Overall it was quite good. The rooms did have quite a few spots and stuff but that's just nit picky. The resort is in really close proximity to many beaches and activities such as mini golf. The best thing for me was the staff. Special thanks to bobby who truely made my holiday this month (July 2025 ) as well as Angel. They both made great effort to help my holiday be the best it could and are incredibly helpful, funny and kind.

Amazing Stay at Anavadia Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time at Anavadia Hotel on the beautiful island of Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch service – the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, authentic Greek cuisine that we looked forward to every day. You could really taste the quality and love put into every dish. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The entire hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off in the warm Greek sun. Everything was of the highest standard. A big thank you to Georgios and the lovely ladies at the reception – your kindness made our stay even more special. Warm greetings from Janek and Milena from Poland – we hope to come back soon!

Not a 4-Star Experience – Would Not Recommend We were very disappointed with our stay at this resort. The property does not reflect the photos or its 4-star rating. The room we were first given had no lighting along the paths leading to it, the sink sprayed water everywhere, and the shower flooded the floor. Power was lost on our first night and didn’t return for over 12 hours—no generator, no support. We were moved to a second room only to find the bed, pillows, and sheets full of bugs. When we raised this with reception, we were told “that’s nature,” and only offered clean sheets. Not acceptable. The restaurant hygiene was also questionable. Food was left uncovered, attracting flies, and the bread was often stale. One of the pools was green/cloudy in colour and clearly not maintained. The only positive was the manager, Nikitas, who was kind, apologetic, and offered us a better room. But by then, the damage had been done. This resort needs serious maintenance, and a more professional staff approach. I would not stay here again

The stay at the Anavadia Hotel was excellent. The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained. The hotel also has two swimming pools, surrounded by soft sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a bar, where all kinds of drinks were always available. The room was always tidy and clean, and the food in the restaurant was top-notch. Special thanks go to the extremely friendly and professional staff. Our legend was mr. Giorgios. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea. The beach is beautifully arranged and the sea is clean. Definitely, if we ever visit Rhodes again, we will stay at the Anavadia Hotel, so we recommend it to everyone. 10/10

Anavadia Hotel more like a 1* Let's just say before you get hoodwinked by the price of the holiday and the photos, this is not a 4* hotel as advertised by Love Holidays it's closer to a 1* This hotel is positioned close to a busy road, so if you like car noise and car and lorry fumes whilst trying to relax on a sunbed then this is for you! Arrival Day When we arrived very late evening the noise levels from the bar at 12.30 at night were ridiculous, so day two we were moved to a second room. Be sure if you are unfortunate enough to stay here, that you ask for a room away from the bar(I use that word in its loosest term). All rooms have ash trays, and all the rooms we were moved to had the smell of stale cigarettes, so if you are a non smoker like we are, this is really quite offensive. George was the only light in our stay as he tried to make the stay a little better and moved our rooms on two more occasions. He couldn't have tried more, but what is the saying about polishing a turd? Day two Moved to a new room. Returned from the beach to find air conditioning not working, so moved to a suite(again I use that in its loosest terms) but at least the air conditioning. The room had the stale smoke smell, the air conditioning unit stained yellow from previous smokers. The bathroom was filthy, mould around the shower cubicle, around the toilet, broken plug in the sink. Shower flooded the bathroom as water didn't drain away. Then to top it off the shower was not mixing hot and cold water so the water was scolding hot and could not be changed. So for two days we knelt in a bath and used a shower attachment to wash. Two days to fix, having been told by the maintenance there was nothing wrong with it, it was broken and a new unit had to be replaced. The food Let's just say, it was awful. We had to eat out every lunch and evening after our day of arrival. Poor selection, poor quality, not hot. We like to eat outside for the breakfast, again in the eating areas it wasn't non smoking, so if you want to eat breakfast and inhale smoke this is the place for you! The drinks Dreadful. All served in paper cups. Fizzy drinks were flat, as were all mixers. Cokes had no fizz and just tasted of thick syrups. You had to pay after 11pm, for the same poor drinks. Hardly all inclusive! Bar by dining area is filthy. The whole area hangs with the smell of cigarettes. All carbonated drinks are flat, just syrupy as they have not got the mix right with the soda, like drinking syrup, not refreshing at all. No fizz with the mixers. All served in cardboard cups(but cups say part plastic so not environmental at all. Asked for a prosecco, wouldn't give us that, bar manager said he'd have to ask the hotel manager, but they would do cocktails with prosecco in them...non sensical! This is not an all inclusive from a drinks perspective, the 'all inclusive' drinks stop at 11pm, after which you have to pay for the exact same poor quality spirits and non alcoholic drinks. Pool Bar Snacks are just left in open air, dried out and cold(see attached image). So if you're not there when the food is brought out, then help yourself to cold snacks, delightful! Pool Bar Pool cleanliness is awful, the water is murky and green, several guests I spoke to had got ear infections as a result of it. We took breakfast most mornings at around 7am, and there was never anyone out there cleaning the pools. The ladies in reception were rude when you raised issues. There were regular complaints with requests of room moves or about the quality of the food. The main manager(not George) was dismissive of complaints and just said make complaints to your operator on your return. When you get no support from loveholidays To summarise, don't waste your hard earnt money with a trip here. Poor accommodation, don't visit if you're a non smoker, drinks are terrible as is food, so we have paid for an all inclusive and not seen any of those benefits. This is NOT 4*, this would not even get a 2* with any reputable tour operator.
