We went for the buffet. It was great. Disappointed they didn't have prime rib. The servers are really attentive. Even took 2 of my plates that I hadn't finished eating yet. Overall it was good. My favorite was the lobster pasta that they make fresh, while you're standing in the line. Delicious 😋

Went to eat at AYCE buffet. This is the place for buffets in Vegas. No- its not like old Vegas with cheap buffets. There isn't any of those left. We paid about $150 for 3 of us. However- the food and service was amazing 👏 😋 As a local i appreciate a nice buffet once in a while and this buffet is a nice place to bring guests that come to visit. It's on the casino floor which makes it pretty convenient if you also plan on playing a bit. I was pretty happy because I decided to put a $20 in a machine right before going to the buffet & that machine gave me back $200 so it payed for the whole dinner. 🤭🎰 Restrooms are clean and parking was easy for me on that night. Cannot speak to that on every day/ night. The Palms is a pretty nice spot overall and highly recommended 👍

Had an awesome time here, rooms were nice and clean, great views along with an accessible location with plenty of parking. The casino downstairs did not have a high buy in to start, and was a blast mainly thanks to all the friendly, fun, and informative staff, dealers, and croupiers. Regrettably, I did not get to try the buffet, but it looked promising, and I will definitely stay at the palms again when I go back to Vegas!

The AYCE buffet was okay. The beef brisket was hard and the crab legs had no flavor, the butter was not real butter. My room was nice and big with comfortable bed. It smells clean as soon as I walked in. I was charged resort fee a $48 and there was no resort to enjoy. I didn’t see a fitness center and the pool was closed for winter.

I stayed at the Palms for a work trip because they were running a great Cyber deal. Since it’s off the Strip, I already expected to be a bit removed from the action. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were polite. I had a king room in the Fantasy Tower (prepare to show your key to security every time you enter 🤭). The room was clean with a nice view from the 11th floor. My biggest gripe was the in-room charges: there’s a Keurig, but using the provided pods triggers the minibar sensor and costs $3.25 per cup. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that charges for the coffee in your room 😭. Not the best dining options in the hotel but I ordered noodles from Send Noodles, which were surprisingly good, but there’s no usable fridge for leftovers since it’s entirely taken up by the minibar. Also, no complimentary movies, just regular TV unless you use your own apps. The highlight of my stay was the Serrano Vista Café. The morning bartender, Michael, was incredibly friendly, and the avocado toast was great. Overall, though, I probably wouldn’t stay at the Palms again. Between hidden fees, limited amenities, a lackluster dining selection, and being off the Strip, it just wasn’t worth it.
