We had an amazing 2-night stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel and everything was 5-star! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their service was warm, efficient, and thoughtful throughout. The room itself was a dream—spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with a fantastic city view. It felt luxurious and peaceful, just what we needed. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus, with direct access to Times Square Mall and walking distance to so much of what KL has to offer. We’ll definitely be staying here again—Berjaya Times Square is officially our go-to hotel in Malaysia now. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a central location!

Berjaya Times Square Hotel offers a great combination of convenience and comfort. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the shopping mall and close to public transport, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are spacious, and the views of the city skyline are impressive. We stayed for 2 days in Club Premier Suite room which had two bedrooms, three washrooms and a lavish living area. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The vegetarian breakfast buffet had a wide range variety, though it can get crowded during peak hours. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing with a mesmerizing view of Twin Towers and KL Tower. Overall, a solid choice for travelers who want a central location with good amenities at a reasonable price!

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is also very friendly. It is strategically placed right along with a mall as well...which allows for a quick shopping and other dining options. Also the location is perfect..since you get places very near by from there. The only draw back I found was that the hotel is vegetarian...which I wasn't aware...until I checked in. But this didn't really cause any problem since we were only there for breakfast...and most of our other meals were outside....The vegetarian breakfast is good though...lot of options available.

My stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport. We stayed in the Club Premier Suite room which was spacious with two bedrooms, three washrooms, a living room and offer a great city view. I absolutely loved their huge spread of vegetarian breakfast (with eggs) which is very popular among Indians. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. The huge pool on the 15th floor offers an impeccable view of Twin Towers and KL Tower. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for convenience and comfort in Kuala Lumpur. Highly Recommended!!

very central hotel in the heart of bukit bintang, very friendly staff. in my opinion it does not deserve 5 stars but a 4 star superior, for the simple fact that the rooms although very spacious (57mq) which is really a lot are a bit dated in style and furniture, broken doors and some defects here and there, efficient room service but not very good from a culinary point of view. in general for the price of a standard room all in all it is perfect.
