From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome from front office house staff. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff made me feel at home right away. Throughout my stay, their attentiveness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging reservations, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, the team consistently went the extra mile. What impressed me most was how calm and composed they remained despite the holiday rush, especially the Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, F&B, Culinary team & Kids Ambassadors. It was clear they were doing everything they could to ensure each guest had a great experience and they succeeded. They handled everything with grace and care, making sure every guest felt looked after. The kids activities that has been organised were fun & awesome for the little one. My departure was just as pleasant as my arrival, with the same friendly smiles and helpful attitude. It was a seamless end to a memorable stay. I truly appreciate the effort and hospitality from everyone and look forward to returning. Thank you Shangri-La!!!

We went to celebrate easter 🐣 with the family was the best decision we could ever make! Everything organised so much fun for the kids, egg hunting, face painting, cupcakes decorations, origami egg painting.. absolutely love it! And The lunch buffet was amazing food delicious, definitely we will do the same next easter hope they have some Christmas activity like this was we will come! Thank you Aquilah and all Shangri-la team they make it really special for us❤️

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, always eager to help with a friendly smile. The hotel is an ideal choice for families; it’s incredibly child-friendly, with plenty of amenities that made our experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a delightful spread with a variety of delicious options, and we also enjoyed some tasty Malaysian food at the lobby lounge. A special thanks to Emilea who went out of her way to check on our satisfaction with both the food and service — much appreciated! Our little one had a blast, and we felt totally at ease knowing they were in such a safe and welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family, and we can’t wait to return!

I appreciated Desmond's work as always. He will always be there whenever guest needed. Very good leader that guide his team member to be such strong and good! Christine is truly a standout. she goes above and beyond to ensure everything i need is catered especially my preference for the room. I am grateful for her dedication and the positive experience she provided. of course not to forget Ms Noryati in the club lounge. She is hardworking, and so friendly that make me feel so warm everytime i come back to this hotel. She is not only professional but also exceptionally attentive. Everyone here is amazing!
