We had stayed at the penthouse for 14 days spending Christmas and new years and the experience was overwhelming. The staffs service was beyond expectation from staff to management. We would like to especially highlight one management member named ANEETA who has gone beyond expectation and has fulfilled all our needs and requirements. She was gone beyond consistently keeping in touch and fulfilling our daily request and needs. We would highly recommend our close family and Friends and look forward to staying here again on our next visit. From the breakfast staff to room service everything was beyond expectation and this was due to the friendly and amazing staff that works here that goes the extra mile. This is the first time I came to this hotel. The hotel is considered relatively new since it is about 20 years old. The staff was helpful and also kind towards the guest. Then lift is also fast and modern. There was a lots of floor. The room is okay-ish, the room was quite old and the TV doesn't have any channels but that is fine my me because the internet is very fast. Up to 600 mb/s. The view was also fantastic 😍. The swimming pool is also very big with a big changing room/ toilet. It was extremely clean and they is a gazebo for you to have a drink and enjoy. The location is great 👍. They is a restaurant and lounge inside the hotel lobby and there is lots of restaurants with delicious food nearby. The toilet is very clean in my room and they give enough towels and it is quite modern. They is also complimentary snack and drink which was great. Overall, the experience was good and it is a good place to stay to look at the countdown or just staying in KL.

Hotel is in prime location, with all the tourist attractions, malls and public transport in walkable distance. Service is good, rooms are renovated and should be upgraded for 5star tagline. Restaurant service was good with Veg and Egg options in breakfast. Non-Vegeterian could get options in the mall attached to the hotel. Mr. Madhav service at restaurant was really good and took good care of us during our stay with all the needs for my son. Overall good experience w

We , the guests of B2921 leave our hotel stay at Berjaya Times Square with fond memories. The services rendered us are excellent. The FB Manager Mr Nick,is so approachable and kind. We are impressed that despite his position, he would "turun padang" to serve alongside with his subordinates. The intern Mr Cheng is v obliging , ready to serve without refusing. The hostess Ms Ain is rather amiable and always smiling. Of course ,kudos to all d restaurant servers and team, we won't forget your warm hospitality..what a wonderful working team. Thank you all v v much. Happy 2026.

I am writing this review based on a very disappointing check-in experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda and arrived with my family at 2:30 PM, while the official check-in time is 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I needed to contact the agent instead of handling the matter directly at the counter. The agent was not Malaysian, and unable to speak in Bahasa Melayu and English properly. Bangladeshi, I guess.. After calling the agent, I was asked to wait. We only managed to enter the room at 3:25 PM. Unfortunately, when we entered, the room was not cleaned and was in a very dirty condition, which was unacceptable. I immediately contacted the agent again. Initially, I was promised a room change, but instead, housekeeping staff were sent to clean the same room. We only managed to properly use the room at around 4:25 PM, almost 2 hours after arrival. The explanation given was that there were many guests and late check-outs. While I understand operational challenges, this should not be the guest’s responsibility, especially when check-in time has already passed. This experience caused significant inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with family. I hope the hotel and management will improve coordination between the hotel and booking agents, ensure rooms are ready on time, and take greater responsibility for guest experience. I believe feedback like this is important so future guests do not face the same situation.
