We stayed at this hotel for 15 days. The cleanliness is impeccable, our room was cleaned by Noemi, who was always extremely kind and thoughtful, making sure to clean while we were at breakfast, so we never had to wait. The staff are always very kind. We took advantage of the hotel spa twice for some exceptional massages! They asked us exactly what we wanted and recommended the most suitable massage for the second time (the bamboo massage). The masseuse, Dominika, was fantastic: very kind and highly skilled. She listened to my feedback and focused perfectly on all the right areas. The pain disappeared right after the massage session. Highly recommended to everyone!

We visited the spa for a massage, and I was treated by Izabella. Her work was excellent in every aspect. As I suffer from pronounced neck issues and significant tensions, a good and targeted treatment is especially important for me. Izabella immediately recognized my problems, responded precisely to my wishes, and demonstrated remarkable expertise in addressing my physical discomforts. The treatment was so convincing that I returned for a second session – and once again, her massage was outstanding. I can recommend Izabella without reservation: an exceptional therapist, truly 10/10. Furthermore, our room was always impeccably clean throughout our stay. Noemi prepared it perfectly each time, ensuring that we felt entirely comfortable at all time.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, and the surroundings are simply breathtaking. Every meal was a delight, and the staff were unbelievably friendly, always making us feel special. Waking up to the unforgettable views of the ocean and the sparkling azure water was like a dream. These were truly magical holidays — a place we already want to return to!

The hotel is spotless and comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The food was absolutely incredible - sea food, fish, pork, lamb, beef, cheese, sushi, fruits, and cakes. Every single bite was bursting with flavour! Kids had a blast too, with ice cream, slush, pizza, pasta, pancakes, and churros - they loved everything. Loved the themed dinners (Moroccan, Spanish, etc.) and the drinks - cava, beer, wine, juices, and cocktails. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Don't know how people can complain about this hotel or the staff. Just got back from a 9 night stay and thought everything was fabulous. Yes the rooms are bit dated but who goes on holiday to spend time in the room ? The bed and pillows were comfy and the sea view was lovely. There was a lot of choice in the restaurant. If anyone complains about the food then they must be ultra fussy. My hubby is a pescatarian and found plenty to eat. Staff were also friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stopped at, thank you
