Stayed in Le Méridien beside the KL train station so coming in via the KL express was convenient. Check in was efficient even past nine o’clock in the evening. The room with a king bed was clean and conducive for a business traveller. Breakfast service is good and there is a good variety of local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine. The live stations are good as well except I didn’t enjoy the taste of the noodle soup. Would stay here if I want to be beside the train station in KL.

This is a nice hotel with good rooms, many of which have nice city views. The pool is excellent, with lots of bends and a slide for the kids. The breakfast buffet has some good stuff, though not as much variety as one might expect and things don't get restocked very quickly. Still, overall a good hotel and even better if you're a Marriott Bonvoy member as you get the points a d hotel nights.

I highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone seeking top-notch service. I have feedback about the level of salt was rather too much in the breakfast buffet spread, and immediately he acted on it and feedback to the chef. What’s really impressed me, he came back to me and explained that he and the chef have tasted the food and will work on the recipes. Also, thanks so much to the Chinese chef (forget to get his name) who has cooked two hard-boiled eggs for me as I feedback that there is green coating on the eggs yolk that may cause indigestion. The newly boiled eggs are perfect 👍 Lastly, please improve the swimming pool cleanliness. There are many debris left inside the pool after the tree cutting yesterday as well there are black stained grout on the pool wall near the poolside bar.

The staff were all friendly and always willing to help. They gave out plenty of coffee coupons, which was a nice bonus. The rooftop pool had an amazing atmosphere, and the room was clean and comfortable — I especially liked the bathroom layout. Breakfast had a great variety, and I loved the wide selection of fruits and yogurts.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day! Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. They even fulfilled our request for extra pillows promptly, which we really appreciated. The overall ambience of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would love to come back again!
