A great first impression and one of the warmest welcomes I have experienced. I emailed ahead advising that my flight would get in during the morning and if there was a chance our room could be ready and they delivered! I was fully expecting to just store luggage and wait until 3pm to check in so it was great to be able to get settled immediately. The premium ocean rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the fact we had the option of a bath or a shower (both separate) and that the toilet was separated. We had a balcony and a garden terrace which was across the hall and we didn’t use to be honest. - we used the pool instead. The balconies are non-smoking FYI. We ate breakfast around half 8/9am and found it fairly quiet. Lots of variety and discovered something new every morning. Our home flight was mid morning and when we came down for breakfast at 7am we were the only ones in there. The salt water swimming pool is lovely and where I spent most of my time. Sun beds being reserved wasn’t an issue and there are between the different pools. The pool side service was hit or miss and it wasn’t clear what everyone was doing. This meant we drank our own things by the pool most of the time which we bought at the supermarket and only ordered food from the pool bar. On our last day we were advised that you aren’t actually allowed to drink your own drinks by the pool which came as a surprise as there were no signs and multiple employees saw me throughout the week and didn’t say anything. Suggestion would be to add it to your pool rules which are displayed by the bar - would’ve saved us an awkward conversation. The location of the hotel is lovely. When you leave the hotel from the front if you go left or right you will find lovely restaurants although a limited amount of bars so suited our quiet holiday needs. Hotel charges €8 for a Heineken or Amstel whereas local restaurants charge €4 for a Dorada so worth popping out and enjoying an ocean view and cheaper drinks. My other half also appreciated the gym facilities and he enjoyed his massage. We enjoyed the 15% off voucher which came through our door a few days into the holiday. Overall it was my first experience staying at this hotel chain and I would stay again as someone who doesn’t mind a quiet and relaxed holiday.

Could not recommend this hotel enough and if I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed and truly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Rooms and amenities were 10/10, cleanliness and service was top tier. They’ve really of everything and perfected it. What really made our stay so incredible was the care and effort put in by the staff. I have never felt better treated, they really went above and beyond to make us feel special. Very grateful to everyone we met during our stay, the service really made a lasting impression, everyone was so friendly, kind and fun! The buffet food was also amazing, the chefs were excellent and everybody at this hotel is outstanding. We will definitely stay here again but the staff and management truly deserve the utmost credit they are the best in the business! If you are looking to stay in this area, this place is a real gem and absolutely beautiful. Thank you to everyone that made this trip so incredible😇😊✨

My family and I have just returned from ten days at this hotel and can say it was absolutely amazing. The staff's attention to detail, the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, the pools and surrounding sunbed areas were all fantastic. In addition the Hotel managed to facilitate additional rooms at last minute when our flight was cancelled, for this we are eternally grateful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone whole wishes a five star guest experience.

Had an absolutely amazing holiday thanks to all the staff at Tivoli. All so friendly and cannot do enough to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms super comfortable and spacious with lovely balconies. Really peaceful and quiet. Breakfast exceeded expectations; plenty of savoury and sweet options for everyone. The pool area was perfect for relaxing with an abundance of sun beds and food/drinks served directly to your lounger. The food at Guilty was worth every penny. Special thanks to Joe at the poolside who ensures you are well looked after! Will definitely stay at Tivoli again if we return to Tenerife. Cannot recommend it enough.

Excellent Stay at Tivoli La Caleta, Costa Adeje I recently stayed at the Tivoli La Caleta in Costa Adeje and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The hotel has a beautiful location, modern facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast service. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. They greeted us with genuine smiles and went the extra mile to make sure everyone was taken care of. The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh options and something for every taste. Starting the day here was always a pleasure. Overall, I highly recommend Tivoli La Caleta to anyone visiting Costa Adeje. The combination of great service, a stunning setting and a amazing salt water pool, gave us a comfortable stay made my trip unforgettable. I will definitely return on my next visit to Tenerife.
