It was amazing! Great stay! The casino was a blast and everything was clean and well maintained. Great selections for nearby food and entertainment. The one critique we had was the pool was pay to play. The 12 chairs for non paying guests were gone within seconds and the cabanas were empty but wellllll out of what a reasonable person would spend.

We have stayed at many of the strip hotels but this is the first-time here. Unlike other hotels, planet Hollywood is well maintained. The hotel smells fresh and clean unlike others that have an old musty smell. The views of the strip from our room are great. Love watching sunsets from our room. We will be back.

We recently stayed at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of the Strip, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel itself has a fun, energetic vibe and a unique Hollywood theme that makes the whole place feel exciting and different from other resorts. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern with amazing views of the Strip. The beds were super comfortable, and the Hollywood memorabilia throughout the hotel added a fun touch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We loved the pool area — it was lively but not overcrowded, with great drink service and plenty of loungers. The casino was vibrant and had a good variety of table games and slots. Plus, being connected to the Miracle Mile Shops meant we had tons of great restaurants and stores just steps away. Overall, Planet Hollywood delivered a fantastic Vegas experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, centrally located, and energetic hotel on the Strip!

Paid for an upgraded room. The "upgraded" room's AC unit wouldn't cool the room below 74° no matter how low we set it. Our refrigerator in our "upgraded" room did not work. The hot water in said "upgraded" room was either non existent or I would literally have to turn on the shower or bath all the way to hot and after about 20 minutes it would turn to lukewarm...again...in the "upgraded" room. I'm so happy I was able to pay to upgrade to this room and pay $50/day resort fee for a hot room, non working AC and a dead refrigerator. That gives nothing but resort vibes to me. 🙄 I received no help from the front desk when I asked any of the above listed issues to be addressed. Floor service was absolutely terrible. Good luck getting a drink while gambling, even in the high limit rooms. It was so bad even a few of the table games dealers acknowledged how terrible the drink service was anymore. Planet Hollywood is the last place I'd ever stay again and Caesars in general hasn't gone downhill...they just fell off a cliff. I reached out to Planet Hollywood and received no response. So thank you Planet Hollywood and Caesars for letting me pay you more for less.

I have been visiting vegas for over 15 years and stayed at various hotels, Ph is always great! This king size bed was comfy and nice lounge chair. I did not ask for room upgrade, so view is facing east. The day before checkout, they offered me a comped night+ resort fees. That would have been a wednesday night stay. Checked in with caesars app and got room keys. There was a huge lineup sunday aug 10 at 4 pm. Pin up pizza is only $6 slice now, it was $9 last year 😁 I miss the old buffet downstairs, but thats the only bad thing about Ph. Location - middle of strip, cvs and walgreens a block away. Tip for the pool - The sun does not hit pools until 11 am. Also, they got rid of half the louge chairs, so you have to pay for a day bed. The gym was actually busy in the morning from 7 Am to 9 Am.
