Each time we return to Ritz-Carlton, our visit consistently reminds us why we choose this property time and again. Beyond the luxurious setting and world-class service, it’s the genuine care and warmth of the staff that makes this place feel like a second home. On our most recent stay, two team members stood out in the most meaningful way. Staff Jahid greeted us daily with a warm, heartfelt smile and went above and beyond to connect with our two daughters. Their faces lit up whenever they saw him, and they would run to him with joy—it became a cherished part of our routine. On the day we checked out, he even walked us to our car, assisted with our bags, and made sure we left safely before returning to his duties. His kindness and thoughtfulness truly touched us. We also want to sincerely thank Staff Sally, whose generosity and sweet nature added so much to our stay. She took the time to connect with our family, played with our daughters, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout. Both she and her colleague exemplify everything the Ritz-Carlton name stands for. Over the years, we’ve experienced a remarkable consistency of sincere hospitality from the staff, and it’s people like them who elevate each visit into something truly special. We hope their outstanding service is recognized and celebrated—they are a beautiful reflection of the brand’s heart.

Stayed for a night at the Ritz at the Club level. Quite an unforgettable stay, staff was super professional and attentive and will try to meet your requests if its reasonable. During our stay, we took full advantage of their club lounge and had tea, cocktails and aperitifs. Wonderful experience. The breakfast was a little let down, I had expected a bigger spread with more selection. I can say that the Club rooms are in immaculate condition. The lighting and bath fixtures are a little dated but still worthy of a luxury 5 star hotel.

Her experience shines through in every detail, and her ability to lead and inspire her team is unmistakable. The staff under her care perform seamlessly, with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine smiles, creating a sense of effortless luxury that never feels forced. The food itself is a triumph. A meticulously balanced array of sweet and savoury offerings greets you—each piece crafted with precision and flair. The savouries are delicate yet satisfying, offering everything from classic finger sandwiches to inventive canapés, while the sweets range from dainty pastries to rich confections that melt on the tongue. Every bite feels thoughtful and indulgent, making it impossible to choose a favourite. The ambiance of the Lobby Lounge is enchanting, and Sally plays a crucial role in setting this tone. There is no question: nobody will find a better afternoon tea experience in Kuala Lumpur. Had a great and wonderful experience staying at Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur. As a family of 3, we travel always to Kuala Lumpur twice or 3 times a year and try out various hotel . This time from the 21 - 24 Feb 2025, we decided to return back to Ritz after more than 10 yrs.. the room is much bigger and better especially we love the lay out. The hotel service team from entering the hotel, Check in and till having meal at the Cobalt restaurant has been a wonderful experiences..Very professional and welcoming. The restaurant team was awesome in every word you could have imagined:) Love the way they make sure that you are comfortable and well attended too. Like to shout out to Maksud and everyone from the breakfast team for providing a wonderful experience to us all. Well done Ritz- Carlton Kuala Lumpur:)
