Just like usual hotel, with great view. I can see sunset with KL tower from my balcony. Spectacular view night and day. You need to try the swimming pool too. It's clean but only 4 ft deep.

Room is big with kitchen, small living area & separate bedroom.
Interesting idea bathroom have 2 sides doors: from entrance & from bedroom, which making comfortable for using
Beautiful view to Petronas towers.
The hotel is located above a shopping center. From the shopping center you can directly get to the monorail station
One problem at the hotel, the toilet won't flush your waste. Better to use the restroom in the mall

The rooms were large with a bathtub and a lovely view. Our family enjoyed a lot at the swimming pool, you can see the twin towers from the pool.
Overall, it’s a 5 star hotel worth visiting. Breakfast Buffet was too good. Lots of options- including Indian food.
We stayed only for 2 nights but it’s suitable for long stays as well.

Check in service was good, though it took some time. The main issue was that they gave me a king bed room, while I asked for a room with 2 twin beds. I could see their room should’ve been fully booked, because their solution was to offer me an extra bed added to the king bed room, which I didn’t accept.
The room was spacious, maybe too spacious, but it’s really time to take a renovation. It’s not easy to find a hotel room today which doesn’t equip any USB power outlet, especially in a 5-star one.

It was in short a nightmare of a stay at this hotel. When I thought it couldn't get any worse, it did! The very first day I spotted cockroaches in their bathroom... I was aghast and called the reception... instead of changing our room immediately they sent a poor help with a powerful cockroach spray!!! Next day I spotted cockroaches under the fridge and... wait for it... the final blow came when that night it was under my pillow.
I couldn't sleep a wink for 3 days. My worst holiday hotel so far. When finally we went to complain about it physically they sent us to the 33rd floor. The room looked newer and better managed. It only took us two to three trips up and down the elevator to realise that we had been victims of racism... the management had been dishing out the better rooms to Europeans and Arabs and Canadians... and the poorer lower levels to the not so fair ones... it was purely disgusting and heart breaking.
It has ruined my image of Malaysia for ever. The breakfast was lame, with no variety of fruits etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they had hidden spaces for their more elite guests... as seriously what we had was really below 5 star levels.
An old infrastructure with an extremely under and poorly trained staff.
I will never ever want to visit this hell again.
