Enjoy a stay steeped in both history and luxury at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, located inside the Fremont Street Experience where you’ll find the world’s largest video screen. Take a dip in the lagoon-style swimming pool, which circles a 3-storey shark tank, with a covered waterslide going straight through the middle. Rooms are available in each of the 4 towers, with amenities including Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and marble bathtubs. The iconic ‘Strip’ can be reached via bus which stops right outside the property.

The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, though it lacked a personal touch. The location is fantastic, with everything you need just steps away. Be prepared for the smoky atmosphere in the casino, as many guests smoke inside, so you’ll likely catch a whiff of cigarettes. Unfortunately, the room service was disappointing—despite staying four nights and requesting daily cleaning, they only cleaned the room on the last day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but it wouldn't be my first choice if I return.

Had a great time. I do say the filtration system in the older hotels and casinos are not the best. But the service at the nugget from concierge to pool service to restaurant servers were all great, kind and helpful. Stayed for Halloween Definitely a fun time. Rush tower was a bit loud through the weekend, but convenient. Had a blast and good food. Looking forward to next year.

This is my second time staying at the golden nugget in 7 years and would recommend anyone looking to stay in Fremont street to do the same. The location is central to everything you need with a fantastic selection of food and drink options available inside and by far the most amazing pool experience I have had through the shark tank. Great steak places available and tasty cocktails available.

We stayed on the 14th floor, about 4 doors from the elevator. The room was a bit dated one of the bed mattresses was terrible, needed new one. The bathroom was a squeeze. But it had a safe, fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. Service was really good. The casino was great. I hit several big jackpots the first two days starting my day at 6am with an $800 jackpot and played the next 48hrs with even bigger jackpots. The cocktail waitresses were absolutely wonderful always wishing me luck and their service outstanding. They were courteous, helpful and just fantastic. The access to Fremont Street was so easy and everything we needed was right there. The Fremont casino with it's $19.99 steak and lobster dinner. Everything was great and memorable.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location if you’re looking to stay on Fremont Street! I was traveling with my father, who is on oxygen and also needs a cart. When we stayed in September at Treasure Island, they took care of everything for us! Not only did they greet you at the door - the bell desk did such an awesome job helping with my dad. Golden Nugget was such a terrible experience with their personal! Not friendly at all - did not help at all! They watched me struggle getting in and out of the hotel trying to get the scooter in (no handicap accessible buttons to open their doors. You get lost, pretty much find your way! The veterans deliver an oxygen concentrator and you have to bring it to and from your room! The hotel room - two TWIN beds!!! Mold in the bathroom tub, and no refrigerator! For the price you pay (same as on the strip) I expected more.
