**Le Blanc Cancun: A Luxurious Experience with a Minor Flaw**
As Residence members, we have the pleasure of visiting Le Blanc Cancun and Moon Palace 3-4 times a year, and overall, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The service is truly outstanding, with staff who go above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay is perfect. The food is consistently delicious, offering a wide variety of options that cater to all tastes, and the premium drinks are a real highlight. The breathtaking views from the hotel only add to the luxurious atmosphere that we’ve come to love.
However, there is one aspect that does not quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the resort: the lobby furniture. Unfortunately, the furniture appears outdated and worn, which is disappointing considering the level of excellence in every other area. The lobby is the first impression guests have of the hotel, and it’s a shame that this area doesn’t reflect the luxury that Le Blanc is known for.
Despite this minor issue, we continue to enjoy our stays at Le Blanc and look forward to many more visits. We hope that the hotel will consider updating the lobby furniture to align with the overall high standards of the resort.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and stayed at the Le Blanc all inclusive “adult only” in Cancun for 5 nights. Upon our arrival the staff was extremely welcoming and very inviting. The membership program was offered to us, which we politely declined and they showed us to our room without the sales pressure. They do offer credits to use for hotel amenities when attending their membership meeting, but we just wanted to take in the resort. The property is very intimate with the restaurants and pools, which are easily accessible and accommodating for your culinary needs. There are five different types of restaurants, French, Italian, Sushi, Latin, Steak that were all very good. The main pool is beautiful with a swim up bar and infinity ledge with that gorgeous ocean view. Our daily routine in this order was moving from the pool, to an ocean swim, lounge chair, back to the swim up bar and meeting other friendly couples. I have to say one of the most impressive experiences about the hotel is their friendly staff. From the room butlers, pool staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, gift stores and front desk they were all just amazing and made our vacation so memorable. We did take advantage of their one time discount offer upon our departure, which we will be retuning very soon.

We LOVE LeBlanc Cancun!!! You will too. They pay attention to every single detail here. The butlers are amazing and make sure you are happy your entire trip. We came here for the first time in 2019 and have been back 10 times plus since. The beach is amazing, the pools are fantastic, the food is great and the service is second to NONE. Make sure you ask for Marco, Santiago, Rodrigo, Saul or Antonio for a butler… actually, any of them will make sure your stay is special. From the moment Joe or Isiah meet you at the front door, you will know this is a special place I assure you.

We love Le Blanc Cancun. The service is amazing and every detail is taken into consideration. We’ve visited many other all inclusive brands (Excellence, Sandals) and this is by far the best.
The staff really seem to care to get to know you and remember things you like or dislike. The food is good (small portions but common for most all inclusives).
Definitely an older crowd at Le Blanc but it makes for a much more relaxing trip (less drunk obnoxiousness)
We always felt safe at the resort and there are no pesky vendors on the beach trying to sell you stuff.
We always look forward to coming back!
