A lovely welcome from the staff who are friendly, speak excellent English and have their name on their smart uniforms which is a really nice touch and very helpful. Our apartment number 116 was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool area was relaxing and the large, modern gym a welcome bonus. Unfortunately our door stopped locking but the next day it was repaired and a lovely note with a gift was left in the room. We really appreciated that. The team of staff really go the extra mile. Our holiday was wonderful and Buendia played a big part in that.

Fabulous stay in April with our 2 young boys. These apartments are well thought out and offer a great space for a family, with lovely views of the sea and in a convenient location to town. We had a terrace apartment with the door leading to the pool area which was perfect for us and the children. The pool area is just right with comfy loungers where you can watch the kids easily in the pool no matter which spot you choose. Gym well equipped. Everything is clean and well looked after. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good restaurants and activities in walking diatance High recommend.

Just finished our 10 day stay here. The apartments are very good. Everything you need, good condition and clean. All the facilities are clean. Staff are exceptional, very friendly, helpful and a good understanding of English. Any small issues we did have such as a socket not working was fixed within an hour. Special mention to Pablo the welcome loft manager who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. If you're looking for self catering accomodation in Corralejo I have no problem recommending here 😊

The staff here are so friendly and warm. The rooms are so well equipped to actually have a self catering holiday and you can tell that they have really thought about the user experience in every aspect of your stay. The only bad thing would be that the pools weren’t heated, but to be honest everything else more than made up for it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat we absolutely loved it.

Amazing holiday here the rooms are clean and well stocked with everything you need. Staff at reception were very welcoming and super helpful. Only down side we had was that the manager has put a stop on room extensions but they provided us with luggage room which was very secure and also let us have access to shower and fresh towels. Location was fantastic 5 mins walk into the town and 2 mins nearest walk to supermarket. We didn’t have to fight for a sunbed there were plenty but I can imagine if it was busy they this maybe an issue. Lifeguard was super helpful with parasols they were little tricky to open but he was straight there to lend hand. Food we had a few time at side of pool and it was amazing I don’t think the price was too bad for connivence. Drinks we found a little pricey to do all day but they were same price as everywhere. We found a euro mart next to supermarket and got 2 thermal bottles which we filled up everyday to take to pool. Loved this accommodation you can’t go wrong. We had roof top which great but only had 2 loungers (not the bed on the pictures) and we were family of 4 so didn’t really use roof in day only on evenings which was little disappointing. Yes there is no room cleaning for the week unless you pay but I think this is reasonable don’t be a tramp clean up after yourself and this isn’t an issue. You are provided with dish cloths, soap, very few dish washer tablets, and dust pan and brush to help even a mop but no cleaning products like anti-bac but they are cheap enough from supermarket. Would recommend this hotel for adults and older children not a lot of little ones.
