A loverly hotel with excellant staff, in a great location. My first room was large and with all my requirements I thought. My first problem was the WiFI when trying to make a video call. This was not possible due to the speed being 0.09mgb. On phoning the front deck, I was told I would receive a call from IT support.Over the next 3 hours of my keep calling the front desk and engineer changing the phone due to not having incoming calls(not the only one another guest had the same}. The phones seem to be analogue. I had my room changed. Now for a bath, d'not forget to turn the hot on 15 minutes prior to requirements. Very little hot war after 30 minutes. Engineer again, into the loft space reset the stat. Now only covers my legs with hot water so no long soak. It would be nice to have a few more tea bags than two. The check in is the slowest I have ever had anywhere in the world taking over thirty minutes, too much paper work for the receptionist. They have to write a breakfast voucher for every guest for every day.

Outstanding 🤩 When in KL our choice is the BTSH as it ticks all Our boxes and more. Highly professional service and Malaysian warm hospitality. The location is close to everything so you’re well connected to tourist spots, malls, transport, restaurants and malls. Our special thanks to Mr Ridzuan just a lovely man with great professionalism, Mr Ng for helping us out of a tight spot, our restaurant staff Rajib, Nazrul and Bamzi for excellent service. Mohamed (I think is his name) for making delicious rotis and , Rajan for tasty laksa. Our thanks also to Nicholas and Siti for their lovely smiles and service. We will be back 🙏

Excellent Location and Room size is very good. Room service is excellent. Especially Ashok. Breakfast is poor and no meat items. Total vegetarian and even sausages are vegetarian. Rest is fine. Overall we are Happy

My family chose this hotel due to it's proximity in the heart of KL. However the experience is a disappointment and the 5 star rating is a misnomer. Firstly, the security and concierge are selective in their treatment of guests. Any guests with the looks of a Caucasian and Middle Eastern will be greeted whereas those deemed to be local or from ASEAN ignored. I was even given looks of suspicion every single time I move around the lobby, so much being a suite staying guest (Hotel, not Service Apartments). The sense of hospitality that Malaysia is known for, absent. Now the suite itself have seen better days since the first Premiership of Tun Mahathir, broken lamps, empty cabinet in the kichen. The only saviour from a coup de Grace is the front desk staff, Mei Ling from Sabah deserve a special mention for being attentive to guests. Would I stay here again? Perhaps, in a smaller cheaper room and not a rundown suite. I prefer to bring my money somewhere else.
