What a luxury stay! ✨ The room was incredibly elegant, with Instagrammable and aesthetically perfect corners everywhere you look. Truly grateful for the chance to experience this place. 📍 Location: Right at the heart of the city — just a few steps away from malls and major commute centers, making everything so convenient. 🍽️ Dining: Superb and absolutely delicious food with a wide variety of choices. I only wish I had more time to fully enjoy everything! The afternoon tea is highly recommended too. 💛

Rooms looked a bit worn down and the beds were a bit too springy (could feel every movement on a king size bed if you're sleeping with your significant other). Not the best room compared to other Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at but the location was great. Proximity to Pavilion mall which also has access to the connection sky bridges that take you to other areas such as the Petronas Twin Towers/KLCC. In the opposite direction of Pavilion, there's The Exchange TRX which is less crowded and has a giant plaza in front of it with many restaurants in nearby streets. Hotel breakfast had decent selection and the club lounge was nice too. If you booked a club room, you can access the club lounge on the ground level. Club Lounge was great. We had afternoon tea and evening snacks there. They pretty much had something to offer throughout the day which was nice for those who plan to spend the day at the hotel or in the area. The hotel was a bit confusing to navigate around at first due to lack of visible signage and the front desk person that checked us in did not help us figure out how to get to the elevators. We also weren't told where the club lounge was so a lot of the first day navigating around the hotel we had to do ourselves. Other than that, service was decent. We celebrated our anniversary here and the hotel staff provided us with a nice treat in the room. Overall a good stay.

Great experience. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools (two in total, one of them adults-only) are very nice, although the number of sun loungers is limited. Getting around the hotel can be a bit confusing at first, as it is large with many corridors and different levels, so it took us some time to find our way. Breakfast was good, with a solid selection of options. In the morning, however, there was sometimes a short wait for a table, which the staff managed well. That said, it might be worth considering expanding the breakfast area to minimize waiting times.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. We came with a 2 year old and 5 year old. The room and furniture was run down and in need of renovation. The living area smelt like smoke even though we were given a non-smoking room. At least 2 of the room phones didn't work. There was a kitchen (which we didn't really use), however if you intend to do any cooking, there's no pots or cooking utensils and no bowls or plates to eat out of, just standard hotel cups. There are 2 pools. One for 16 yo plus and the other for kids. Adult pool looked much nicer. Kids pool was 4.5ft deep so made it difficult to hold the toddler in the water to play. Also tucked in the corner and in the shade so was cold. There was an above ground "backyard kiddie pool" set up next to the pool (i guess for babies to use) which was a bit weird. Location was great though. Attached to a shopping centre and just off the bukit bintang strip. The rooms and suite itself were large.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. Lots of wood all around the hotel. Furniture and fitting is also a good balance between modern and classy. Check in takes a while as the staff needs to key in a lot of things and explain to the customer what their stay entitles to. However it is something that I appreciate. We were also given a welcome drink, which is a buah pinang drink. The room for two people is incredibly spacious, and the toilet is separated from the bathroom by a wall. The bath tub is also incredibly comfortable but water drainage took a while. The soap, shampoo and lotion are also well scented. The closet and make up area are also spacious. There are two pools within the hotel premises. The one next to the spa was open when we visited while the other was closed for works. It is a saltwater pool and the water was absolutely frigid. The pool is incredibly clean nonetheless and i enjoyed swimming here. Breakfast was at The Cobalt Room and while food choices were limited, it was made up by the food quality, which was top notch. Overall we enjoyed staying at the ritz Carlton and hope to return someday!
