We loved pretty much everything about our stay at Planet hollywood! The location cannot be beat, rooms are spacious, quiet and comfy, lots of good food choices. There's an in room fridge, nice toiletries in the shower, and our view from the 37th floor was amazing!! Every staff member we encountered was really friendly & helpful. Took away one star from the room because all the pillows are way too squishy and soft, and the lighting is bad in the room, nowhere bright enough to put your makeup on. Other than that, everything was great

WOW. I was throughly impressed with Planet Hollywood. The rooms were amazing (jacuzzi tub??) and the hotel itself was beautiful. We spent most of our time in the casino (btw please add more of the older Penny slots. Those are my favorite) and it was very clean and well kept. There were clean ashtrays, and I almost never saw drinks still sitting out. We also went to two of the restaurants; (I had the best Kung Pao chicken at Cafe Hollywood, I highly recommend) there’s even a speakeasy Candy Bar! I am excited to come back and stay again.

The casino is nice. It's also very familuar. This used to be the Aladdin and the shopping area maintains so of the look. The casino is clean and well kept along with the restaurants, facilities and shopping. Regarding the shopping, the people pushing perfume, vacations and tickets are annoying at best. No matter how many times you say 'no thank you', they follow you and keep asking. I appreciate they have a job to do but we avoid shopping there because of it. Overall, we stay at a connected hotel and love the location!

This review is from our stay during Thanksgiving of 2025. I liked that this is in the middle of the Strip, easy access to the mall for getting supplies at ABC stores. The check in process was smooth, no complaints. It’s very easy and accessible to grab a rideshare as well as walk the Strip in both directions. I hated how you smell smoke everywhere you go, Vegas in general needs to change that. It wasn’t like that the first couple times I came to Vegas. The room itself wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. I like that the toilet is in a separate room in case one person has to use the shower or wash up. The bed was firm and clean. The chairs and the couch are not comfortable at all. When you sit in them, you can easily slide off. I remembered the couch at Park MGM being more comfortable. Prices seemed cheap until they added in the resort fees. That’s where they get you. Oh, I have to knock off another star because of the porter in the rideshare area. We had a porter watch our luggage, so that we could grab lunch before we headed to the airport. We gave him a tip. When we came back, the same porter gave us our luggage. However, his smile was gone and he seemed salty that we didn’t tip him again. We already gave him a generous tip the first time, and then he seemed greedy.

Great location on the heart of the strip, the service was ok for a busy hotel they should make up your room each day but if not just call reception and they will assist. They can offer late checkout subject to availability but at a cost of course. From a rooms perspective they are dated but spacious, the water pressure of the shower can be weak but at least plentiful hot water supply. The casino is good too lots of different machines. Would I stay here again? For the price I think it's good value but if it's your first time to Vegas I'd spend the bit extra and stay at a slightly more modern hotel.
