Our second visit and we’re just happy to be here! Lovely view, big swimming pools, just in the beach of the ocean. On our first visit the room was better but this time we have a better view and we’re spending almost whole day outside so the age of the room not that meaningful. Of course everything could be better and better but it costs also a different price😏 So everybody who are unsatisfied should just to make the budget bigger to get the quality they need😌 If you’re in a good mood you will enjoy this hotel because it is has everything for joyful vacation!

This resort is really good for a break. The staff at reception were polite and helpful. The room was not the best but beds were fine and we had a small balcony too. The hot water wasn’t working on the first day and I showered with cold water but I approached a member of staff at reception and they fixed it immediately. So good and helpful. The food was amazing, lots of choices every day and the cakes and sweets were to die for. I went all inclusive, unlimited drinks and food and plenty of good choices. The beach was also great. Love a beachfront complex. The only thing that let us down was the wifi as it wasn’t working at all, probably because many people were using it. Overall it was an amazing holiday. I would recommend and I would definitely return.

Worst hotel experience ever! Food is disaster!!! I am shocked to see so many nice reviews here. Reality is very alarming. During out 1st day dinner waiter told my wife “fish here NOT GOOD HERE, do not eat clams” …OMG? !?! This hotel should not serve any food from and this dirty “ hell kitchen” should be shot down. Same day I have asked reception for clean pillows and blankets, because those we got in our room were NOT clean and smeling well…I got very surprising answer “ we are fully booked so I am sorry, we have no more pilllows…as soon somebody will Check out, we will give you pillows” Bathroom - dirty, mouldy Room furniture - old and demaged Bed - squeaky and not confortable - worst very small (low) pillows ever seen. Wi-Fi not working! All inclusive drink - bad joke! All made from cheapest 25% or less alcohol and non Natural fruit juices. Beach - nice but dirty because nobody cares Coffee - from machine taste very bad, so we have tried “Good coffee” in beach bar which cost is 1EUR, but result is more or less the same! Pools - nice, but allmost all sunbeds are “reserved” by towels by 7,30 - "NO reservation" signs were ignored and staff does not care. Room cards - fail almost every day. Rude receptionist kept telling me” It is your fault, because you can ´t have card near by your phone” of I am not having card in the same pocket as my phone and it fails anyway. I have never wrote so bad review about any hotel , but this time I had to. This hotel has potential and very nice exteriors. Now is better to close this place, renovate and start again...Fuerteventurte is amazng place, but rather find another hotel... Look at pictures and make your own opinion.

It is not easy to evaluate this hotel. There were both advantages and disadvantages of the place. Among positives one will find vigorous animation team (many thanks), friendly stuff and good layout of the facility. Negatives: drinks, low quality of some food, stuffy air in the canteen and people reserving sunbeds at 7 am.

Nice spot. Really enjoyed it. Hotel clean and well laid out. Food is good. A little it of a walk to get to the nearest restaurant, though not bad. Night entertainment is not great and takes away from the overall experience. Shame, because the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice place and worth a visit.
