The hotel location is really good and safe. Some staff were good and friendly while some were rude, so had a mixed experience. What I like the most is the complimentary baggage deposit service where you can keep your bags throughout the day even after checking out. This hotel is also a good location if you are looking to go for day trips since all the buses start from here. Rooms were clean as well.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean and maintained. Bed were comfortable. View from window was relatively good as hotel is tall but it is not right in front of the strip. Free parking for guest is the biggest perk. No microwave/refrigerator/water in our regular room but this is standard for most of Vegas hotels of this range. Casino was overall okay. Kiosk check in and check out by text was easy.

Honestly still one of the better casinos on the strip for the value. They offer truly free parking, no complicated validation process and they have some of the best table games in town. Their blackjack rules are exceptional with reasonably low limits, I will say floor staff here is a little bit rude but that seems to be the norm on the strip now unfortunately. No poker, no cheap baccarat. Definitely the place to stop if you don't have a hotel room and you need to hit the strip for the day.

I regularly cut through Treasure Island on my way home from work, and the place unfortunately always has a strong, unpleasant odor, but that’s not my main concern. Last night, I stopped at the bar to play some video poker and requested a beer and a shot, specifically saying I understood both couldn’t be comped. The bartender was uninterested in listening and instead tried to charge me $20 for the shot and comped me the beer. When I pointed out it made more sense to comp the cheaper drink, he abruptly said shots aren’t comped and then charged me $10.85 for the beer. The bar was practically empty, and his attitude was rude throughout. What really bothered me was how the bartender handled the check and the odd pricing. I pulled out $20s in anticipation, but his demeanor made me question whether he intended to pocket the cash. This experience made me feel unwelcome and taken advantage of. If you’re considering stopping by for a quick drink or some video poker, be prepared for poor service and confusing, inconsistent comp policies at the bar. The smell throughout the property is also an ongoing issue, frequently mentioned by others as well. This isn’t the level of hospitality or transparency you’d expect in Las Vegas.
