Let me say this hotel is a gem. The location is superb directly connected to KL Sentral and NU Sentral Mall. I only needed to walk to take the KLIA Express straight to the airport. The staff Perfecto. Very accommodating and genuinely polite true Marriott standard. Special shoutout to the front office team, especially Aizad, who handled my check-in smoothly. Thank you! The room Spacious king-size bed with very comfortable pillows. I slept extremely well during my stay. Hotel facilities Superb. I loved the pool clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food and service at the pool bar were also excellent. I will definitely make this hotel my regular stay in Kuala Lumpur.

My family and I (with elderly parents) had an amazing stay in this hotel even tho it was just for a night. I feel the need to highlight the impeccable service we received from everyone in the hotel from the moment we checked in to checkout. The buffet dinner was hit and miss, the Indian fare and dessert could be better but others were ok. Breakfast, however exceeded our expectations - plenty of fresh fruits with great range of both local & international selections. We also tried the pool and gym. The pool looked bigger in photos but it's still a good length even though it can get crowded. Beautifully designed landscape in the pool area. Gym is also of decent size with multiple cardio & strength machines. Room wise, we got an upgrade and stayed in a corner room with bathtub, it was very lovely. I didn't like the bed as it was too soft for my liking but then again it's a personal choice. Room is well stocked with amenities, i especially love the toiletries! We had our car with us and the flat rate parking was RM8 which is ideal if you're driving. All in all, we had a great time there especially my parents who are usually picky. Will definitely come back for another stay 😊

Stayed for a night and overall had a pleasant experience. Location is excellent — connected directly to Hilton Kuala Lumpur. **Food & Dining** (4/5) The hotel has a few restaurants, but there’s no proper Chinese restaurant on site. If you’re craving for Chinese dishes, just walk over to the Hilton’s Vasco’s. Breakfast spread at Latest Recipe was decent but fairly average for a 5-star hotel; nothing memorable. In the evening we tried the gastro bar — the miso salmon was surprisingly the standout dish (much better than the scallops, which were a bit overcooked). Complimentary bread basket is excellent: looks rock-hard on the outside but perfectly crusty with a soft, warm interior. Loved it. Service at the gastro bar, however, needs improvement. It was often difficult to flag down a waiter; several times staff had their backs turned to the entire section (we experienced it during lunch and dinner hour) and seemed oblivious when guests were trying to get attention. **Pool** (5/5) The highlight for families! The huge free-form pool stretches across both Le Meridien and Hilton. Plenty of shallow areas, slide and space for kids to play — great for family bonding. **Spa Service** (5/5) The spa is located inside Hilton (again, super convenient via the connecting bridge). I had a 90-minute traditional massage and it was outstanding. Huge shoutout to my therapist Alina from Medan — every knot was found and every pressure point was spot-on. She completely sorted out my stiff shoulders. Easily one of the best hotel massages I’ve had in years. **Room & Sleep Quality** (3/5) Room size was acceptable but not particularly spacious. Sleep quality was around 7/10. I was on the 18th floor facing the road and could still hear some street noise and occasional noise from the neighboring room. One personal quirk: I really don’t like having a full-length mirror directly facing the bed (feng shui thing for me), and unfortunately my room had exactly that. **Verdict** Great option if you want a comfortable, well-connected hotel in KL Sentral with easy access to an even bigger pool and excellent spa next door. A few small service tweaks at the gastro bar and better soundproofing would make it near-perfect. I’d happily return, especially if Alina is still at the spa!

The location of this hotel is perfect in that it's connected to the Sentral train station. From the hotel you can easily walk to the KLIA Express train without ever going outside. The Nu Sentral shopping mall is also within covered walking distance Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The suite was also nice although we would have preferred a higher floor to enjoy the view. Our visit to the lounge in the evening was unexpectedly great. The food offerings were excellent and again the staff were very attentive and helpful. Everything we asked for we received. This hotel is good at providing a top notch European hotel experience. We will definitely return here again. And we will likely recommend this hotel to friends.

Xin Hao

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is a stylish and comfortable hotel located conveniently near KL Sentral, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Only took me 30mins to get here after exiting the airport via express train! The rooms are well-maintained and modern, featuring plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and great city or lake views. Service is generally warm and professional — staff are attentive and quick to assist with requests. My room service arrived within 15mins of the request at late night so that was really quite impressive. Breakfast at the Lvl 5 cafe is a highlight, offering a wide spread of local and international dishes with good quality and freshness. The pool area shared with Hilton is another plus, providing a relaxing resort-like vibe in the heart of the city. It has a poolside bar as well which operates at night. Overall, a dependable 5-star stay with great convenience, comfort, and hospitality. Slight room for improvement in check-in efficiency during peak periods, but otherwise a highly recommended hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
