Great Stay, Great Service My stay at The Oaks Hotel was really pleasant. The rooms were nice and the overall service was solid. I’d like to give a special mention to Lydia, who works in the buffet area during breakfast. She’s the one who welcomes guests at the entrance and helps with seating. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to assist or bring drinks when needed. Lydia stood out for her calm, efficient manner and consistent kindness. It’s little things like that that make the experience smoother. Well done.

Our stay at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel allowed us to check in early without any issues and even gave us a free room upgrade to the top floor. The room was much larger than we expected and had two bathrooms – something I’ve never experienced at this price point before. Everything was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most was the breathtaking restaurant – I’ve truly never seen anything like it in my life. It was a stunning setting with an unforgettable atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of value for money, it’s hard to imagine finding anything better in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Incredibly good price for a lovely hotel experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with many amenities but just a little bit dated - they are doing renovations soon. The service is absolutely outstanding, with so many great staff such as Lydia who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The food is very good quality and even better value - I had breakfast each day and ordered room service at night. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced (even the room service!), and well presented. It was just a short taxi ride into the city and they offer a free shuttle to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. There were cheaper hotels but we booked Ibn Battuta Gate hotel since there were great reviews and we were travelling with a person with mobility issues. From entry to exit of our 4-night stay, every step of the checkin to breakfast to arranging wheelchair within the hotel...we had help which made it very comfortable for us. The rooms were fabulous and the breakfast buffet was excellent. While I didn't get the chance to visit the Ibn Battuta mall, which is right across the street, it was a missed opportunity I plan to remedy on my next visit. I look forward to staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel with our family! The breakfast was truly exceptional - sumptuous and hearty, it was the perfect way to start our day. Ideal for families, with ample space and activities for all ages. Friendly and attentive staff catering to our every need. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind. What impressed us most was the exceptional service, particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
