I just returned from my 5th visit to Le Blanc. Overall, my vacation was amazing and Le Blanc continues to impress. The service continues to be the standout and what really sets Le Blanc apart. The employees at Le Blanc will truly go out of their way to do whatever they can for you. So many of the employees have been working there for many years and they will remember you from previous visits. It makes you feel incredibly special and at home! As well, the spa continues to be the highlight of my vacation. It is top notch and all the employees are incredible. When compared to previous years, I did noticed a slight decrease in the overall food quality which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the food is still excellent though and miles ahead of majority of resorts. 1) Bella Restaurant: Bella was my least favorite restaurant. The food overall was sub-par compared to the rest of the resort and definitely needs to be improved. When talking to other guests, this was a common theme. I definitely think this is one area that needs some serious attention. 2) Certain dishes at each restaurant would arrive lukewarm and not very hot. This can easily be fixed. 3) Some breads and pastries at the restaurants and buffets did not taste fresh and a bit stale. Other breads and pastries tasted fresh and delicious. 4) The waiters at the pool were absolutely incredible and worked extremely hard. When I compare to previous years, It felt like there were fewer poolside waiters then in previous years. It definitely took much longer to get drinks and refills than in previous years as they were serving more guests than before. Overall, these are just small areas that I noticed can be improved and should be fairly easy for Le Blanc to adress. Despite these small areas, my vacation was amazing and I left extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. I look forward to returning to Le Blanc in the future and to see it continue to impress me.

A second stay even more perfect than the first! We have just returned from our second stay at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun (from December 5th to 9th) and the experience was, once again, absolutely perfect. The reason we chose to return was specifically to experience the excellence of the service and the incredible team that made such an impression on us during our first visit. From the moment we arrived, everything was ready: our room was available immediately and, honestly, it was simply sublime. The level of service remained exceptional across the board, but we would like to personally thank those who made this stay unforgettable: • Our Butlers: Carlos, Rodrigo, and Saul. They took such great care of us, anticipating our every need with remarkable attention and professionalism. We couldn't have been treated better! • The Beach Team: A huge thank you to the entire team, but especially to Jesus, Esteban, Christian, Juan, and the wonderful bartender. Their energy and kindness make all the difference for a truly relaxing day. • Dining: The food was incredible, but we must highlight the talent of Chef Andrew. Every meal he prepared for us was extraordinarily delicious. A true culinary experience every single time! Thank you to Le Blanc for these dream vacations. We are already looking forward to coming back for a third time!

Service, staff and beach are 100/10! Jose from the breakfast buffet is amazing and welcoming. Hugo and Eder were great butlers. The property is pretty and has the best beach in the area. Gym and the classes offered are cool! But food is disappointing. It would be a hit or miss. Breakfast buffet was OK. Missing more international options, and better quality overall; for example the beans looked like straight from an Isadora Bag. 👎🏼 Room service was meh, we ordered a steak once and it was terrible, chewy, barely any meat, mostly fat. Steak house was great 💯. Asian restaurant was ok; ordered sashimi and the cuts seemed like Tataki, the wagyu had a LOTS of fat. Restaurant by the pool; ordered a Gyro and came in a flour tortilla, the reuben was not even close to a reuben; had overcooked meat slices. The tuna tostadas and shrimp cocktail were good! The french “fine dining”, not great quality and taste on the dishes, wouldn’t go back. The service is the best ever. However, The quality of the food is not great. There’s a big room for improvement. For the money paid, would go to a four seasons instead.

Decrepit hotel My husband and I chose Mexico for the third time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. We purposefully left Le Blanc Cancún for the last few days of our trip, as we had stayed there twice before and remembered it as an exceptional hotel with impeccable service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience was completely the opposite. From the moment we booked, the service was cold and unprofessional. When we arrived at 1:30 PM, despite having checked in online in advance, we were forced to redo everything at reception. The QR code wasn't accepted, making the online check-in useless and a waste of time. We received wristbands and were told they would open the room, but later discovered they hadn't even been activated. We were informed that the room would only be ready after 3 PM. Our luggage was held at reception, so we couldn't use the hotel's facilities and were left waiting outside. When I finally received an email informing me that the room was ready, no one came to assist us. The door wouldn't open because the wristbands were inactive, forcing us to return to reception. Our luggage was sent to the room, some of which was also retrieved. The state of the room upon arrival was unacceptable for a luxury hotel: water stains on the ceiling, soap residue in the shower stall, and dirt under the bed. This demonstrates a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Faced with this accumulation of problems, we decided to cancel the reservation, as the hotel had not fulfilled the contract. To our surprise, we were informed that we would be penalized with a charge for one night ($1.373,75 dollars), despite the hotel's inability to provide basic services. We immediately moved to another hotel so that our celebrations wouldn't be ruined. What was once a symbol of excellence became a deeply disappointing experience. Le Blanc Cancún has clearly lost the quality, care, and professionalism that once defined it. With the new reservation at another hotel, we discovered that what Le Blanc sells is just a name; there are establishments in Cancún that offer far superior quality and service. In addition to all this, our reservation at Le Blanc remains active and we have not received a refund for the portion that was deducted as a penalty.

Our trip to LeBlanc Cancun last month was the best. This was not our first time here as we are VIP members, but the service level was top notch. Danya set up our spa and transportation. We loved the food and drinks and the overall resort. Everything was immaculate and the room was very comfortable. I do wish they offered Chi products like The Sun Palace as I didn’t care for the strong perfumed soap and shampoos. Lucinda is amazing at the pool and I enjoyed reading their books. We never had trouble finding a shaded chair each day. It’s always good to see Hernando the long time Lifeguard at LBC and appreciate both Hernando and Juan for keeping everyone safe. The buffet for breakfast and lunches were very good, and Jessica recognized me each day with a beautiful smile and Daniel took care of us several days for lunch. We especially appreciated the grill chef David who cooked us seafood and veggies almost every day at lunch. The dessert treats were pretty and tasted amazing. Our favorite dinner spot is Bella and Manny and Miguel were stellar. We just love Manny who was always happy to see us and served us our favorite pastas. At Blanc, the ribeye steak and all the seafood dishes were delicious. Jerry took great care of us one of our evenings and made the famous coffee. Janett, manager of Bella and Brenda, manager of Blanc were both fantastic to help secure two of our dinner reservations that had an issue in the app. They checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we wanted. We loved Lumiere and Juan and Alexandria gave us amazing service. The sole was the best fish I had at the resort. The sweet coffee shop is always a fun place to visit but they got rid of their big cakes and had these new little round cakes that were not good. The cookies and chocolate covered nuts were our favorites. The baristas Alessandra, Melissa and Leslie were always helpful to make the best coffees. Alessandra made you feel like family. The spa services are the best there is in Cancun. Don’t miss the hydrotherapy and I love the tile table. Suemy did a great job on my manicure, pedicure and facial and was so personable. What was missing were the evening 9:00 shows. They only had David Magee, who is awesome. I’m not sure what happened with the shows the week we were there but we always go each night and it was a big miss. We did however enjoy the cellist and sax players during dinner service. Our butlers Byliyoel and David were great. We actually had Byliyoel before and he’s so personable and funny. They took great care of us and Byliyoel made sure our room was set up with a different aroma each night. The gym was very clean and we especially enjoyed the aqua spin classes each day in the pool. We got a private ride back to the airport and regret not getting the driver’s name as he was friendly and professional. We look forward to our next visit.
