The Ritz-Carlton truly exemplifies extraordinary service at its finest. From the moment you arrive, the staff consistently anticipates your needs, making every interaction seamless and personalized. The hotel’s retro-style décor creates a cozy and elegant atmosphere, blending timeless charm with modern luxury. Every detail, from the exquisite design to the impeccable service, makes you feel as though you're experiencing something beyond a 5-star stay. If there were an option for 6 stars, this hotel would undoubtedly deserve it. A truly exceptional experience!

We recently spent two weeks at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur and had a wonderful experience. The room featured a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, the staff checked in every day to ensure everything was well. Also, we like the way they served the glass water bottles but not plastic. They even surprised us with cakes on the table most days which was a delightful touch, especially our kid likes to eat cake. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a mix of local and western dishes. My husband particularly enjoyed the fresh juice station. Overall, our stay was pleasant, thanks to the attentive service, Ritz Carlton has done a good job to keep every guest happy!

We booked a three bedroom suite for the weekend. It was massive, yes- but upon closer look you could tell the furniture was falling apart, there was an incessant leak that wouldn't go away and that smelt. They sent people up to take look for 2 consecutive days. That means staying in the room and waiting for them to get it fixed. (It was not fixed.) Breakfast was not complimentary, but it remained the same throughout the 3 days. No variations.. I expected more from a 5 star hotel.
Location was good though. I don't know if I'd recommend this to others.

Absolutely amazing! From check in to check out everything was amazing! Stayed in the executive king room which featured a nice lounge area, big comfy bed and a very luxurious bathroom draped in marble.
The service and hospitality shown by all staff was outstanding. As it was our honeymoon they surprised us by decorating the bed with roses and swan towels and provided a nice sweet treat with a very thoughtful message.
Very convenient location as it is right in the middle of the Bukit Bintang area with all the shopping malls within a short walking distance. The hotel itself is connected to a mall by a walk bridge.
The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of cuisines from eastern to western and everything was fresh.
Overall 5 out of 5 stars! Had a truly wonderful stay!

We spent our anniversary here and the treatment was beyond some of the Ritz Carlton experiences we’ve had in Europe! Not only were the staff attentive but they remembered our names throughout the days we were there, were incredibly helpful and made us feel very special!
The breakfast spread was absolutely stunning even at the club, with honey from a honey comb!! They were able to cater to my gluten free dietary requirement remarkably! The restaurant in the hotel was also fantastic, and I really loved the direct link to Star Hill mall!! No need to walk outside!
Massive thank you to Wilson and the team at the Club who had made this holiday and anniversary incredibly special!!
