We just got back from our vacation in Turkey, and we are still in awe! Our stay at your hotel exceeded our expectations! Every evening was an incredible experience! We would like to express our gratitude to the animation team for their incredible energy and creativity. The pool parties and main stage performances were simply amazing! The music, the dancing, and the contests kept everyone, from children to adults, entertained and happy. Not a moment of boredom after sunset! The area is beautifully landscaped and clean.The comfortable sandy beach is not far from the room. The food is very varied and delicious! There was always something to choose from, even for the most picky guest. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, with a nice view. The staff was polite, helpful, and willing to assist with any questions. It's great that the mini club is so interested in children. The vacation was vibrant, full of activities, and very fun! If you enjoy outdoor activities, good music, dancing until you drop, and are looking for a place with really cool entertainment, this hotel is perfect for you! I especially recommend it to those who appreciate the work of talented animators – they are true masters of their craft!

My family and I had an absolutely incredible time at this holiday resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The variety of holiday programs and activities was outstanding – perfect for families who want to stay active and have fun together. We enjoyed Beach Volleyball, Darts, Archery, Table Tennis, Pool Fitness, and exciting Pool Games. There was always something fun to do, and we loved how the activities brought people together. Every evening was a highlight thanks to the amazing shows – from the spectacular Michael Jackson performance to Mamma Mia, the vibrant Turkish Night, breathtaking gymnastics shows, and more. The entertainment team did an outstanding job! We especially enjoyed dancing and relaxing to the sounds of the live music bands that played every night – such a great vibe for the whole family. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices for both adults and kids. Every meal felt like a celebration! But what made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Every single person we met – from reception to restaurant, entertainment to housekeeping – was genuinely friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. They made us feel welcome and cared for, and were always ready with a smile. Their warmth made our holiday unforgettable. This vacation was a wonderful experience for our entire family, and we’re already hoping to repeat it next year. A big thank you to everyone at the resort – you gave us memories we’ll cherish forever!

Just Returned – Mixed Experience We’ve just returned from our stay and while there were a few positives overall the experience fell short of expectations. The weather was fantastic, and both the beach and pier areas were excellent—definitely the highlights of our stay. However, the location is very isolated. There are no nearby shops or restaurants, so you're reliant on taxis to get to Belek and the hotel shop which of which is expensive compared to local shops. We were aware of this beforehand, but it’s still something to consider. The reception staff were generally unwelcoming and could benefit from some basic training in customer service and manners. In contrast, the entertainment team were friendly and did a good job of keeping guests engaged. As for the food, it was adequate but repetitive. A bit more variety would have gone a long way. One of the biggest frustrations was the sunbed situation. There simply aren’t enough in the right locations of sun all day (we don't like shade) and they’re crammed together with parasols etc that can’t be moved easily as the sun shifts. To make matters worse, guests were reserving beds early in the morning and often not using them for hours. Staff should enforce a policy to remove towels from unused beds—many other guests we spoke to shared this view. It's an issue that seriously impacts the experience and should be addressed. Another negative was the room air conditioning, we found the cooling not the best through night in the peak of summer. I could leave it on all night full speed and still wake up due to the heat. For a 5* hotel not good. We queried this with reception and were told it was the "demand on the system, busy period" no options to move rooms for potential better location. If you're a beachgoer, there are plenty of loungers available down by the shore, which might suit some visitors better. Overall, we won’t be returning. We’re frequent visitors to Turkey and thought we’d try a new location, but this one just wasn’t for us. There are far better value resorts along the southern coast—especially considering this hotel is not cheap. Genuinely surprised by all the high score reviews.

A perfect family holiday! Second time coming and it’s even better. The hotel is in a great location along with its own private beach. Multiple pools so always space to swim! The animation team are absolutely fantastic, huge shoutout to all the team. Staff are so friendly all throughout the hotel, would highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Total disappointment – not a 5-star hotel at all! Replay to hotel answer: During my stay, I went to the guest relations desk multiple times to raise serious concerns, including the lack of vegetarian options for my daughter — she had only one proper dish available to her during the entire holiday. I also reported that the air-conditioning in our room was broken, and mentioned that the so-called "premium" drinks were not actually available as promised. Despite voicing these issues in person, nothing was done to resolve them. Instead, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €50 for a bottle of Jack Daniel’s. It’s not that you didn’t know — you were informed, yet no effort was made to make things right. That’s why I wrote an honest review. It’s easy to speak about guest satisfaction, but real commitment is shown through action, not just words. I’m honestly shocked this place has over 14000 positive reviews on Google – they must be fake or heavily manipulated. This hotel is not 5 stars in any way. The reception staff were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times even rude. We had a broken air-conditioning unit in our room, and despite complaining multiple times, it wasn’t fixed for the entire six days of our stay. Unbearable in the heat! The food was poor quality – repetitive, bland, and definitely not what you'd expect from a so-called luxury hotel. As for drinks, forget anything premium. They only served cheap rum and bottom-shelf Russian vodka. No branded options, even when we asked. I booked this hotel because of the glowing reviews, thinking it would be a luxurious experience. Instead, it felt like a scam. The whole place is a complete misunderstanding of what a premium hotel should be. Avoid at all costs. You’ve been warned.
