Last week, my family and I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant ( which we came across coincidentally since we were looking to dine somewhere while waiting for our room) , thanks to your waiter or server Mr. Nicholas who took exceptional care of us throughout our meal. He went above and beyond by personally explaining each dish and sharing the story behind it, what to expect in terms of taste, and how it was prepared. Even though we’re not vegetarians, the way he described the menu made us genuinely excited to try everything. Surprisingly, he mentioned that he’s not a vegetarian! He spent a good 10 to 15 minutes patiently walking us through the entire menu, and it really showed how much he enjoys what he does. Coming from the hotel industry in Singapore, I can confidently say that Nicholas truly understands hospitality and he knows how to connect with guests and present food in such an inviting way. The only small thing I’d suggest is for the restaurant to have a few more local staff members to give it a more authentic Chinese restaurant feel. Otherwise, it was an outstanding experience made memorable. I forgot to tip this gentleman when I left but I'll definitely do on my next visit to Malaysia. 🤭

We highly recommend Berjaya Times Square Hotel, where my family and I have been staying since Tuesday. The all-round customer service standard has been excellent, exceeding expectations. The hotel offers a prime location, conveniently situated right next to the monorail station. Our accommodations are clean and notably spacious. We must specifically commend Mr. Rajib from Berjaya Cafe. He was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our meals were well taken care of by consistently replenishing our drinks and checking on our comfort. He is a credit to your company, and we wish him continued success.

Had yet another wonderful stay at Berjaya Times Square! It was even better than before as the issue with the irregular hot water supply my family encountered during our stay last year has been resolved.Thank you! The spread for the vegetarian breakfast buffet was good. The service crew in particular Mr Bhesh was very efficient and helpful! We will definitely come again!

Outstanding 🤩 When in KL our choice is the BTSH as it ticks all Our boxes and more. Highly professional service and Malaysian warm hospitality. The location is close to everything so you’re well connected to tourist spots, malls, transport, restaurants and malls. Our special thanks to Mr Ridzuan just a lovely man with great professionalism, Mr Ng for helping us out of a tight spot, our restaurant staff Rajib, Nazrul and Bamzi for excellent service. Mohamed (I think is his name) for making delicious rotis and , Rajan for tasty laksa. Our thanks also to Nicholas and Siti for their lovely smiles and service. We will be back 🙏

Our stay was truly pleasant and memorable. The room was spacious and comfortable （upgrade room）. Most notably, the Front Desk Staff provided truly outstanding service. They were highly professional and very attentive, quickly fulfilling all our requests and making us feel extremely welcome. We look forward to returning soon.
