Le Blanc delivered an incredibly relaxing, high-touch experience with standout service and some genuinely impressive dining—especially at dinner. A huge thank you to Camila in Public Relations and Brando at the front desk, who went above and beyond helping me navigate an extra-night logistics puzzle. Their calm, proactive support made a stressful situation feel totally manageable and ultimately seamless. The beach team was exceptional—Victor, Rafael, Jose, and Juan were consistently warm, attentive, and accommodating. They made it effortless to settle in and truly unplug. Food-wise, dinner was the highlight by far. I’m a foodie, and I was genuinely impressed. Yama and Bella were my favorites, and I also really enjoyed Lumière (Jonny was great!). Special shoutout to Miguel (my favorite waiter at Bella, where I went three times!) and Cristian at Yama—and it was also such a treat to meet Chef Freddy at a ceviche class. For breakfast and lunch, the buffet was average, but the resort absolutely shines with its fun food moments and special offerings: the fish market on the pool deck was a blast, and the rotating treats like churros and al pastor tacos were memorable and so well done. Overall: beautiful property, wonderful people, and a true “you don’t have to think about anything” vacation. If you value service and great dinners, Le Blanc is a fantastic choice!

I’ve been coming to this place for years, but unfortunately the experience has become extremely disappointing. If you are not an “Elite” or “Diamond” member, you are clearly treated as second class. It genuinely feels discriminatory. Even if you wake up at 5:00 AM to try to get a decent pool chair, you won’t get one — because many of the best chairs are essentially reserved for Diamond members. Now it’s even worse with the special blue cushions on the poolside, where Diamond members receive clearly preferential service while everyone else is left competing for what’s left. For the price we pay, the sense of exclusivity has completely disappeared. Instead of feeling valued as loyal guests, you feel divided into categories. I can afford the Diamond membership, but I don’t want to commit to one single hotel with yearly membership obligations just to be treated fairly. Very frustrating and honestly sad to see what this place has become. Loyalty should matter more than membership tiers.

While Le Blanc is among the top all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, its a guest favorite (including my favorite) it continues to suffer from cut-backs from year to year for food ingredients and more importantly quality. Chef Rene who proceeded Eduardo really was doing a great job and was incredibly passionate about the quality of the meals - alas he is gone. The new Chef Eduardo really needs to focus on food quality more or they need to get Chef Rene back. Service can also be a bit concerning when you go to a Le Blanc restaurant (any except Luminiere) and its more than 50% empty and they cannot seat you? This implies one of incompetent management, lack of wait/busboy staff, or insufficient kitchen staff. Traditional over-achiever staff like Manny, Edgar, Roger, Jorge and more set a theme of customer focused satisfaction. Lesser talent like Mariana in Fujiama probably need some additional "guidance" on how the customers they have are actually responsible for her having a job.

Service, staff and beach are 100/10! Jose from the breakfast buffet is amazing and welcoming. Hugo and Eder were great butlers. The property is pretty and has the best beach in the area. Gym and the classes offered are cool! But food is disappointing. It would be a hit or miss. Breakfast buffet was OK. Missing more international options, and better quality overall; for example the beans looked like straight from an Isadora Bag. 👎🏼 Room service was meh, we ordered a steak once and it was terrible, chewy, barely any meat, mostly fat. Steak house was great 💯. Asian restaurant was ok; ordered sashimi and the cuts seemed like Tataki, the wagyu had a LOTS of fat. Restaurant by the pool; ordered a Gyro and came in a flour tortilla, the reuben was not even close to a reuben; had overcooked meat slices. The tuna tostadas and shrimp cocktail were good! The french “fine dining”, not great quality and taste on the dishes, wouldn’t go back. The service is the best ever. However, The quality of the food is not great. There’s a big room for improvement. For the money paid, would go to a four seasons instead.

Of all the resorts in Cancun, the staff at Le Blanc is the finest. Let’s start off by saying there is no finer butler than Rosa on the 9th floor! From the moment you step foot on your floor, you will be pampered beyond your wildest dream and expectations. Our in room bar was stocked with everything we could have asked for from Baileys, to tequila, to Grey Goose vodka. We never wanted for any drink, dessert, room amenity or transportation need as Rosa could almost read our mind. When it came to breakfast or lunch, Daniel and Victor were there with fresh juice, Mimosas, and anything you could dream of cooked to order. If you are still staying at any other resort in the Riviera Maya, you are selling your vacation short!!
