We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the food was really good. Since we visited in winter, there wasn’t much to do outdoors, but it was the perfect time to relax. The kids especially enjoyed the mini club and the mini disco — a big thank you to Dila for taking such great care of them and making sure they had lots of fun. The weather wasn’t suitable for the beach, but we still had a wonderful family time enjoying the cosy atmosphere and Christmas vibes throughout the hotel. Overall, a great winter getaway!

I just got back from the hotel. What was good: * The room. It was in the far, third building, just as I requested — as quiet and peaceful as possible. The room was very clean; I walked around in bare feet and checked under the bed and sofa — no specks of dust! 😁 The mattress and pillow were comfortable. * Meals. There was a huge selection: fresh greens, fruits, vegetables, chicken, beef, fish, and seafood prepared in various ways. * The beach. It was clean, with plenty of sunbeds. You don’t need a card to get a towel, and there’s no limit on the number of towels. At the bar, instead of a water cooler, they had 0,5 l water bottles — maybe not the most eco‑friendly option, but it was convenient and hygienic for me. * The hotel itself. The lobby was aesthetic, the hotel grounds weren’t large but well‑maintained, with sofas placed all around. There are 35 cats living in the hotel, and a dedicated staff member looks after them together with a vet — that’s why all the cats are plump, beautiful, and look healthy, which is a pleasure to see. The Wi‑Fi connection was fast and worked both in the room and on the beach. Check‑out time is 11:00 according to the hotel rules, but they allowed me to extend it until 11:30. * Hotel guests. Mostly European pensioners, so it was quiet at night. What wasn’t so good: * Sticky cutlery in the dining area. * Waiters ignored me and didn’t come over to offer drinks. I might have thought they were busy, but different waiters came over several times to people sitting at nearby tables — they just ignored me. I don’t know if it was because I was travelling alone or because I’m not a German pensioner 😁😁. Whatever the reason, it was unpleasant.

This is a wonderful hotel. The facilities are a great standard and clean. The staff are really friendly and a particular waiter Yilmaz🍸🍺 has made our experience amazing. He is friendly and extremely helpful. He works so hard and goes above and beyond to make our holiday delightful. He is an asset to the hotel and to the Limak Team. Yilmaz makes an effort to interact with all guests and is a genuinely nice human being. The Sultan experience is highly recommended. Your other friends from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥃🌞🌴

I'm picky & hard to please. The hotel is a strong 4.75 for me and an easy 5 for most people I reckon. TLDR: Staff are amazing - superb elite service levels. You will have a great time. Detail: Some minor negatives first (positives below) : can't walk to belek from hotel (5 mins taxi instead) but it's likely quieter as a result. Room mini bar should include spirits (I bought a bottle to sort that) & ice facility. Occasionally there can be events going on a little past midnight so can be lively (though could have been a neighbouring hotel). That's the negatives done. Positives: met around 40 staff. All absolutely fantastic bar none. Eager to please, helpful, kind, multi lingual, remember you personally some how. Brilliant staff elevated the holiday to a super trip. Rooms v clean, pool excellent, kids loved it with loads to do. Loads of sun lounging space. We had a brilliant time. Belek is lovely but this excellent hotel is slightly removed (benefit is probs quieter).

Hasim Kaya and his team deliver truly exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Hasim went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He helped us when we first visited a few years ago, and his kindness and professionalism have remained just as impressive. Hasim has a warm, welcoming personality that instantly puts you at ease, and he treats both me and my partner with genuine care and respect. Every interaction with him adds something special to our time at the hotel. Staff like Hasim are rare, and we truly wish there were more like him. He’s a credit to the team and a big reason we keep coming back!
