I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5. There are a few small shortcomings, but overall the atmosphere is wonderful and makes up for them. The greatest strength of this hotel is the people – the staff create a very friendly and welcoming environment. The reception staff, kitchen team, and bar employees are all very positive, kind, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about the guests and try their best to make the stay enjoyable. The food was decent, but not exceptional – I would rate it 3/5. There was enough variety, although some improvements could be made. Cleanliness was good, 4/5, with rooms and common areas well maintained. The hotel’s location is very good, especially for relaxing holidays and beach walks. I spent Christmas 2025 at this hotel and I am satisfied with my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the great atmosphere and the amazing staff.

Went for a week in December 2025. All inclusive. My unbiased review is, the hotel was clean, foyer lovely, room clean and was cleaned daily but it was quite basic but had everything we required. Grounds and pool area were lovely and also clean but my favourite part was the beach on the grounds, loved it. Resort itself not the best, very little to do in immediate area, not really geared up for brits. We were not keen on the all inclusive food in hotel. A lot of selection but food lukewarm at best most of the time and put us right off. Had to go out to source some hot food a few times. Noels up at commercial shopping centre, 20 min walk was nice, as was fuerte bar in same place, nice also. Went to Chinese restaurant at bahia shopping centre which was OK and well priced. You, ll find shops and 2 spar shops there for extra supplies. Cigarettes cheaper at airport so don't buy from shops or spar. Couple of clubs and bars up at bahia also but never went. Nicest beaches in this area but if you're looking for nightlife and more eating places this is not the place to go. I went just to switch off and great if you're a solo traveller looking to just blend in and chill then I would say yes it's OK. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would not return.

For context we are sisters aged 54 and 46, we paid £600 each for the week. We were very apprehensive about coming after reading some of the reviews! We came with an open mind and as long as we had the sun and a bed we would be ok. That said, we are having a lovely time! Yes, the rooms are very dated but they are spotlessly clean and the beds are comfy. We don't have a view, we look on to a garden. That has worked out better for us as it's very quiet. The staff we have had interaction with have been lovely (especially the young receptionist on Saturday night) The food is absolutely fine! Plenty of choice and lots of it. We don't drink spirits or cocktails but there is always a queue (5 or 6 people)for those. Usually only 1 or 2 members of staff serving. There are plenty of sunbeds around the resort. Those by the pool aren't the comfiest if you don't get a cushion (could do with more of these) The blue ones, great. There are plenty of toilets dotted about, just not signposted. Again, always clean. The local area is quite isolated. There is a chemist and a couple of shops about a 15/20 minute walk away. That's not the hotels fault! We came to relax and read so are not bothered by that. In short, for £600 would we return? Yes we would!

Very well located, friendly staff the room was good and clean, everything working fine. A bit of rubbish around the bar but I don’t think hotel should be blamed because of dirty guests. Always saw the staff working hard and trying to clean everything. Pool has a nice size, and have jacuzzi and sauna as well. The only downside for me was the entertainment team.

Last Exit

I came back yesterday, the room had loads of miniature ants in there, they only clean the rooms with water. The staff are very rude. Some of the bar tenders are certainly spiking the drinks in there, as I was speaking to a couple of people, 4 exact where one lady can handle the drinks and essentially, in her own words stated she couldn't remember anything that happen at all but has a hight tolerance, the 2nd person had the same expierance. They where having 2 drinks in there own words (could drink like a fish) and lost account of what happen the next day they were very ill not hungover unwell!! In there own words , 2 other cases that I cannot speak about. Number 2 its supposed to be all inclusive at 11 oclock untill 1 you have to pay for the drinks at the bar so its not all inclusive got a video to prove it. If your a young girl they will bring out trays full of drinks untill your totally intoxicated. I was speaking to a woman and the bar staff turned around very aggressively when i went up and told me she was his woman... so we started speaking and found out even more about there night and the dad and I come to a conclusion they are up to somthing at the night bar with young ladies or they do somthing to the drinks to distance the parents adults from the younger ones. To ..... we dont know exactly.. Im very unhappy at the services they dont have alot to do there its just a massive money making scheme.
