Stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend for the Babyface concert. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The check-in was fast and easy considering it was a holiday weekend. The room was clean but needed some work. The hallway light was not working and the holders for the bodywash and shampoo had come off the wall so they were placed on a ledge in the shower. The toilet also did not flush well and we had to call for maintenance to come up with a plunger. The food options were decent but not many options to choose from outside the hotel since it’s not on the main strip. Overall, a decent stay and the concert was great.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Palms. We decided to renew our vows at the Til’ death Chapel and had over 18 guests stay there with us. This time we stayed in the ivory suite so we would have more space for all our guests to pre and post party. Pros: the vip check in for suites was nice. Jackie who is in charge of events was helpful when some guests had issues with confirmations and showing us around to take photos after the ceremony. The Chapel is cool, but very small and claustrophobic. Cons: they did zero personal accommodations for the bride and groom. When we traveled Asia for our Honeymoon a few years ago, every single hotel had flowers on the bed, a bottle of wine or champagne, and usually a personalized dessert congratulating us too. We didn’t even get a credit or anything for food - it didn’t matter at all that we were getting married and had all our guest stay there. We did have the security knock on our door late because our music was too loud (understandable) but then they gave us a hard time about how many people were in our room- isn’t that the point of getting a suite in Vegas?! We were just a bunch of parents excited for a few nights away from our kids- having the most tame party especially for Vegas 😂 pretty lame to get reprimanded and was a buzz kill. Pretty sure this will be my last visit 😕

We recently stayed at the Palms while in Vegas and had an amazing time!! The only thing I will say about the room was it was uncontrollably hot like we had the air on 50 and it read 85° I think that was most likely just an our room issue though. Very clean everyone was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely stay again!!

The service inside the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is a little bit dated and in all honesty the rooms smell a little bit. The fact that they allow smoking inside the hotel makes for a smell in the lower floors. My hallway smelled a bit like sewage in my room smelled a bit like smoke. The restaurants inside the hotel were fantastic, and the steakhouse was second to none. The location is pretty far off strip, but the pricing is very affordable.

We went for the buffet. It was great. Disappointed they didn't have prime rib. The servers are really attentive. Even took 2 of my plates that I hadn't finished eating yet. Overall it was good. My favorite was the lobster pasta that they make fresh, while you're standing in the line. Delicious 😋
