This resort is really good for a break. The staff at reception were polite and helpful. The room was not the best but beds were fine and we had a small balcony too. The hot water wasn’t working on the first day and I showered with cold water but I approached a member of staff at reception and they fixed it immediately. So good and helpful. The food was amazing, lots of choices every day and the cakes and sweets were to die for. I went all inclusive, unlimited drinks and food and plenty of good choices. The beach was also great. Love a beachfront complex. The only thing that let us down was the wifi as it wasn’t working at all, probably because many people were using it. Overall it was an amazing holiday. I would recommend and I would definitely return.

Nice spot. Really enjoyed it. Hotel clean and well laid out. Food is good. A little it of a walk to get to the nearest restaurant, though not bad. Night entertainment is not great and takes away from the overall experience. Shame, because the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice place and worth a visit.

This is a beautiful relaxing hotel which is ideal for families. The night time entertainment is not the best for English speakers but the atmosphere makes up for it. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The location is in the south of the island which is around an hour's drive by car from the airport.

Fantastic place, weather fantastic. But the food was out of this world, we stayed all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner so much choice, I've never seen so much food. I was also on my keto diet 🙃 😅 Well last day I had to eat all the cakes, they were to die for . Cannot fault it. And no children that's a bonus. It was a little break away to heaven 😍 I will go back the first week of May is good weather. But still very warm in late 70s. Look out for the mere cats they are are so cute.

We are currently staying at this hotel.
Overall is a good hotel but not as good for having 4 stars.
Room dated but very clean. The staff is doing their best to make sure that room is clean and have enough towels. Our fridge doesn't work, so it this temperatures I'm struggling to have cold drinks.
Cockroaches are present!
Food- again, Overall food is good but not for fussy kids who missing to eat chicken nuggets. Almost same food everyday which sometimes make you to avoid much or dinner. I hate having same Deserts everyday! No Good Cofee! So, for those who loves to have coffee in the morning or evening, you will stay Hungry as the hotel doesn't have any nice and hot coffee
I'd happily pay for my coffee as long is there.
Swimming pools are paradise for kids ans adults. Clean, there is entertainment available too.
Beach next to the hotel is good except the rocks in the water, so if you want to enjoy swimming, get swimming boots. There one beach not far from the hotel that offers sand and no rocks. Worth visit Jandia , bus 25 min however if you plan to shop and enjoy the beaches better to take very 1st bus or rent a car as the last bus from Morro Jable to Costa calma is going back at 2.45.
I will return to Fuerteventura but not sure if choose the same hotel due to same food, Deserts and no good coffee, unless they change it before we fligh back .
