We are so glad we have booked. Prior to our trip we read the reviews and were generally a bit confused by the lack of good reviews. We trusted Mandarin Oriental will deliver and so we booked regardless of the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the minute we arrived we were nothing but pleased and pampered. Special thanks to Justin at the reception and honestly all the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with great variety of cousin from all around the world. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and oh my goodness. Devine! Location of the hotel can’t get better. Right next to Petronas Towers. The view from the room was incredible. I must mention the pool too, beautifully maintained and with stunning view. We will be back for more in our future travels and so glad we booked. Thank you again for a magical stay!

Our stay at the Mandarin Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the highly competent and friendly reception team. A particularly thoughtful gesture was when they gifted my girlfriend chocolates a day before her birthday – such a wonderful surprise! Our room was ready even before the official check-in time, and we were allowed to use all the facilities right away. The receptionist even offered us a relaxation room – truly outstanding service! The pre-ordered flowers were placed in our room as requested, and to our delight, we even received two instead of one. There was a slight delay with the birthday cake at breakfast due to one staff member at the desk being not so competent, but thankfully, another lady stepped in immediately and resolved the issue. The breakfast and fitness room were absolutely top-notch. As a lovely bonus, we received a voucher for a drink at a bar with a breathtaking view. The pool area is a dream – beautifully designed, and the staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and extremely cozy – we didn’t miss a thing. Overall, an exceptional stay with outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were truly exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Shahrom, the Chief Concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us, especially with handling our passports and important documents. His professionalism, prompt support, and warm attitude made a real difference to our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic facilities and a perfect location, but it’s the people like Mr. Shahrom who make the experience truly memorable. Highly recommend Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay.

The Mandarin deserves more than 5 stars - not only is the hotel stunning and super clean but the staff is very welcoming and professional. I also got my nails done by Suganya - she was detailed and very sweet. Also, thank you to Aarti for her warm welcome and energy. Shout out to the team for in room dining and making sure I was taken care of. The lady who took my food order over the phone had a calm voice and answered my questions. The pool is amazing - you're in the heart of KL and next to the towers as well as a park. The breakfast buffet was 10/10! So good...and make sure you grab a pastry in the afternoon with your tea or coffee. I got the cheesecake. The bed was comfy and room was very clean. I can't wait to come back!

The ambiance was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the quality of the drinks was simply outstanding. Beyond the impeccable service and delightful cocktails, the hotel offered a range of luxurious amenities.
