The location of this hotel is perfect in that it's connected to the Sentral train station. From the hotel you can easily walk to the KLIA Express train without ever going outside. The Nu Sentral shopping mall is also within covered walking distance Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The suite was also nice although we would have preferred a higher floor to enjoy the view. Our visit to the lounge in the evening was unexpectedly great. The food offerings were excellent and again the staff were very attentive and helpful. Everything we asked for we received. This hotel is good at providing a top notch European hotel experience. We will definitely return here again. And we will likely recommend this hotel to friends.

Chose this hotel due to its location @ KL Sentral. Very convenient via KL Express from KLIA & easy access to other parts of the city. The twin room is spacious & comfortable. The entrance from KL Sentral is interesting : left for Hilton & right for Méridien. The pool is shared by these 2 hotels & comes with a slide which kids are sure to love. The service from the concierge to the front desk & housekeeper is fabulous. Free coffee coupons redeemable at the cafe at lobby makes the stay more enjoyable.

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is a stylish and comfortable hotel located conveniently near KL Sentral, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Only took me 30mins to get here after exiting the airport via express train! The rooms are well-maintained and modern, featuring plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and great city or lake views. Service is generally warm and professional — staff are attentive and quick to assist with requests. My room service arrived within 15mins of the request at late night so that was really quite impressive. Breakfast at the Lvl 5 cafe is a highlight, offering a wide spread of local and international dishes with good quality and freshness. The pool area shared with Hilton is another plus, providing a relaxing resort-like vibe in the heart of the city. It has a poolside bar as well which operates at night. Overall, a dependable 5-star stay with great convenience, comfort, and hospitality. Slight room for improvement in check-in efficiency during peak periods, but otherwise a highly recommended hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Had a wonderful buffet lunch here yesterday! Food spread was good although we were kind of expecting roast beef or lamb but chicken was there so it was all good. Loved everything else. Perhaps the Japanese sashimi and sushi could be improved? It was a bit scarce and quite dry looking. Service was good. Plates cleared quite efficiently. We had good people who were ready to serve and wait on you at most stations. An enjoyable moment for my family and I. Looking forward to another session. Thanks!

Comfy bed, nice amenities. But what I'm here to talk about is how amazing the scrambled eggs were at the lounge. They were consistently perfect in flavour and texture. Chef is top notch!
