The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. Absolutely stunning hotel in every way. The music theme throughout the hotel is brilliantly done, with photos, instruments and costumes all part of the decor. The staff were all helpful and smiling. The room we had was on the 13th floor - great views, and the black and white room was modern and stylish (basins in the bedroom area was very cool!) and super comfortable bed. The public areas somehow smelled amazing! Breakfast was excellent, with fresh omelettes and a huge variety of options. Great that breakfast was until 11am as so many hotels stop at 10am which is too early for us. We had several of the different dinners available there and all were very good. And of course the music everywhere was one of the reasons we came here, fantastic. Excellent evening entertainment meant that we hardly needed to leave the hotel. We will definitely return.

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was once again very good on this visit, but with some previously unknown organizational weaknesses. The Rock Royalty reception on the 13th floor was unfortunately closed, so all inquiries had to be handled via the lobby in the other tower, which was somewhat inconvenient. Contact via WhatsApp worked, but was unfortunately only available until 6 p.m. at times. This used to be better organized. We especially owe Dave, who was always there to help and fulfilled all requests, even when other employees had previously been unable to do so. He deserves a very special thank you, as he has on every visit. During the live acts at the UTC Bar, long lines formed at the bars, as drinks mostly had to be fetched by guests themselves. This was also new to us. The staff tried their best, but there were significantly fewer employees on duty than before. The team at the pool was also understaffed. The employees were friendly and helpful, but could not compensate for the staffing shortage. We had to wait in the usually long line for our drinks at the bar. Service was surprisingly limited for a hotel of this category. In the Rock Royalty breakfast room, the service from Yasmina, Andrea, and Anabel was excellent. Yasmina prepared all the egg dishes, especially the eggs Benedict, as usual, and decorated them very attractively. She deserves great praise. At the buffet restaurant reception, Anna was professional and friendly. Almudena was always particularly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The relocation of the Asian fusion restaurant Narumi up one floor and the merger with Suena Chido and Capolavoro has effectively ended Narumi's independence. The restaurant's former, special atmosphere has been completely lost: no longer a particularly beautiful terrace, no open kitchen with some spectacular food and sushi preparations. Danijel's departure also represents a noticeable loss in service. Overall, the management made a very poor decision by relocating the Narumi, and we hope this mistake can be reversed. Overall, the hotel remains recommendable, and we hope that management will once again create the conditions to offer better service.

Truly Royal Experience at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely marvellous stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Our Premier Suite was immaculate throughout our stay – always clean and tidy with fantastic facilities. The VIP reception and front-of-house team were faultless, consistently on hand to help with anything we needed. A special mention must go to Isabella, who served us during our two days in the private Jacuzzi cabanas. Her service was five-star perfection, and she anticipated our every need with grace and professionalism. We also want to give an extra special shout-out to Miriam, the duty manager. We unfortunately got stuck in a lift for 30 minutes, which could have been a stressful experience, but Miriam was there throughout the entire incident, keeping us calm and reassured. What really impressed us was her exceptional follow-up care – she continuously checked in on us for the rest of our stay to ensure we were okay and that our days were going well. This level of personal care and attention truly went above and beyond. The Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife has set the bar incredibly high. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife while celebrating some very special occasions, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The energy of the hotel, the attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere made for a fantastic stay—but what made it truly unforgettable was the hospitality we received from the team, especially Ana and Diana from senior management. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and personal touches made us feel genuinely cared for and celebrated. It’s rare to come across such sincere and attentive service, and it made all the difference during our stay. Thanks to Ana, Diana, and the entire Hard Rock Tenerife team, we felt incredibly welcomed and appreciated. Our time there was filled with great memories, and we’re so grateful for how special they made our trip. Thank you again for an amazing experience—we’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending Hard Rock Tenerife to friends and family without hesitation.

What can I say about this hotel and staff other than absolutely amazing, from the staff at reception, to the bar staff the fantastic customer service we received off the lovely lady duty manager, which helped us with a little issue we had. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The buffet food every meal time was exceptional, plenty choice for everyone. The 3rd Half sports bar had beautiful chicken wings and burgers, the Montauk steak restaurant had fabulous steaks. Back to the staff, a huge shout out to Conrad, Mary and Noelia at the Pool Bar, they went above and beyond, very professional and kind. Valentina who served us in the Buffet restaurant daily was very attentive. Thanks again team Hard Rock Tenerife you are all brilliant, see you very soon hopefully.
