The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. We have just returned home having spent 9 nights All Inclusive in a Platinum Suite.
Hotel is very nice with reasonable food in the buffet, however the holiday was ruined by the poor service in the main bar in the evenings. On 3 nights we were unable to get drinks following dinner and despite ordering again and complaining to staff we gave up after a hour each night and went back to our suite.
On speaking to other guests we were told that this poor service has been observed by many guests - some even resort to getting drink from the supermarket across the street and drinking in the hotel bar in the evening.
Having paid up front for all inclusive and receiving poor to no drinks service is extremely frustrating bordering on fraud - avoid this hotel at all costs.

It’s only our 2nd day here and we think the hotel is fabulous! We have used the buffet restaurant a few times and everything is fresh, tasty and there’s so much choice.
We’re currently sat in Grind Coffee Shop drinking lovely Mango Daquiris and I have to give a big shout out to our amazing waitress Lina who has been so lovely and has the biggest smile. Her service has been second to none and she is so helpful and happy. Having an amazing holiday!

Very beautiful hotel, 3 pools ( caution closed at 6pm) , not overbooked in march. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel room was good with a fridge !! Not many places in the parking and 12€ per days, impossible to park outside too crowded.
Access to a mini black sanded Beach, and all the celebrity's clothes exposed are fun to watch and discover inside the hotel.
The fitness room was good with many equipments.
Music shows in the lobby like every night
Beautiful rooftop.
BUT : If you're scared of COCKROACHES, there's some coming from under the shower's floor! Not many (2 in 4days) but imagine bringing one to your home, impossible to eradicate ...

We are currently in the middle of our stay at Hard Rock Tenerife and having the most epic, amazing time! The rooms and large and clean, the staff are SO awesome, the music is great. Big shout out to our server at the lobby bar Will who helped us with our Spanish today. Totally charming. Can't wait to come back and bring the kids next time (maybe). Thank you HRH!!!

My family and I had the most incredible vacation at Hard Rock Tenerife on December 12, 2023. We stayed in room 10121, a deluxe Silver category room, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The breakfasts were sumptuous, and the heated pools, both for children and adults, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our holiday. The level of service we received was outstanding, and we were particularly grateful for the support provided by Manager Maria at the reception. Her assistance with all our inquiries truly enhanced our stay.
Moreover, our room had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, adding a touch of tranquility and beauty to our stay.
We are wholeheartedly satisfied with our time at Hard Rock Tenerife and can't wait to return for another memorable vacation. Many thanks to the entire team for making our stay so exceptional.
