If you are accustomed to Four Season's types of hotels and resorts, this is not the place for you. The ride from the airport to the hotel is along a less than scenic route and does not set the tone you may be expecting. Once you arrive at the hotel, you are greeted and whisked to the check in desk where you are asked if you'd like all kinds of amazing resort credits in exchange for "45" minutes of your time over breakfast the next day. God help you if you agree to this. For one, no one can exactly explain what you can use your resort credits on and two the meeting will take hours, they eventually will take you to the sales floor in the building and try to convince you to buy your vacations from them in advance for hundreds of thousands of dollars. They literally expect you to take out a mortgage to do this. It was shocking, particularly since we had only been on the premises for 18 hours. The service in the hotel is fine, the all inclusive liquor is not top shelf and the food, after a few days feels like being in a college dorm. They have several specialty restaurants which you need advance reservations for, they are unmemorable. The long and the short, we will not be going back here. Now the good, he pool is big and clean and nice, there is a swim up bar, the spa is solid and they have free water / temp therapy at the spa all day everyday. We used this each in addition to our services (highlight of the hotel for sure). And the bad, the crazy vacation sales people literally chased us into our taxi when we were leaving to try and push vacations on us at the last minute.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay – We Got Married Here! Le Blanc Cancun exceeded every expectation we had and gave us an experience we will treasure for a lifetime. We chose this resort for our wedding, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. The wedding coordinator was attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about every detail, making our special day absolutely perfect. Our butler was beyond incredible, anticipating our needs before we even thought of them and ensuring we felt pampered the entire stay. The drinks were top shelf and crafted with care, the dining was exceptional with every meal feeling like fine dining, and the pools and beach were simply stunning. Every corner of this property is immaculate, and the atmosphere is as relaxing as it is luxurious. What truly sets Le Blanc apart is its prestigious customer service. Every single staff member made us feel valued and celebrated. It is rare that I leave a destination and say I would return to the very same hotel, but in this case, I would come back to Le Blanc Cancun without hesitation. Fantastic hotel, fantastic experience. Five stars all the way.

From the moment we arrived, Le Blanc set the tone for what would be one of the most incredible travel experiences we’ve ever had. The resort is absolutely stunning — modern, elegant, and perfectly maintained. Everywhere you look, the property is spotless, serene, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel instantly relaxed. The service is truly on another level. Every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and warm but also seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. From personalized check-in touches to poolside staff who remembered our names and preferences, the level of attentiveness felt both genuine and seamless. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Each restaurant offered beautifully crafted dishes that tasted as good as they looked — whether it was fresh seafood, expertly prepared steaks, or decadent desserts. Every meal felt like fine dining, and the variety meant there was always something new to look forward to. The drinks were equally outstanding — creative cocktails, fresh juices, and top-shelf selections that were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. One of the things we appreciated most was how calm and quiet the entire resort felt. Even with other guests around, the atmosphere remained peaceful and private, perfect for recharging. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the spa, or relaxing in the room, it always felt like a sanctuary. Le Blanc doesn’t just provide a vacation — it creates an experience. The combination of impeccable service, incredible food and drinks, pristine surroundings, and thoughtful touches made this stay unforgettable. We left feeling truly spoiled and can’t wait to return.

Extremely Disappointed — treated like 3rd class This was my first time staying at Le Blanc Cancun, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The management is unresponsive, the food quality is nothing like I had expected and the overall experience felt nothing like the luxury standard, where you had paid top dollar like $1000 per night. Resort is poorly managed, with terrible service, inconsistent meals, and lack of attention to guests, particularly if you are not a member. For the price you pay, you expect excellence — not excuses. 😔 Making restaurant reservations is nearly impossible unless you’re a member — we could only get a 9:30 PM slot, which is unacceptable for a supposedly 5-star resort. Even Diamond members should reconsider renewing, as the overall experience no longer matches the price or reputation. There’s simply no room or attention left for regular guests. I will never go back. A total disappointment.

Le Blanc is amazing, I can’t think of any way to improve it. The service, the amenities, the employees were top of the line. The butler service was amazing, so helpful when making reservations or just asking for ice in the room, there was nothing he couldn’t help us with. The food was delicious and a beautiful presentation. The spa was one of the best I’ve ever been to, so clean and the amenities included were outstanding, highly recommend!! I would definitely recommend Le Blanc !!
