Just returned from a week all inclusive at Playa Park Zensation, fantastic hotel, lovely modern clean room, all staff friendly and helpful, buffet style food very varied and delicious, very well managed dining room with no queing or waiting for food to be replenished. Plenty of sunbeds, pool great, entertainment very good in the day and evening. Just one word of warning, Junior suites are lovely but are not Air conditioned, they have large ceiling fans, this is usually made clear on the description of hotel rooms. Would visit again.

We went with a big group of friends and had a blast! The place is great, the pool, the rooms, the food is good for a buffet. Mostly nice staff, and they helped us accommodate the big group (17 people) during lunch and dinner. The desserts are pretty bad though, and the schedule for the gym (10am-17pm) is very inconvenient, since those are the hours you want to spend making the most of the sun and water sports. It was a great week, but I think fixing those two things would make the place perfect.

The hotel has plenty rooms, apartments, offers one hot tub (jacuzzi) by the main pool and one of the roof top, 2 large swimming pools, one of them is an infinity pool. Both pools have bar where you can get refreshments and drinks. The hotel has a very stylish Spa and Gym too, in case if you opt to stay indoors and get relaxed. The food in their restaurant has a very big option, suitable for vegetarians too. Reasonably priced for the location and amenities offered! I had been attending here with my UK based Zumba Retreat group, and we all share these insights and feelings, we look forward to arrange another group holiday here and let their guests join to our programs for no charge!

Fantastic holiday. Lovely hotel and great staff. Food is excellent and in a great location. The only issue we had was the use of the rooftop infinity pool area. We booked a suite for the use of this area only to find that the other guests could use it too with certain options. Became very noisy and crowded at times. If I came back here again I'd book a standard room upgrade to premium all inclusive

Beautiful place and location. Great staff. Spa was amazing I was serviced by Fatima. Area is beautiful to explore and a 10-15min walk to the city centre. The only thing downside is some disgruntled old white Brits not wanting music or entertainment by the poolside, not wanting seasoning in their food and not wanting to see POC whilst they’re abroad in another man’s country. Other than that I would 100% recommend for solo, friends, couples and families. Make sure to get the all inclusive deal as value for money. Unlimited drinks and buffet with that.
