I always read reviews before we book, so i will leave one. Apparently they use AI for ratings, because the room was horrible. I wish is could add pictures so you'd know I'm not over exaggerating. The tub was rusted, and has a rusted Crack along the top 6 inches or so. The drain was rusted and broken. The water handle to the shower was broken and I never was able to turn it completely off. They never replaced the body wash bottle and the soap scum where it should be, was disgusting. There was an unidentified drip under the skin. Looks like it was catsup, but it wasnt and i didnt investigate, No trash bags in the garbage cans and it took two of us to pull the chain to close the blind, and we were facing the road. We only had 3 hours so we didnt ask for a change of room, but I felt like I needed a shower after taken one. Oh... there is also an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom causing several flushes for paper. We couldnt figure out how the lights worked and just used our phone after turning off the primary light, to get On a good note, inspite of the location, the room was quiet, bed comfortable, carpeting and linen seemed clean. They have a nice casino and service was helpful at midnight. She was very polite. Over all, a filthy bathroom is unexceptable. Over all 2 out of 10. please see my second night review that was a 10 out of 10 experience.!! The following night we had chosen to stay again, as we had booked 3 nights and we were too tired to drive to LA. We explained to the desk clerk that we had issues with the first room, she helped us within minutes to change the room. This room was so much nicer. Very clean, still quiet and the staff was wonderful. The room was bigger than the last and most likely wasn't the room we paid for. So if you have problems. Tell the staff they are quick to accommodate. free parking and convinent to connecting trips to the grand canyon. I changed my ratings for location and staff as they were always helpful. I would recommend a stay here. Hopefully they will fix issues with the first room.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayed in the Gold tower, and we loved it. It is right next to Fremont. Where everything is happening, from shops to bands to other hotels to just great fun. We are going back and staying at the Golden Nugget. The prices are better than the other hotels. And the service and staff is excellent.

The room we stayed in was in the Gold Tower. We had a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The beds were comfy and clean. Although the bath tub needs replacing. The location of the hotel is perfect. You step outside and you are in the middle of the Fremont St experience. There is a Walgreens within walking distance. The hotel has room service and several restaurants. The pool is fun with a cool waterslide. The waterslide goes through a shark tank. You will go very fast! Early check in is available for a $20.00 fee. It is also all self check in kiosk. You can also check your luggage and come back later to check in if you dont want to pay the fee. Troy's nightclub is fun. You can reserve a table to sit out on the balcony that overlooks fremont street.

A great downtown 4* hotel in the famous old part of Las Vegas often know as Glitter Gulch on Freemont Street. Very worthy of the 4* and as good as the ones on the Strip.Rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaning is impeccable. It's right next to other famous Casinos and offers all the gaming facilities that Vegas is famous for. The area on a weekend is lively and they provide earplugs for late night music on Freemont St,but this is Vegas.Dining is cheaper than the other end of the strip but without the sacrifices and highly recommended.

We stayed on the 14th floor, about 4 doors from the elevator. The room was a bit dated one of the bed mattresses was terrible, needed new one. The bathroom was a squeeze. But it had a safe, fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. Service was really good. The casino was great. I hit several big jackpots the first two days starting my day at 6am with an $800 jackpot and played the next 48hrs with even bigger jackpots. The cocktail waitresses were absolutely wonderful always wishing me luck and their service outstanding. They were courteous, helpful and just fantastic. The access to Fremont Street was so easy and everything we needed was right there. The Fremont casino with it's $19.99 steak and lobster dinner. Everything was great and memorable.
