Hotel is in prime location, with all the tourist attractions, malls and public transport in walkable distance. Service is good, rooms are renovated and should be upgraded for 5star tagline. Restaurant service was good with Veg and Egg options in breakfast. Non-Vegeterian could get options in the mall attached to the hotel. Mr. Madhav service at restaurant was really good and took good care of us during our stay with all the needs for my son. Overall good experience w

We , the guests of B2921 leave our hotel stay at Berjaya Times Square with fond memories. The services rendered us are excellent. The FB Manager Mr Nick,is so approachable and kind. We are impressed that despite his position, he would "turun padang" to serve alongside with his subordinates. The intern Mr Cheng is v obliging , ready to serve without refusing. The hostess Ms Ain is rather amiable and always smiling. Of course ,kudos to all d restaurant servers and team, we won't forget your warm hospitality..what a wonderful working team. Thank you all v v much. Happy 2026.

We highly recommend Berjaya Times Square Hotel, where my family and I have been staying since Tuesday. The all-round customer service standard has been excellent, exceeding expectations. The hotel offers a prime location, conveniently situated right next to the monorail station. Our accommodations are clean and notably spacious. We must specifically commend Mr. Rajib from Berjaya Cafe. He was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our meals were well taken care of by consistently replenishing our drinks and checking on our comfort. He is a credit to your company, and we wish him continued success.

Amazing service and vegetarian food. We booked the premium 2 bedroom suite which provided us with lounge access. The service from Shipon and Apon was exceptional, very personal and caring, patient and thoughtful. Truly First Class!! The chefs at the egg station prepares the eggs to perfection and to your preference. They would even prepare spaghetti during the evening lounge service if you want. No question ask, always with a smile. Kudos to Chef Masud and Alam. Bejaya Times Square truly lives up to its 5 star status. Even my children wants to come back again. The lounge captain, Shafry, did a good job. I'm very impressed. Well done Team BTSH!!!

Outstanding 🤩 When in KL our choice is the BTSH as it ticks all Our boxes and more. Highly professional service and Malaysian warm hospitality. The location is close to everything so you’re well connected to tourist spots, malls, transport, restaurants and malls. Our special thanks to Mr Ridzuan just a lovely man with great professionalism, Mr Ng for helping us out of a tight spot, our restaurant staff Rajib, Nazrul and Bamzi for excellent service. Mohamed (I think is his name) for making delicious rotis and , Rajan for tasty laksa. Our thanks also to Nicholas and Siti for their lovely smiles and service. We will be back 🙏
