We stayed at this hotel for 15 days. The cleanliness is impeccable, our room was cleaned by Noemi, who was always extremely kind and thoughtful, making sure to clean while we were at breakfast, so we never had to wait. The staff are always very kind. We took advantage of the hotel spa twice for some exceptional massages! They asked us exactly what we wanted and recommended the most suitable massage for the second time (the bamboo massage). The masseuse, Dominika, was fantastic: very kind and highly skilled. She listened to my feedback and focused perfectly on all the right areas. The pain disappeared right after the massage session. Highly recommended to everyone!

Been at this hotel for 4 nights now and so far the experience has been poor for the price paid and being a 4 star hotel, the hotel is in need of a refurb and some upgrades, start with the good points staff are really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is good only a short walk away from most things in the evenings they put up a couple of little cocktail bars which we found to be a nice touch . Now the bad, firstly we arrived and find out the spa isn’t included in the hotel so don’t be fooled when booking the spa isn’t an extra and then we arrived to the room, tv extremely dated, remotes don’t match the tv so when pushing buttons other options like teletext which I didn’t even know was still a thing was coming up and then the bugs all in the room, mini spiders crawling all over the side into snacks and so on so after calling reception they sent a cleaner with bug spray so after not being able to breathe for halve hour due to the bug spray we could finally go to bed. The bed mattress is hard (okay if you like this ) and the aircon isn’t very good. Drinking water isn’t amazing bottles aren’t accessible and fridge isn’t refilled with water, fridge is warm . The pool area and inside the pool is missing tiles or cracked everywhere causing some rust and moss on the liner in the pool water,no atmosphere around the pool very quiet and not engaging. The buffet food can be hit or miss it’s not anything to rush for just standard buffet food but what makes it worse is that majority of it is cold so you have to use the microwave near the pizza oven, the variety of food doesn’t really change the breakfast is always the same with some variety at lunch and dinner. Hotel shop not always open but there is a spar at the rear of the hotel. Would not stay here again unfortunately.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, and the surroundings are simply breathtaking. Every meal was a delight, and the staff were unbelievably friendly, always making us feel special. Waking up to the unforgettable views of the ocean and the sparkling azure water was like a dream. These were truly magical holidays — a place we already want to return to!

Don't know how people can complain about this hotel or the staff. Just got back from a 9 night stay and thought everything was fabulous. Yes the rooms are bit dated but who goes on holiday to spend time in the room ? The bed and pillows were comfy and the sea view was lovely. There was a lot of choice in the restaurant. If anyone complains about the food then they must be ultra fussy. My hubby is a pescatarian and found plenty to eat. Staff were also friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stopped at, thank you

We had such a nice holiday in the hotel. Paid for all-inclusive which gives you everything you want... beach bar, snack bar all day along. Nice pools, lots of sunbeds... and if you want to be far from everything, just go down the golden sandy Jandia beach where you can relax by yourself. [The beach is huge] We wanted to say bye to "our" cleaner lady but she wasn't there on our last day, so.... thank you to her for caring for us for a week. Also, thank you to the spa ladies for the nice relaxing day.
