasty powdered stuff mixed with water. The continental breakfast served from 10 is actually just the left overs from the morning hot breakfast, such as what ever pastries and ham/cheese was not eaten. The biggest issue I had was the unbearable noise levels in the restaurant area, particularly the young children full on screaming, every meal without fail and it really made me dread going. I'm not exaggerating here either, it's seriously loud in there so if you have any form of sensory difficulties around noise you do not want to go here. There is an outside section which could have been ok but we never managed to find a seat there. I have done plenty of all inclusive hotels in the past and never experienced noise like this before so I think it's just the way the room was built, it amplifies the sound maybe.
The bar areas served local beers and cocktails, however, the cocktails were made with the above mentioned nasty powdered stuff so we're not nice at all, if you like that though then you will be fine.
They offer excursions from a desk near reception, however if your able to walk down the road, there is a bus stop nearby that will take you to the same places for a fraction of the costs, I recommend this instead. Public transport is exceptional and cheap. Disregard Google for timetables because there is more than advertised so don't be put off when you look online and there isn't many options. The drivers are all very friendly and speak English, they take card payments for transport but cash is preferable as the card machines dont always work on the bus.
The hotel has great views and is located in a good destination close enough to Falraki and the beach (about 20 min walk) but not close enough to be disturbed by the night life. The hotel does put on a free shuttle bus to and from the beach 3 times a day which is very good.
The hotel for the most part is nicely maintained and everyone did look to be having a really good holiday but personally
I would not return to this hotel and would not class it as a 4 star, 3 yes.
