Wonderful place. We were upgraded to a 2 bed villa with was very well appointed . I am sure the 1 bed which we had booked would also be great. My only suggestion is that there is a small hill to climb from breakfast so if you find it difficult to walk book one of the lower ones. I am sure you could get a lift if necessary.

It was a very nice place and we enjoyed it. However we had trouble getting our deposit back and the reception team was not very helpful when that happened. My bank just let it “expire” after 30 days and returned the deposit to us. All I got from this resort was just the same email saying that the deposit would be back automatically. Upon our check in, we had issues with cockroaches and bugs (many of them) but they nicely relocated us. The staff was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were hoping to go back next time. The nearby beach is really nice. And the drivers were also wonderful.

Staying there for a week was great. The view from the pool is amazing. Peoples from the hostel are really nice. Rooms are perfect and spacious, well equipped. The breakfast is good but could may be improved. Overall we would not hesitate to come back. Thank you.

Please book a transfer from the airport with them 48 hours before you arrive! We haven’t reached the hotel yet but surprised by the level of service we have received. I sent an email yesterday asking for them to arrange for a transfer from the hotel as we have two small children. They didn’t respond for 12 hours (I sent a chase email) only to say that it isn’t possible book a transfer as they require 48 hours notice and suggesting we get a taxi. The queue for the taxi has been over an hour. There is nothing about this on their website. However it is relatively easy to pre-book a taxi online if I’d known. Very frustrating. A bit worried about what we are going to experience when we get to the hotel!

Very spacious and well designed apartments. Excellent location as they provide transport to the beach, all of the restaurants in Abama and the tennis club. Service is very good. 2 pools are infinity and equipped with a bar & restaurant.
