Service, staff and beach are 100/10! Jose from the breakfast buffet is amazing and welcoming. Hugo and Eder were great butlers. The property is pretty and has the best beach in the area. Gym and the classes offered are cool! But food is disappointing. It would be a hit or miss. Breakfast buffet was OK. Missing more international options, and better quality overall; for example the beans looked like straight from an Isadora Bag. 👎🏼 Room service was meh, we ordered a steak once and it was terrible, chewy, barely any meat, mostly fat. Steak house was great 💯. Asian restaurant was ok; ordered sashimi and the cuts seemed like Tataki, the wagyu had a LOTS of fat. Restaurant by the pool; ordered a Gyro and came in a flour tortilla, the reuben was not even close to a reuben; had overcooked meat slices. The tuna tostadas and shrimp cocktail were good! The french “fine dining”, not great quality and taste on the dishes, wouldn’t go back. The service is the best ever. However, The quality of the food is not great. There’s a big room for improvement. For the money paid, would go to a four seasons instead.

Pros: Standout spa and hydrotherapy area - highlight of the resort. Service - everyone was attentive and welcoming. Food was better than standard all inclusive. Pool area was nice - we prefer the beach (you can be at a pool anywhere - why go to Mexico for a pool??) Cons: Really really turned off by their push to sell you a membership. We said no multiple times to the sales pitch meeting during check in and the concierge kept pushing it. I felt they were not respectful of the no. The extra $400 for agreeing to attend the meeting didn’t matter to me. They asked us the next morning if we had thought more about it - making me feel like I needed to avoid the concierge area as it made me feel very uncomfortable. No means no. Then - as we were leaving (we checked out a day early) they were trying to push another $299 offer to us - literally as we were walking out to our transportation. Reminded us of how irritating the first pitch was - left a sour taste in our mouth. The rooms feel a little dated and the in room hot tub felt odd to me - but some people really love that - so that’s just a personal preference. Overall: We liked the stay but the sales pitches really turned us off and I’m not sure that I will return to their properties because of this. If you are ok with these types of sales tactics, I would recommend this resort as every other part of the actual hotel and services were great. The spa was incredible!

This is my second time visiting Le Blanc, and they continue to amaze me with how special they make the experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and went over the top to make this a memorable trip. Enrique made everything so special, having us be greeted with cocktails upon check in, surprising us with various appetizers at Yama (which was delicious by the way), and leaving us champagne in our hotel rooms. The bartenders Ivan, Artemio, and Raul were so funny and found ways to connect with us beyond just a typical bartender. They were so welcoming and made the exerience so much more enjoyable than it already would have been. Our butlers Rodrigo and Antonio were amazing as well, providing such a positive and warm environment where I felt comfortable asking for their help/asking questions. The spa was a whole other insane, amazing, experience. The free hydrotherapy once a day truly took this trip above and beyond and all staff in the spa were amazing, creating a relaxing, calm, pampering environment. I love Le Blanc so much and want to go every year!!!

This is the best vacation I have ever taken in my entire life and after staying here, I don't ever want to go anywhere else!!!! A special thank you to Enrique Chan for making this trip so special for my family and I and even sending us delicious appetizers to try at YAMA! Our butlers, Rodrigo and Antonio were extremely attentive and even made my sister and I a lavender bath after a long pool day! Alessandra was such a kind, fun person to talk to each morning and she made the best coffee I have ever had!!! Our bartenders made our trip so enjoyable before and after dinner, thank you Artemio, Ivan, and Raul!!! I cannot wait to come back. These people and this place is incredible. Thank you all for making my vacation so relaxing and fun. The food and service is like nothing I have ever experienced before in my life.

Decrepit hotel My husband and I chose Mexico for the third time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. We purposefully left Le Blanc Cancún for the last few days of our trip, as we had stayed there twice before and remembered it as an exceptional hotel with impeccable service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience was completely the opposite. From the moment we booked, the service was cold and unprofessional. When we arrived at 1:30 PM, despite having checked in online in advance, we were forced to redo everything at reception. The QR code wasn't accepted, making the online check-in useless and a waste of time. We received wristbands and were told they would open the room, but later discovered they hadn't even been activated. We were informed that the room would only be ready after 3 PM. Our luggage was held at reception, so we couldn't use the hotel's facilities and were left waiting outside. When I finally received an email informing me that the room was ready, no one came to assist us. The door wouldn't open because the wristbands were inactive, forcing us to return to reception. Our luggage was sent to the room, some of which was also retrieved. The state of the room upon arrival was unacceptable for a luxury hotel: water stains on the ceiling, soap residue in the shower stall, and dirt under the bed. This demonstrates a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Faced with this accumulation of problems, we decided to cancel the reservation, as the hotel had not fulfilled the contract. To our surprise, we were informed that we would be penalized with a charge for one night ($1.373,75 dollars), despite the hotel's inability to provide basic services. We immediately moved to another hotel so that our celebrations wouldn't be ruined. What was once a symbol of excellence became a deeply disappointing experience. Le Blanc Cancún has clearly lost the quality, care, and professionalism that once defined it. With the new reservation at another hotel, we discovered that what Le Blanc sells is just a name; there are establishments in Cancún that offer far superior quality and service. In addition to all this, our reservation at Le Blanc remains active and we have not received a refund for the portion that was deducted as a penalty.
