Tried to check in at 14:55 (check in time starts at 15:00) they immediately tried to charge with 30 USD early check in fee - for 5 min…. Otherwise hours waiting at check in line, the front desk is extremely understaffed, not a welcoming experience at all, unfriendly, burned out staff, you can see they don’t want to deal with guests at all. Booked a room with view and few amenities which is basic in other strip brands but here I paid extra (like minibar, tea maker, view) they gave me a really lowkey room, of course non of those amenities exist in the room. Called and Went to front desk to change the room. The manager told me there is no other room available and every amenities subject to availability -so why you charge extra money for that? The answer was: Its not our problem. Asked a small 10 USD compensation to spend in the casino, The answer was: We never compensate. The attitude of the front desk manager on the phone was shocking. They charge you money, but after the guest can not talk. The room was dirty, carpet had lot of burning from cigarette, in a non smoking room, dust, hair, dirt everywhere. This whole company is just a joke, not focusing on customers just squeezing every penny out of customers. Never again Caesars property. (Before this I stayed in MGM property, free early check in if your room available, check in in less than 5 min at anytime, friendly, welcoming staff, feel appreciated)

We stayed there 2 nights in Sep-25. We paid a reasonable price for this hotel (~180 $ for 2 queen beds room, in floor 37, including taxes and parking), so the value for money was very good. The room was nice and quiet (with view to the Sphere and the mountains-see the attached picture), and the location is very good. The hotel is above a mall, but with only fast food restaurants and with only one "regular" but not so good restaurant (named "Flights"). The self service parking is quite far from the elevators, so we had to first stop at the entrance to the hotel to take off the language, and then to park and walk to the hotel (you have to cross all the mall for that). The location is great - in the middle of the strip - in front of the Bellagio and close to the Paris hotel, so you can walk to all the big hotels around. We ate breakfast one time in the Mon Ami Gabi restaurant - close to the hotel (expensive but fine), and one time inside the hotel - in Hollywood Cafe (it was OK). There is a nice pool in the hotel, but we haven't used it. The room price includes only 2 Wifi users per room. If you want to swap one of the users - you should wait 24 hours !!! If you're not a gambler - you can visit the city for 2 nights - to get impressed from the hotel and atmosphere, and maybe to have a show. During the daytime it's better to travel to the parks around the city, to Hoover Dam and to lake Mead.

Considering the lower price, it was a good value. Room was large, bathroom huge, had shower with seperate tub and large counter area. Good, free Internet, but no access to streaming services like Netflix on the TV, but On Demand available. King size bed was comfortable, same with pillows. Lots of power outlets but most charging ports are the older hdmi style with only one C to C port in the room. Did have one wireless charger which was nice. Housekeepers missed our room once, probably because we came back at 4:00 pm and they were still working on our floor. Check in lines can be quite long around 10:00 am and 3:00 pm however we came in at 8:30 pm on a Friday and there was no line. Checkout via the kiosks is quick and easy and they did send an email to my daughter to check out online but I didn't get one, probably due to me booking through a travel agent.

I stayed at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino for a week while attending a conference, and overall had a very good experience. The location is fantastic—right on the Strip with plenty of restaurants both inside the hotel and within walking distance. There’s also a convenience store and a Starbucks on-site, which was really convenient. I stayed in a suite that was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The casino itself was okay—not the best in Vegas, but still enjoyable. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning.

I will never book this hotel ever again. We were put into a connecting room to a room of college students who played loud music and shouting and had loud conversation from early evening into late nights. I went to front desk to complain about the noise and explained that we had a bus tour booked that require us get up 4am next morning. The staff told me first thing, he cannot change room. after I insist he do something. he said he will send security , but he lied as I was waiting for security staff at the lobby and they did not show up. Then I reached out to a different staff demanded to talk to the manager. The manager showed up after 10 minutes. He said he will not send security staff until 11pm and it is Las Vegas. He indicated that we should suck it up, there is nothing they can do despite it was already 10pm. The Las Vegas noise ordinance indicates hotel should be responsible for provide guests quiet environment between 10pm-7am, especially when noice comes from a private room next to our hotel room. The staff knew many rooms are occupied by young college students, and yet they put us into a room connecting to one of those rooms , which has very poor sound insulation and room is the party room for those college students stayed at the same floor. We paid for expensive weekend nights at the hotel and we did not given a quiet room to rest!!! So if you are do sightseeing in Las Vegas. Do not stay at this hotel as you are expected to do not need good night sleep! The college students stayed for two nights , we ensured their party every evening pass 10pm!! Unbelievable!!!!! My Las Vegas experience is totally ruined by this hotel! Not mention that the hotel has at least 3 of out of 6 elevator out of service at south side, there is no staircase available! The management do not care about guest experiences at all! Worst hotel !
