From the moment we arrived and were driven up the ramp to Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, we knew we were going to have a special experience. The ambiance of this hotel is so relaxing with the elegant decor, soothing neutral colors (whites and beiges), and thoughtful touches such as refreshing scents, welcome drinks, heated neck pillows and flowers as soon as you enter the hotel. All of these things created an atmosphere of relaxation that immediately put us at ease after our long travel day. The staff (especially the amazing Assistant Manager Roger) at Le Blanc is truly the best of the best. The attentive service throughout our stay by the butlers, pool and beach staff, waiters, entertainment crew and cleaning staff - every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel pampered and taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism make you feel special. Loving to watch the sun set, I prefer a lagoon facing room. Our room was absolutely breathtaking. It had a spacious layout. The bathroom had modern amenities, and a stunning ocean view from the shower. At night we would watch sunsets from our balcony. The room was the perfect place to unwind after a day of art, cooking, exercise or lounging by the pool and/or beach. The luxurious bedding, pillow menu, amenities (scent diffusers in each room), bath salts, soaps, mini bar and attention to detail made every night restful and rejuvenating. There are five restaurant dining options for dinner at Le Blanc. We ate delicious meals in all of them. The chefs here are the best and go out of their way to make sure guests are happy with their meals. Having a food allergy, the staff at every restaurant ensured that I was eating food that wasn’t cross contaminated, which I am thankful for. The flavors at Yama make you feel like you are in Asia. The truffle fettuccine at Bella is phenomenal. The steaks are cooked perfectly to order at Blanc.Terraza is a more casual setting with amazing Mexican dishes and desserts in the evening and pizza for lunch. Lumière is a fine dining French experience that you should experience at least once during your stay. The spa at Le Blanc is a true oasis for relaxation. We treated ourselves to a few massages and hydrotherapy circuit sessions. Who is going to say no to a scalp massage while lying on a hot stone? The tranquil environment, skilled therapists, and extensive selection of services left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The overall vibe of the resort is incredibly calm, with three beautiful pools, a perfect beach (with amazing staff), and plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun is a dream destination for anyone seeking a luxurious, pampered, adult only memorable time away. We can't wait to return to this paradise in Cancun.

This is a great adults-only resort that will cater you to death. When you turn around, someone asks if you need anything. Many times, we were greeted by our names, which is a nice tough. Food and service at the three main restaurants was excellent. Evening entertainment was enjoyable. Their App is fantastic and provides you with a large amount of information (if you are familiar with cruise line apps, you understand). You can look at menus, see the entertainment schedule, make reservations and spa appointments. You can add resort events to your calendar. They do not spend time trying to nickel and dime you. We are planning to go back. They do offer perks/credits if you attend the 90-minute membership pitch, but the one we attended was not high pressure. This resort is by far the best option in Cancun!!! The diverse options for food and amenities are all the absolute benchmark of their respective arts. But the staff is really what sets this place apart from other resorts I have visited. They are warm, friendly and consistent yet unobtrusive in their service. There are not enough stars to properly rate Le Blanc Cancun

This was my first time out of the country and Le Blanc absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped on the resort I was catered to. Our butler Rene was incredible. He was extremely attentive , welcoming, and kind. Roger was our waiter for our romantic beach dinner. He was great! Very funny and charismatic. Zair was our bartender at the Luna pool! He was an absolute gem. Everyday of our stay, we went back to see him. These men are wonderful representations of the great service at Le Blanc! Thank you all.

If you’re looking for as close to paradise on earth…look no further than Le Blanc! The service is impeccable, the food is excellent and the setting simply could not be better. From the turquoise blue water of the Caribbean to the perfectly beige white Elsa’s beaches to the white, clean and spectacular environment that the good people at Le Blanc carefully construct to create bliss, balance and blessing is simply beyond any experience we’ve ever found and we’ve stayed in some of the nicest resorts it Hawaii and other spots in Mexico. You won’t find a better adults only all inclusive in the western hemisphere.
