A truly exceptional hotel. We stayed here 3 years ago and had such a wonderful and memorable time that we absolutely had to return during our 2 night stay in KL. Starting from the wonderful staff at the check-in counter and concierge, who were so warm and helpful. We received a welcome amenity gift upon check-in. The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The room service is faultless and the housekeeping team are fantastic with immaculate turn down service. The breakfast is one of my favourite parts of our stay as the selection is so extensive and deliciously prepared. A special mention to the lovely concierge staff Shahrul who assisted me with making a phone call. He was the shining example of warmth and professionalism and is a real asset to the team. Roziati was also so lovely upon our check-out process and was helpful in giving us plenty of recommendations for the local area. What wonderful staff that truly continue to uphold this establishment’s amazing reputation.

The views of the Petronas Towers are breathtaking, and I loved spending time by the pool overlooking the city skyline. The whole experience was excellent. The airport transfer was organized perfectly. Rooms were great and the staff is super nice. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of variety. We really felt amazing, and I wish we would have stayed longer. I hope I visit again. Thank you for everything!

Room and facilities were amazing. Unfortunately, breakfast buffet was disappointing. Structure of the morning breakfast was very messy, the stations were spread out and difficult to find, very hard to move around the breakfast area with people and tables everywhere. Food quality was very bad. Roti canai were frozen, and cannot do basic roti like roti telur or roti bawang. Omelette station was messy. Soft boiled eggs were overcooked and hard boiled. Could not find local dishes like nasi lemak or mee siam. Not sure if they serve it, or just could not find it because the structure of the breakfast spread was so confusing. Western breakfast was basic. Overall dining experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.
