It is not perfect by any means, however it was inexpensive destination and my expectations were exceeded. We were worried because of some last year reviews reporting stolen property. I don't think it's the issue anymore and safe box in the room is for free if anyone is still worried. We were assigned room next to the pool which was a huge plus. The room itself was clean and serviced every day. Food was simple but good quality, staff was extremely nice, dedicated and helpful- p.ex. we needed to switch one of the beds for bigger one and it was instant. Drinks not so good but on par with every other all inclusive hotel we've been to. Great views, good service and overall very good experience.

Fantastic hotel and the service from all the staff was amazing, especially George the hotel manager who was always offering his help and personally catering to a friend's food allergies. On his time off he also gave us a free lift into town as he didn't want us spending €10 on a taxi. The drinks were great, the food was nice and varied every day, and rooms were clean with a nice view of the mountains. No complaints at all!

Great Hotel Location Quieter area, a 15 minute stroll into main Kolymbia area, but a few nice wee shops & local bars round the corner, vasilis cafe is fantastic! And there’s a mini golf. Bus stop next to hotel for buses to all other popular areas. 50 minutes bud to Rhodes. The Hotel Room was a really good size, very clean. A great size balcony. Fantastic friendly staff! Very accommodating & good laugh. Both pool areas are great, although pool bar round back doesn’t open until June. Food Buffet style but a very good choice, every day for breakfast lunch & dinner was different. And quality of the food was excellent. After check out the hotel even let us use the facilities all day & our all inclusive until our pick up at night.

I just left the hotel today and I needed to write my recommendation. I am still suprised how dedicated, friendly and hard working staff was here. Here are a few opinions about food there, permanent breakfast menu is true, but for myself that was never a problem, you can easy find something that you would enjoy everytime, becouse there a plenty of options to choose from. At the lunch or dinner there was always something else served. I have never met such a friendly bartenders, I mean Goerge and Angel. The hotel was always clean and the stuff was anytime happy to help. The main hall manager was an extremely professional, open and hard-working person. I recommend that hotel and I had really awsome time there. Greetings from Poznań in Poland.

I’m not one to write reviews on anywhere I go but I just couldn’t not write one about this place. Actual hotel itself visually is nice, lovely views of the mountains and it’s clean However there’s lots of hidden extras And it does state on the website ‘no hidden charges’ If you’re looking for an all inclusive hotel this is not the one for you. I have been to many all inclusive hotels in my time and I have never came across one like this before Food is a buffet..okay that’s fine but it was the same thing near enough everyday for breakfast,lunch and dinner and the majority of the time it was the same thing for lunch & dinner which was very disappointing. And to be honest the choice of different foods is very minimal. Because it’s a buffet, it’s every man for themselves. If you don’t push your way through the queue YOU WILL NOT EAT. I have been brought up to not push in when queuing and to always keep in line but in the end if I didn’t push in me and my little sister would not eat and we would be starving until the next meal. Now you may be wondering surely you won’t be starving? There should be snacks on offer throughout the day? No there’s no snacks AT ALL. If you want anything you HAVE TO BUY IT from the extremely overpriced shop in the hotel (no hidden charges? Hmmm) you can’t even help yourself to an ice lolly or ice cream throughout the day because they literally padlock the freezer up! It’s mental! And as for the alcohol, although the bartender was very nice he couldn’t make a cocktail to save his life. And here’s another little hidden charge…some of the drinks you have to pay for them! They’re not all included !!! The hotel is near nothing at all and it’s about a 20-25 minute walk from kolymbia strip. Which is a horrible walk may I add. As for the rooms they were a nice size and clean. However! The wildlife gets in even if you keep all doors closed constantly! We had jumping spiders,beetles,ants and even a cricket get into our room And lastly, the day we arrived was when the heatwave happened. It was 48 degrees! The woman at the reception failed to tell us that the electricity in our room was not working so after a full day of travelling we couldn’t charge our phones but more importantly cool ourselves down with an aircon. So we complained and she rudely replied with ‘ I already told you there was no electricity’ SHE DID NOT TELL US if she did why would we go and complain? We’re not stupid? So then I asked her when will it be back on and she just shrugged her shoulders ?????? She then said to us that all electric in the hotel is gone which was an absolute lie because all the lights were on in the reception and I spoke to multiple other people and they had electric! It’s not an issue that they were having trouble with electricity it’s the fact that the receptionist didn’t tell us about it! I would not recommend this hotel it’s not really all inclusive
