Most amazing hotel we have stayed at ever! Service exceeded our expectations in every area of the hotel. Warm and friendly, nothing was too much for the staff. Pool area beautiful. Staff very kind and helpful laying out towels for us and bringing us snacks which were complimentary. Our club room offerings were amazing. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails very generous with delicious food and drinks. Thankyou for our amazing stay!

I recently visited the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur seeking a walk-in job opportunity and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a front staff member dressed in traditional Malay attire. His hospitality and friendly demeanor set a positive tone right from the start. When I reached the HR office, I was equally impressed. The HR staff, also a Malay gentleman, Hafiz, treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. He was soft-spoken, appreciative, and made me feel valued as a candidate. Even though I wasn't quite the right fit for their front office position, the overall experience left me feeling respected and encouraged. The professionalism and warmth displayed by the Mandarin Oriental staff stand out significantly compared to my experiences at several other nearby hotels. This hotel is now at the top of my list of places where I would love to work one day. Kudos to the Mandarin Oriental staff and management for their outstanding service and exemplary hospitality!

Amazing divine hotel, I really recommend staying here for atleast 2 nights. It’s a great location right next to the klcc mall, the swimming pool was literally the best thing ever. Room service was absolutely incredible, I had the steak it was so nice. The rooms are very clean and luxurious which I love. The bar was extravagant,nice, and cozy the lights were great, the bartender was nice very good service. The view from our room and pool was lovely. And just overall the best in KL.

Checking in to celebrate a birthday, The check-in process was very easy, thanks to the hotel staff for delivering the bags to the room.. Upon entering the room at 3 pm, there was a complimentary birthday cake on the table. Around 8 pm, two staff members came and knocked on the door to give us another piece of cake because they noticed that our birthdays were close. Thank you 💙

Hurt myself while walking in hotel, my fault. the staff at hotel were great! very compassionate and helpful. circle to hospital and airport, brought me ice to room. can’t say enough about the staff at this property. will definitely visit again.
