It was my first time in Cancun! And I can say the resort was beautiful. The room was very clean well stocked. It felt very welcoming. The staff and service was great! It’s about a 10 min walk to downtown Cancun. I felt very safe. The only con is when you turn on the jacuzzi jets they were dirty. I can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

We were very excited for our all inclusive stay at Le Blanc Overall, I would not recommend coming here. On arrival, our room did not have toilet paper and even after asking multiple times (to both our butler and concierge), we had to seek it out ourselves from the lobby an hour later. Both my partner and I got horrible gastroenteritis, presumably from the food even though we were very careful with the water/food etc. (on a side note, peptobismal is ridiculously overpriced at the resort at $22 for a small bottle). The breakfast was fine but I would say for being a 5 star resort, the breakfast and lunch buffets were pretty mediocre. They have another lunch place where you can order pizzas/burgers etc which was also just okay. We did enjoy our dinner at Bella and Yama, although service was incredibly slow and we would have to ask our waiter multiple times for drinks. Sometimes we were waiting for just menus for 15-20 minutes and were at the restaurant for almost 3 hours. The Le Blanc steakhouse was also not very good; their mac and cheese had no cheese. The seats around the main pool were always reserved with people's stuff, when they would put their stuff on them at 7 am, and there was absolutely no regulation for this. We typically had to find seats much lower down, or go to the 3rd floor pool. During our 6 day, 6 night stay, there was not a single day we were able to get seats around the main pool, even though we were out there by 9/10 am. The most disappointing part was at check out they were pressuring us to buy a discounted package for another 5 day 4 night stay. They said we had to buy it right then and there and we did not have the option to think about it for even 24 hours. We will not be coming back.

Le Blanc Cancun exceeded all expectations! Despite being non-members, we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The array of restaurants offered delicious cuisine with impeccable service. At the pool, we were pampered with attentive staff ensuring we never went thirsty or hungry, while securing prime spots effortlessly. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our butler, Eduardo. His warmth and attentiveness elevated our experience to another level. Eduardo anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We're already planning our return trip, knowing that Eduardo and the entire Le Blanc team will make it nothing short of extraordinary. Five stars without hesitation!

Had a PHENOMENAL experience. The spa was fabulous, I immediately felt so recharged after going. The pools, the views, the service. All of it was GREAT! The details this place takes is Refreshing, letting you choose the soap and prepping your tub for your choice of bath salts. All of it was fabulous. Cannot wait to go back!

A very nice all inclusive in cancun. The staff to guest ratio is bonkers. I enjoyed their Japanese and French restaurants for dinner. Vegan sunscreen was available with the towels. Try the hydrotherapy. The cold plunge isn’t as cold as I’m used to but a nice circuit with staff providing water, towels and all around very hospitable service. Enjoyed their activities, well equipped gym and everything else that was offered.
