Unforgettable Christmas & New Year Holiday at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur It was the end-of-year holiday 2025, and this year we decided to come to Malaysia — a beautiful country with wonderful people. Choosing The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur was the best decision we could have made for our vacation. We arrived on Christmas Eve, and from the very beginning, everything was absolutely fantastic. Our check-in experience was seamless thanks to Julia, a lovely young Malaysian lady at reception. She made the process completely effortless and welcomed us with genuine warmth. She arranged a two-bedroom suite on the 20th floor, offering a stunning city view, which truly set the tone for our stay. at room 2022 The room service is impeccable, with housekeeping twice a day, keeping the suite fresh and perfectly maintained every time we stepped out and returned — a detail that makes a huge difference during a long stay. Breakfast here is on another level entirely. A special thank you goes to Maksud, who works in the breakfast hall. He was exceptionally attentive, not only to our table but to everyone around. He made sure we had everything we needed and did so with genuine care and professionalism. It’s truly wonderful to see people who love what they do and make guests feel so valued. Every single member of The Ritz-Carlton team we’ve encountered has been outstanding — warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. We are staying for a few more days before leaving, and I honestly look forward to each day here. The swimming pool area is absolutely amazing, and the upstairs area with the restaurant offers a great atmosphere along with delicious food. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur team for making our holiday so special — this stay will be remembered for a very long time.

Rooms looked a bit worn down and the beds were a bit too springy (could feel every movement on a king size bed if you're sleeping with your significant other). Not the best room compared to other Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at but the location was great. Proximity to Pavilion mall which also has access to the connection sky bridges that take you to other areas such as the Petronas Twin Towers/KLCC. In the opposite direction of Pavilion, there's The Exchange TRX which is less crowded and has a giant plaza in front of it with many restaurants in nearby streets. Hotel breakfast had decent selection and the club lounge was nice too. If you booked a club room, you can access the club lounge on the ground level. Club Lounge was great. We had afternoon tea and evening snacks there. They pretty much had something to offer throughout the day which was nice for those who plan to spend the day at the hotel or in the area. The hotel was a bit confusing to navigate around at first due to lack of visible signage and the front desk person that checked us in did not help us figure out how to get to the elevators. We also weren't told where the club lounge was so a lot of the first day navigating around the hotel we had to do ourselves. Other than that, service was decent. We celebrated our anniversary here and the hotel staff provided us with a nice treat in the room. Overall a good stay.

Had a wonderful 2 Nights stay in Club Executive Deluxe King Room of The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. Beautiful decoration to welcome us in the room. Spacious room, with working air conditioning and TV. Clean and spacious bath room with bathtub. Have a variety of food for breakfast. All the staffs was extremely welcoming and friendly. Valet parking was available on site. Location is very near to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Bintang, ideal place to stay if you planning to go to those shopping malls or area.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur for 4 days and 3 nights, booking three rooms (two Deluxe and one Executive) and the experience was truly memorable. Check-in was seamless and efficient via the mobile app. I had informed the hotel that we would be arriving earlier than the standard 3pm check-in time and I was pleasantly surprised when all our rooms were ready by 1pm. A very thoughtful gesture, especially when travelling with children and elderly parents. Initially, I had hoped to book all three rooms under the same category but only two Deluxe rooms were available at the time, which resulted in one Executive room booking. As my elderly parents required assistance and we were travelling as a family, I reached out to the hotel to request for all rooms to be located on the same floor. I truly appreciated the hotel’s exceptional service in accommodating this request by upgrading the two Deluxe rooms to Executive Deluxe, allowing all of us to stay together comfortably on the same floor. From the moment we stepped into our rooms, everything was impeccable cleanliness, comfort and service were top notch. The evening turndown service was a lovely touch and the brownies and cakes provided each night were such a delightful surprise. My children looked forward to them every evening, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options, catering well to different tastes. The hotel’s interior and decor are absolutely stunning, exuding timeless elegance. I particularly loved the various spaces within the hotel esp the lounge area, the library and the overall ambience that makes the hotel feel both grand and welcoming. Another huge plus is the convenient linkway connecting the hotel directly to Pavilion Mall and JW Marriott, making it incredibly easy to access shopping and dining areas. Within less than 10 minutes, we were right in the heart of Bukit Bintang’s vibrant atmosphere. The only minor downsides were the parking charges of RM15 per entry and the room doors, which appeared slightly dated and could benefit from an upgrade. However, these were small issues compared to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, this was a pleasant and memorable experience, made even better by the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. I would definitely return to this place.

The hotel truly delivers a five-star experience, with professional, friendly staff who are always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering complete comfort. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is well-equipped with everything you need. The pool area is serene and surrounded by greenery, making it perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s location is great—close to shopping areas and many dining options. Breakfast is delicious, varied, and of high quality. In short… a luxurious, comfortable hotel with outstanding service. Highly recommended.
