Loved my stay here. The rooms were so clean! Housekeeping was always on the ball. The staff were all friendly and kind. The food is delicious & there’s so many options without ever leaving the building. The pool was beautiful and the drinks were yummy. The spa is immaculate. Incredible services & everything is spotless. The ladies working there are kind and make you feel very comfortable. It’s away from the strip enough to be quiet but close enough you could very easily get there in just a few minutes. The view is stunning from the top floors. My only complaint is the A/C doesn’t do a damn thing. Our room was never below 75° and it was pretty uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep.

This is one of the more generous casinos when it comes to earning free play. I played there for one night last month and this month I get $60 in free play ($30 twice per week) and $40 a week for dining credit. Also, if you get a chance try the brunch buffet they have. There's piles of fresh grilled steaks, crab legs, sushi, tamales...just all of the top end best foods ever. It's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it. The rooms are nice especially the palms place suites. I rented one and it was gorgeous and I had a blast. They have a nice food court selection I love earl of sandwich they make this pizza bread that is literally so delicious. It's my go to food whenever I go there. Overall this casino is well kept and the staff is friendly. It was renovated twice pretty much back to back so everything is relatively new and the selection of slots is always new and changing as new ones are released.

I stayed here about a week ago, and I was helped at the front desk by a man named Oscar. He was so sweet and understanding, very accommodating and extremely professional. He quickly checked me in, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me with a few recommendations for food inside the resort since I'm a very picky eater. It was my first time in Vegas so he also gave me a few tips about the city, all while being very respectful.
The resort is beautiful, I had never seen a casino before and it felt theme-park like. The room was very open and clean, the bathroom was good, but my favourite place has to be the front entrance, it's pretty majestic. Will definitely come back when I return to Vegas.

The bathroom had the previous guests hair stubble still on the sink and their were pieces of toilet paper on the floor. Service was pretty good. The pools were the best part about the experience. We loved the Dim Sum restaurant there. If it weren't for the unsightly restroom issues, I would be rating this 5-stars.

Amazing hotel! Elevators were super fast but made us feel a little sick. We got an Airbnb on the 38th floor, which was a really nice suite. There was a pool house and the tub was right next to the huge windows! The view of the strip at night was impeccable. The casino was also very nice! A lot of smoking, but still a nice area to play slots.
