I decided to deduct a star for service due to a delay; I waited over an hour for the bellboy to bring my room key, and eventually had to retrieve it myself. However, I appreciate that they credited me with $25 for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the hotel is fantastic, with very clean rooms and an incredible view of the Strip. My room was well-equipped, featuring a safe and a fridge, which added to my overall experience.

The hotel 🏨 advertises free parking, which is a great perk — in theory. In practice, finding a free spot is a hassle. A modern red/green light system to indicate availability, like in newer garages, would be a smart upgrade 🚗❌✅. The self-service kiosk for check-in/out could be a game changer, but it lacks key info about guest entitlements. For example, we never learned about the free pool access 🤷🏼‍♂️. Plus, it couldn’t handle special characters in names, which led to mine being misspelled. At checkout, the kiosk repeatedly failed to recognize my ID 🪪, despite working just fine during check-in 🙄. Room furniture felt dated, and our dresser was broken. The toilet was leaking — not just wasteful 💸 but also environmentally careless. I reported it to housekeeping, but nothing changed during our stay, which left me feeling ignored. Another unpleasant surprise: we were repeatedly zapped by static electricity when touching door handles or elevator buttons ⚡. It became an annoying part of our daily routine and certainly didn’t make the stay feel any more comfortable. The bathroom was the one standout — looking quite luxurious. There were no breakfast options offered, which was another letdown. On the bright side, the elevators were efficient and never kept us waiting 🛗. Next time I’m in Las Vegas, I’ll be trying a different hotel. This one didn’t live up to expectations 😐.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Treasure Island in Las Vegas! The hotel is located right on the Strip, making it very convenient and close to everything. There’s a great sports bar, several good restaurants, and fun gaming machines like Big Wheel and Blackjack, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights was the free beer while playing, which added to the fun atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable, neat, and clean, making our stay even more pleasant. We visited during New Year’s, and the entire street was beautifully lit up with lights. The fireworks show was absolutely amazing and made our trip even more memorable. Treasure Island has definitely become one of our favorite places to stay in Vegas, and we would highly recommend it!

One of the few hotels on the Strip that doesn’t charge for parking, which is a big plus. The room itself felt quite outdated, though. I also noticed a strange odor on the hallway. While the condition of the room could definitely be improved, the customer service was great and made up for it. If you're looking for an affordable option in a great location, this could be a solid choice.

Perfectly fine place to stay on the strip. Nothing too fancy. It's definitely an older property but the room was nice and comfy. Shower was great especially for a hotel shower. Plenty of places to get food. The couple places we tried were nothing special but it was fine. I should have checked out Gilley's. I do love a good line dance. The free parking is great. It's the only place on the entire strip with free parking that you don't have to earn with a loyalty card. I hope they don't take this away. I'd definitely stay here again. It's not as fancy as other hotels but it's great for the price especially if you're going to something at the sphere
