Wow, what an incredible experience at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino! Being right on the main Strip, the location truly cannot be beaten – you're literally in the heart of all the action. From the vibrant atmosphere to the fantastic amenities, everything about my stay was top-notch. It was one of my absolute best experiences in Vegas, and I loved every minute of it. If you're looking for a lively, exciting, and unforgettable stay on the Strip, Planet Hollywood is definitely the place to be!!! 😎

Save your money and avoid the low-class experience of staying at Planet Hollywood. This place is a total disappointment from start to finish. 1. First and foremost, there’s no seating in the lobby. Not even a single chair. If you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t gamble, they’re stuck in the room with nothing to do. Super inconvenient and inconsiderate. 2. At the pool, you have to pay for shade. Yes, even for an umbrella. It’s outrageous and greedy. 3. There’s no water available anywhere in the hotel unless you’re actively gambling — then maybe you can get a glass. No water fountains, no dispensers, nothing. 4. The staff are rude and completely uninterested in helping. Zero customer service. It feels like you’re bothering them just by asking a simple question. 5. The rooms are bare bones. You get towels and that’s it. No slippers, no toothpaste, nothing. For the price they’re charging, it’s a joke. 6. Speaking of price — it’s ridiculously high. A shaded lounge spot at their ugly, overcrowded pool? $800. What planet are they on? Planet Hollywood is all hype and no hospitality. Look elsewhere — this place isn’t worth a fraction of what they charge.

Hospitality Ends at the Bar… I’m a paying guest at Planet Hollywood—staying at their hotel, dining at their restaurants, spending my money at their casino. I sit down at the bar, order a drink, and start playing the machine in front of me, like countless other patrons do in Vegas. Now, anyone who’s ever gambled knows the long-standing courtesy: if you’re actively playing, the drink is on the house. But not here. Not this time. The bartender tells me the drink isn’t comped yet and won’t be until they see a mysterious “green light” on their end. No explanation of how much I need to play. No ballpark amount. Just a vague reference to some arbitrary signal that only they can see. Fine—I keep playing. But what takes this from frustrating to downright insulting is that they refused to hand me the drink while I was playing. They left it sitting there like a prop out of my reach. I finally said, “If you’re not going to give it to me, just throw it away.” And to my surprise, they did. They would rather throw the drink in the trash than hand it to a paying hotel guest who is gambling at their bar. That’s not just bad service, it disrespectful and petty. It’s the kind of disrespect that turns a loyal guest into someone who never wants to step foot in your establishment again. I’ve been getting free drinks all day on the casino floor from cocktail servers who actually understand how to treat guests. But the bar? They treat you like you’re pulling a fast one over a $12 drink while you’re feeding $20 into their machines. Vegas is about hospitality. It’s about feeling welcomed. What I got was a lesson in how not to treat your customers—with arrogance, stinginess, and zero regard for the bigger picture. Planet Hollywood, do better. Or at least have the decency not to throw drinks away in front of your guests like you’re making a point. Because trust me—you are. And it’s the wrong one.

Not trying to be negative here but feel you should know if you’re spending lots of money. The beds are very hard and very outdated! Woke up with a bad stiff backache each and every day that wouldn’t even shake into the evening. So it was constant backache my whole vacation. The Toilet water ran and over flowed at the slightest and the sink faucet water ran the whole time and tub was so slick hasn’t been cleaned and oh to mention it’s super hot in the room. Could not get it cool and the weather was hoodie n jacket weather very nice!! Had to pay to get 2 hard water massages 2 days in a row and still didn’t help much. Sitting here at the airport and can barely get up to go to the restroom. Called and tried to get room changed and no one answered. I went down to desk service and they said there’s no rooms available. This is a good casino great location I loved everything except the room. Maybe get a suite if u stay here maybe the beds are better. Honest review.

My experience here was awful. The first room I was given was filthy; what looked like BBQ sauce on the walls and carpet, a hole in the bed frame, and hair all over the sheets. I was moved to another room, which was only slightly better. The bathroom had loud gurgling pipes, and one night the sink and shower clogged, leaving me to shower in standing water. The check-in process also felt like a scam. I was told the hotel was sold out the night before and that I couldn’t check in upon arrival, which I understood. But then I was offered early check-in for a fee if I came back at 11am. When I returned, so did a crowd of others who were told the same thing. It’s hard to believe that all previous guests checked out at the same time and that housekeeping had enough time to properly clean all those rooms before letting us in. The whole process felt like a money grab. Overall, not worth the money. I don’t recommend it. Read reviews, watch videos, and trust your gut like I wish I had.
