The resort is very nice and the sea view is incredible. Rooms are average but they were clean and somehow match the typical old-fashioned wood style of Canary Islands. Food was decent for a mass turism buffet if you don't have high culinary expectations. Reception staff was very unfriendly, it should be more guest-oriented. However, it was overall a good stay experience thanks to the beautiful beaches close to the hotel and supermarkets available in the promenade area.

Don’t be fooled by the gorgeous photos and Instagram this hotel is not 4*, not close to the beach, has awful food and drinks and is in desperate need of an upgrade into the 21st century. I went for 3 nights and it was more than enough time to get a feel of what the hotel offers its guests. It’s over an hour away from the airport and a package holiday transfer can take over 2 hours. If you don’t like walking or waiting around then this hotel is not for you. Every time you visit reception you are left waiting or in a huge long queue but staff are very nice. The complex is huge and if your room is far away you have to walk a long way for meals, bars, pools etc. there are not enough sun loungers and they are all reserved by 10am (even out of season). If you want a pool towel it’s €10 to hire one in cash and the cash machine in the lobby will charge you €5. The drinks are weak and cheap on the all inclusive. The food is probably the worst I have ever experienced in an all inclusive hotel, we ate out after the first day as it is just inedible. Entertainment was awful. Says the beech is 400m away but it’s actually a good 20 minute walk. The air-con in our room was broken when we arrived but they sent someone to fix it by the time we returned that evening. The rooms are very dated but the cleaning was excellent and staff so helpful (and they have to be because the key cards to rooms stop working so often and they have to let people into rooms constantly). There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and you have to walk all the way to the restaurant for hot drinks in the morning or you can hire a kettle for €3 a day, which is ridiculous. I would never return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I was quite unsure what to expect because I read a lot of negative reviews of people paying reasonable prices and expect 4* hotel to be of 5*. Room for improvement: -buildings need some renovation, I am sure this was magical hotel 10 years back but now it started to show its age -some of the dishes in the evening menu could have been made tastier (such as sweet and sour pork for example) -more privacy on the balcony could be achieved by making partition between balconies bigger -AC in our room didn’t work well, fortunately it was enough to open the balcony door during the night for fresh air -refrigerator isn’t cooling as much as it should -no kettle in the room -I expected more and cuddlier cats 😂 Positives: +beautiful sea view at endless jandia beach was really something special and magical (worth the extra money) +the fact the hotel is so huge ( 568 rooms if im not mistaken) and so well kept is really something - it’s clean and the gardens around hotel are impressive, staff is working hard to make this happen +I liked the birds who hang out at the terrace they are beautiful and make place even more exotic and special +rooms are spacious, bathrooms as well +rooms are cleaned daily and it smells nice after that +vanity, dental and shaving kit available +very good paella served during dinner +loved the animation as well, cabaret night was great +beds are comfortable and had a good sleep +good attitude of the hotel towards flora and fauna +cats are well taken cared for, doing their own business and they dont get anywhere near shared indoor spaces nor restaurant Respect for doing such a big job and doing it well.

Just arrived home after 11 day stay, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and overall it’s really not that bad. Facilities are pretty good, food is varied but could do with being warmer but you certainly won’t starve as there’s plenty of options. Yes it’s true the rooms are dated but we were comfortable and it was clean. A face lift wouldn’t go amiss as it is pretty tired but it’s open all year round so to be expected. You get what you pay for and it ticked most of our boxes so overall we were satisfied.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024 and was desperate to go back and so stayed again in April 2025. There is a lovely feel about this hotel and its surrounding areas. The beach is a short walk across the road and Morro Jable's main strip is around a 10/15 min walk away. The food is amazing at the hotel, there are always lots of choices (my favourites were the crepes/pancakes at breakfast and the guacamole at the snack bar). Lovely seating area outside for during meal times and the snack bar is great if you want a snack during the day. The entertainment can be a hit or miss but the ABBA girls were great! This hotel resort is a great place to stay if you want a chilled out holiday. The first time I stayed I used the main pool and this time I upgraded to the royal level which was nicer as it was quieter and had an amazing view of the resort and the beach. I would recommend visitors to try the el buddha cafe at night time if you would like to stay out a little later as things shut relatively early in the hotel and at the main strip. It is lovely that the hotel allow a charity to come in and feed stray cats. It was so nice to see the same cats again this year and that they are happy living at the resort. The only negative thing I would say about the hotel is that the lights can be quite bright at the bars, in the canteen and when they turn on after the entertainment. I feel that dimmed lights would help to create a more chilled environment for people staying. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again!
