Fabulous for a relaxing but fun holiday in the sun surrounded by so many easy access bars, restaurants and shops of all types and easy to walk to. The music square is only 5 minute walk away with great atmoshere with the stage surrounded by eateries and bars without being rowdy. Our room was basic but clean, however could do with a refurb. Breakfast amazing. Best ever. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool warm, but we prefer a cool dip. No evening bar at hotel, but with so many so near, not really an issue. Perfect for 50+ age groups wanting a get away from it all relaxing holiday in the sun with a huge choice of evening entertainment of all types at close proximity. Hotel backs on to a small seafront too for a sea soothing view with a refreshing drink at one of the bars at lunchtime. We will definitely be back next year....like so many others we spoke to who have returned many times !

Nice room overlooking pool. Day 1, 2 and 3 i had air con issues- 24 hour liad nouse every 3 mins, then leaking all over the room. They eventually sorted it. Breakfast us very good selection, pool is warm. Cannot beat the location.

Excellent location. Clean room and amenities. I had a balcony on the street which was great for people watching in those idle moments. Reception were very helpful in amending a booking error I'd made. Would book again.

Nothing wrong as such with the hotel & rooms. Staff friendly. Breakfast excellent. Pool bar very good. 2 downsides though. Once pool bar closes about 6pm that's it there is nothing. No bar for you to grab a drink as you go out or come back to for a nightcap. Secondly the sunbed situation. Having to get up very early to claim a sunbed is crackers. Not helped by people from the adjoining hotel the Sol using this pool as theirs is cold and this one is heated.

Great central location, especially if being close to restaurants, shops, and the beach is your top priority. There is also a parking garage available for an extra fee, and the staff were always friendly and pleasant. However, the downside of the location is that it can get quite loud in the evenings, particularly if your room faces the main street. The hotel itself feels very dated: the furniture and bathroom clearly need renovation, the fridge didn’t work, and I even encountered a cockroach in the shower, which was not great. The gym is also very outdated and not really suitable for anyone who cares about a proper workout. Breakfast is okay but becomes repetitive. Overall, this didn’t feel like a four-star experience — more in line with a three-star hotel.
