Absolutely fabulous hotel! A real jem of a find. Food and drink is really good. Excellent value for money. Also the entertainment is by far one of the best weve experienced! Gino is amazing with kids and adults alike, and the music acts and other acts are truly all 5*! Also Samba is an amazing barmam, full of happiness and joy, we will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel (December-New Year's Eve-January) with my family and friends. The food was absolutely fantastic — I loved the variety offered each day, with different cuisines that kept every meal exciting. The staff were exceptional: always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything. The New Year's dining and entertainment were also well organized and I was positively surprised. Our room in the older building was excellent, with a stunning view. My only suggestion would be to consider adding air conditioning to rooms that don’t have it, as it could make summer stays even more comfortable.

Fantastic location with excellent facilities, beautiful very clean rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. So easy to walk to the beach or the shops in Corralejo. The rooftop infinity pool is an amazing feature with incredible views, and the spa is wonderful. The staff in the spa were so kind and patient when walking us through our treatments and the services available at the spa. The outdoor pools and balconies are well sheltered from the wind by the buildings. We liked that the hotel has a smaller capacity than the big resorts, it felt quieter and more private.

This hotel is excellent. The level of clenaless is top notch. The pool area is perfect for taking the sun with great sun beds and the surroundings are very good. We were staying for 3 days with breakfast and lunch included with our booking. The choice of food and the choice was top notch. We were also able to choose from an extensive range of drinks which was also included with your meal. The quality of the rooms was also excellent. We will be back again to stay here.

I stayed at Playa Park Club with my friend and mum for my hen, they were perfect. The staff were all lovely, there were activities all day throughout the day and there is evening entertainment which was also good. If you’re someone who wants more intense and busy entertainment, I would recommend going outside the hotel for this, but the location is perfect. The highlight of the stay was the room and food. All the food was lovely, labelled well and often cooked fresh in front of you. There was always plenty of options and really good for picky eaters (like myself). The room was amazing, we had a room where you could pull a slide door between us so it felt like two rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the room was really clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. I would definitely return to this hotel. It is perfect for families and couples. They had a rooftop adult only pool which was lovely, but we spent most our time by the main pool. We visited the spa and had a massage which was very good and the prices were reasonable for an in house hotel service. I cannot recommend this place enough.
