I am currently staying in Block 9, one of the sea view double rooms, and I strongly advise against booking these.
Issues:
Unfortunately, the experience is in my personal opinion ruined by a newly opened bar (Hibar) directly below these rooms. Starting around 9 PM, the noise becomes overwhelming and continues until at least 11 -12 PM, making it impossible to sit on the balcony or relax. While the noise is inaudible with the door closed, the room gets pretty hot (27°C in the evening) because the air conditioning is not working. Opening the door is not an option due to the noise.
I requested a room change, and while the staff is very friendly, helpful and tried their best to help, no alternative sea view room was offered. This seems to be an issue with management rather than the staff’s willingness to assist.
Positives:
The hotel is beautiful, the food is surprisingly good, the staff are kind and attentive, and the overall standard of the rooms is decent. During the day, the sea view and peaceful setting are wonderful.
Conclusion:
While the hotel has many positive aspects, the current situation in Block 9 makes it impossible for me to recommend these rooms. For those who value quiet evenings or enjoy their balcony, I suggest avoiding sea view rooms here until the noise issue is addressed.

I came with my husband and child for vacation. We enjoyed the sea view. The resort is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful too. The food was excellent. The rooms are old the doors of the wooden cupboards were hard to open and close. No night robes and sandals provided in all inclusive package.
The big set back is their photo shoot, in which they mention it is FREE totally FREE but actually it’s not free and overpriced. Very disappointing! So guys click your own picture and don’t waste your time getting fooled by them.

Overall it was a great experience here.
The hotel itself and it's garden is breathtaking, so is the view on the beach located around 5 minutes south of the building.
The food was good - always fresh fruits and live cooking included.
Two things were not as expected, once the drinks, we are huge cocktail fans and were sadly not able to find a good cocktail here, all of them come from a machine and are simply not drinkable.
For the room we chose one with sea view (+~50€), the view was amazing, sadly the rooms were not. On our day of arrival we were told that we could enter it at 15:00, until 15:20 the room was not ready - a guy with a bucket of painting colour came out and told us that it would be ready. - He freshly painted the wall... A disgusting smell was in the room for the following 2 days. The bath was a bit dirty and we had no blankets provided.
Overall I would come here again but definitely wouldn't choose all inclusive again since the drinks are not worth the price.
TL;DR
Good food, Bad cocktails, beautiful view and hotel, dirty room.
Would come here again but not choose all inclusive.

Caution! Food safety!
The food at the hotel is terrible! Both my wife and I suffered from nausea and vomiting for two days after having breakfast in the restaurant. We asked for medical assistance but were directly sent to the private doctor of the hotel, who charges €120 only for consultation. Later we reported the food safety issue to the staff and were told that they will get back to us for further clarification. And now after half a month we did not hear anything from them. Horrible experience! If you do not want your holiday to end up with cramps in the stomach and endless vomiting, avoid this hotel!

CATS!!!!!!!CATS!!!!!!!!CATS!!!!!!!
I looked at the reviews of this hotel and no one mentioned that it is basically a cat sanctuary, that is the reason why i am putting this review on as i wish someone else had before i went.
The cats have their own tents everywhen on the grounds of the hotel, they wander around inside the hotel patio's reception and lounge area, unbelievably to me on the chairs and furnishings, which resulted in myself and others not sitting on any of the lounge chairs and sofas as obviously these are wild outdoor cats with who knows what on their fur
The hotel is very worn throughout, the food although some items were nice when freshly cooked the other items not so nice.
Outside of the hotel there is no lighting on at night so not so good for going for a walk.
This hotel is around 1hour and 10 min from Airport it costs around £100 each way for a taxi the shuttle bus is very hard to book (when i asked at hotel reception i was told they know nothing about a shuttle bus and to just get a taxi!) there is a local bus number 10 bus stop outside hotel but only runs a couple of times a day 8euros each way, however so busy you might not get on! or a number 1 which runs ever half an hour this goes to next town to Airport so you need to either get another bus or a taxi aroung 15euros
P.S if there is a taxi strike which does happen! then you will miss your flight****
