The most centrally located five star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Grand is the word. However, the quality of the food needs improvement. The satay was too sweet. The beef like chewing gum :) needs new chefs I think. Otherwise, everything else is as 5-star as it gets....

Most amazing hotel we have stayed at ever! Service exceeded our expectations in every area of the hotel. Warm and friendly, nothing was too much for the staff. Pool area beautiful. Staff very kind and helpful laying out towels for us and bringing us snacks which were complimentary. Our club room offerings were amazing. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails very generous with delicious food and drinks. Thankyou for our amazing stay!

Celestial Fury

Come here to get a whiff of their cancer-causing cigars each time you pass their unavoidable Havana room - as in Cuban cigars. Pretty sure smoking indoors is illegal but they don't care about second-hand smoking. Also, rrying to get their lobby left counter staff to confirm that it's all right to pay the flat rate earlier and if he's sure only elicits a bored nod. They also don't have proper parking signboards and many people will go into the KL Convention parking instead. Their food during functions leave much to be desired. Other hotels provide breakfast at 8 but here it's only at 10:30. Probably to save food so you won't eat so much during lunch due to the short 2 hour difference. Not that waiting makes much difference. The lamb is tough. Even the fish skin is tough. 🤔
