This is our second time here. We came last year for our son's birthday and came back because we had such an outstanding time. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean, the food is exceptional and the staff, particularly the animation team, make the whole experience spectacular. I would like to keep this place to myself and not advertise how great our it is but we would be doing the staff a disservice. From the cleaners to the receptionists and bar staff everybody goes out of their way to make you feel special. The animation team in particular made extraordinary efforts to elevate the overall experience. Thanks Julia, Reuben, Alex, Ivan, Julia B and ALL the bar staff you are all superstars! We'll be back next year and bringing more family. Thanks everyone and see you next year!

Everything was amazing, the food, the service (particularly youseff) and especially the animation team! They were amazing and looked after the kids and built such an amazing bond with the kids over the 11 days. Can't thank them enough... The entertainment every night was fantastic even for adults. The service at the bar was a hit or a miss. The service at the reception was excellent. The entertainment was good. I liked that there was 2 different places for entertainment every night. I would have preferred a dance floor at the lobby bar. Clara from Brazil was the best entertainment. Samu was great too.

We stayed at the Elba Sara Hotel in Fuerteventura for a week in October as a family of four, and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel effortless with friendly smiles, warm welcomes, and nothing ever too much trouble. The animation team were absolutely brilliant. They created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone, especially the kids. With a relatively small team of seven, they put on an incredible Lion King show that could easily have been professional quality. They were full of energy every day, great at encouraging the children to join in (without ever pushing them), and made the holiday really memorable. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. We loved that the buffet theme changed each day, so it never felt repetitive. Everything was well presented, fresh, and there were lots of options for both adults and children. The hotel itself was spotless, calm, and very family friendly. The pool area was clean and relaxed, and our room was comfortable with a lovely sea view. Even small touches, like the housekeeping staff tucking the children’s toys into bed, made it feel extra special. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to unwind with great people, great food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a relaxed, friendly holiday in Fuerteventura.

Arrived on new years day, after staying at Elba Royal last year. Lovely clean hotel, the entertainment team worked tirelessly, and were friendly, personable and full of energy. The children loved the team and kids club this is a sign of how welcome the team made them feel. My daughter described the team as fun, helpful, kind, friendly and amazing. Pepe was a firm favourite, especially with my 42 year old partner who was described as Pepes number 1 fan! Plenty of seating, including inside which were often being enjoyed by the hotel cats. Reception staff were helpful, and we were greeted with some sparkling wine on arrival. We had a seaview room which was great, buffet on the whole was OK, and drinks were plentiful. The italian restaurant was lovely. Would recommend a stay.
