Some people will surely have complaints as the food or the hotel wasn't quite 4 stars. But for the price we paid, I could not fault this hotel in any way, and had a very pleasant staying. Clean rooms, friendly staff, a nice variety of food at all hours, entertainment, spa, gym, location....and all the rest. It was overall worth the price paid.

A perfect choice four our family of four. This hotel was well run and beautifully presented. The staff were polite and courteous. They were friendly and helpful and never stop! The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The food had a good variety and was tasty. The Italian restaurant was a nice touch too. The entertainment (Gino and Miren) was great fun and was aimed at all ages. Examples included shuffleboard, water polo, bowling, football. The acts that were bought in for evening entertainment were excellent too. Beds were comfy and showers were powerful. I had a massage too- Martina has magic hands- I would definitely recommend. No complaints at all, would thoroughly recommend.

In general hotel is very good, location is attractive, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are modern. However there are two significant disadvantages. 1. Food - level is unstable, there are delicious, really amazing dishes (restaurant level) but there are also some poor quality or simply not tasty. 2. SUNBEDS RESERVATION - this drove me crazy. At 8:30 vast majority of the sunbeds is already booked despite the fact that it is prohibited. Nobody executes this rule. That is the reason why I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Enclosed the photo of the pool view before the breakfast.

Me and my family stayed here for 9 days . We loved it here . Very safe for children and the staff are amazing . They opened up the restaurant so we could have breakfast as we had an early flight. Rooms are very clean , the children’s entertainer is very funny and works hard to entertain the children. Loved the Reggie man night and the tribute to Motown singers. The food selection is really good as well . I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a lovely holiday .

Had a fantastic seven day holiday here. Lovely condition and nice to have sunshine all day. Food was lovely and plenty of choice. Entertainment was very good as well. Staff very helpful. Thanks to all staff.
