A delightful stay at a magnificent hotel. The decor of dark wood feels like a traditional British Club. Service levels are very high with a staff who are genuinely interested in making your stay unforgettable. The hotels location in Bukit Bintang allows easy access to the many shopping centres in the area and public transport is a walk away. We choose a Club Room with the Executive Lounge being an oasis of excellent service and food. Our room was large and very comfortable with good amenities including Diptoque toiletries. Of particular note was the service levels of three exceptional members of staff, Masum Rana, Bhara Uddin, MD Monayem. They made our stay very special.

Absolutely fabulous 5 days at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur as part of a longer visit to Malaysia. We stayed in a club room with associated benefits. The room was spotless.. housekeeping was to a very high standard. The club lounge was lovely..we preferred to eat breakfast there instead of the main buffet restaurant as it was much quieter. Evening drinks and canapes were such a nice way to start the evening. However, the real gems were the lounge staff... honestly faultless. Everyone is so kind and friendly, they remembered the drinks we liked and were a welcome sight after a hectic day in the city. I will say that some guests were particularly awkward but the guys dealt with them with such professionalism and a calm manner...their training really shone through. They really do need to be commended for the way they carry the Ritz-Carlton name. Most definitely will be back on our next visit to KL

We also got a printed picture as a gift from him which was so sweet and meaningful! Thank you also to Maria for the great tea recommendation and for being the sweetest as well! Lovely experience

The room was spacious and comfortable. Lunch at the Club Lounge felt a bit too simple, a wider variety of warm dishes would be a welcome improvement. Special thanks to Mr. Masum Rana for his exceptional attentiveness and genuinely sincere service. He worked hard to ensure every guest was well cared for, truly embodying The Ritz Carlton’s commitment to going the extra mile.

The service has been on the highest level, the rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in colonial style that I adore. The breakfast had so many wonderful dishes. The location is top as well, literally one minute away from Pavilion. I will be back definitely! The health club was good too, I often encounter problems with how things work in the gym or recovery areas even in 5* hotels but here everything worked perfectly. 💯 Thank you for the best service and care during my stay.
