I recently stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience overall. Location (5/5): The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, directly connected to the Berjaya Times Square Mall and just steps away from the Imbi Monorail station. It made exploring the city super convenient. Room (4.5/5): The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all essential amenities. The view from the higher floors was simply stunning, especially during the night. Housekeeping was regular and professional. Facilities (4/5): The hotel offers a nice gym, a large swimming pool, sauna, and steam room — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Some areas could use minor renovation, but nothing major. Service (4.5/5): Staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Food (4/5): Breakfast buffet had a decent variety, with local and international options. The taste was good, though a bit repetitive after a few days. Value for Money (5/5): Considering the location, room size, and amenities, this hotel is definitely worth the price. Ideal for both tourists and business travelers. ⸻ Final Verdict: I highly recommend Berjaya Times Square Hotel if you’re visiting Kuala Lumpur. It offers comfort, convenience, and great service at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay here again!

I met F&B Manager Mr Siva, he rest assured me that I can address any needs to him, he will be at my service What a wonderful and friendly approach from Mr Siva. I am touched Special mentioned to Mr Nicholas from Hotel Cafe at Level 14. Even though the vegetarian dish Rojak Pasembur is only available for dine in NOT for room service. But Mr Nicholas takes the extra mile to talk to the Chef to grant my wish. Thanks to Mr Nicholas Last but not least, the front desk staff are very efficient and Bell Captain/ Concierge very helpful and alert, seeing my wife and I came back from shopping with lots of things, they ran out of the hotel lobby to assist and help to bring to my room. My wife resist their help as she don’t want to trouble them as they have check in customers to attend to. But these Hero insist to help I am sure to return.

Room Type: Premiere Room The room was spacious at 57 sqm and fully carpeted, providing great comfort. It came with a separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient. Easy access to the mall, and the lift was fast too. The buffet breakfast at the vegetarian restaurant was super good! Delicious and satisfying! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come again.

I had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a stunning view overlooking much of the city — including the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, with access to a well-equipped gym and a large swimming pool. What I appreciated the most was the thoughtful daily in-room service: four bottles of mineral water, two packs of snacks, and two bottles of soy milk — something my child especially enjoyed! It was such a nice touch that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Another big plus is the hotel’s unbeatable location — directly connected to the Berjaya Times Square shopping and entertainment complex, which made dining, shopping, and exploring super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

This is the worst hotel i have been at in my holiday in Malaysia. I do not recommend going here the water for showers is cold water no hot. There was pee on the couch and i smelt it and it really was.The service is horrible we called for hot water and towels about 3 times and got no response.Everything smells like cigarettes and they don’t clean the rooms. Do not come here if you want a bad experience.
