So I've been a loyal Caesars Rewards patron for years. Always stay at Caesars properties using my rewards membership. Just left the strip last night after another not so great stay and decided to try The Palms. I have to say I think they have stolen me from Caesars Properties for good. Registration staff was excellent. Drink Service is also excellent. Rooms are great. I can lower the thermostat way down and cool off the room without an eco thermostat telling me I can't. It's not on a strip but the money im saving on not paying for parking I can get an Uber there and back if I want to.

Nice quick stay, great comps especially AYCE brunch, they serve crab legs and shrimp you can’t best the price and quality compared to other buffet in the strip. We will definitely come back next time! We’ll try the lobster night next time. Also they give away gifts for card holders.

We recently stayed at the Palms while in Vegas and had an amazing time!! The only thing I will say about the room was it was uncontrollably hot like we had the air on 50 and it read 85° I think that was most likely just an our room issue though. Very clean everyone was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely stay again!!

There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash or extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a coffee maker and no coffee, nor no water for the people in their rooms. The only good thing about staying there is the palms, was family friendly. The McDonald's was horrible. The worker burned the food, the buffet was too expensive. 300.00 for 4 people and a small variety of food. I won't stay there again. Sorry, yaamava in san Bernardino is way better. Except it is not family friendly.

The service inside the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is a little bit dated and in all honesty the rooms smell a little bit. The fact that they allow smoking inside the hotel makes for a smell in the lower floors. My hallway smelled a bit like sewage in my room smelled a bit like smoke. The restaurants inside the hotel were fantastic, and the steakhouse was second to none. The location is pretty far off strip, but the pricing is very affordable.
