I would like to thank the Shangri La hotel for ist exceptional hospitality. This was our second stay here, and once again, everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were warm, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the team truly helped make this moment even more special. I would like to give a special mention to Ina, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made our stay memorable. She did everything possible to make us feel welcome, and we are very grateful for her excellent service. Thank you again for this wonderful experience — we will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff truly stood out — every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel special. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in style, but the excellent service more than made up for it. The team here clearly cares about their guests, and it shows in all the small details. I want to especially say thank you to the breakfast team at Lemon Garden. The gym is also very well equipped and clean. I would happily stay again.

Honestly, this is what 5 star should actually be. Our recent 6 night stay has been truly amazing. The hotel is spectacular, the service is impeccable and the staff are truly a credit to the hotel. Siong and Aleff in the club horizon lounge deserve to be recognised for making our stay so enjoyable. We celebrated a birthday whilst here and I’ve never had such attention to detail from any hotel before. I would highly recommend the Shangri La in KL for anyone looking for affordable luxury.

We were checked in by the Duty Manager, who was extremely helpful — unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. The hotel surprised us with lovely amenities for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special. Since we had a late flight, the hotel kindly offered us shower and pool access so we could freshen up before heading to the airport for our long flight back to Australia. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the lounge bar had a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The location was excellent — within walking distance to Chinatown, the Twin Towers, and many other attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!
