I went to Evita Bay Hotel in Sept 2023. I forgot to make a review back then but I really liked that place and I would recommend to everyone to try.
Great place for small babies. I went with my husband and my 2 babies of 11 months old. Very close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, clean rooms, goos service.
The cleaning lady saw that our babies sleep at around 12.00PM and she changed her schedule not to disturb. The manager was very nice and he assisted us with everything we asked.
Food was simple and good ( I didn’t give food from the hotel to the babies because we had special food for them but I saw other small babies eating there).
Not crowded and quiet. (Went in September, maybe during the summer it is more busy).

It's a 3 star hotel, hotel is clean ,and depending on which room you have is lovely, on arrival we were given a ground floor room, which was very spacious, with only 2 single beds and a single rail to put your clothes on,very poor ,but clean.when booking we asked, for a first or 2nd floor room.We went and asked the manager who was very helpful, and we were moved to a 2nd floor room which was lovely,
Disappointed with the food and the service during meal times ,out of a 11 night stay ,only on two occasions did we manage to get a drink with our food, you could help yourself to soft drinks ,but not wines or beers.
One simple thing like putting self service wones and beers would make a massive difference.
The hotel is under staffed, they work extremely hard ,but the service is poor, only because of the staffing levels.
Disappointed with the lobby bar arrangements because they kept running out of glasses, and then was using plastic throw away cups, again due to only one person, working behind the bar,he couldn't do it all.
Food was a poor selection, breakfast was good but did not cater for kids at all.
They can make a meal ,but just about,on some days.
But you wouldn't stave ,you can always make a meal up.
Overall, we would go back, but know what to expect.
They need more staff,a simple self service ,for basic wine and beer in the restaurant would be a massive improvement, and help out the staff tremendously.

The Manager of the hotel ist a very nice person who really cares about his guest. Every conversation was always very pleasant. The staff treats you completely differently and sometimes without respect or with different standards. The values of the hotel are unfortunately not carried by the staff. As a guest, you sometimes don't know how to behave. For example, all inclusive guests get a wristband. However, if you do not get one, you are not served and sent away. According to management, you only have to give your room number, but the staff does not accept this.

Excellent stay! The hotel staff very friendly, rooms have everything you need. I stayed in room 248 it was the perfect room with lovely view of the sea and the pools. The food was great served fresh everyday. I was never hungry. Overall amazing stay. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is great, clean, spacious, good food, staff are lovely, the standard of facilities is good.
The downside is, there are few English guests at the hotel and no entertainment either.
All good if you are German, Romanian or Polish.
Also-be aware you might get relocated. This happens often..
