We had a wonderful stay and truly felt taken care of from the very beginning. Our room was spacious, bright, and beautifully comfortable — especially the bed and pillows. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the pool animations added a fun, lively atmosphere during the day. I appreciated the friendly email communication before arrival, as well as the warm and helpful reception staff. We were also delighted by the lovely Valentine’s Day touches throughout the hotel, which made the whole experience feel special and romantic. A very special thank you to the night room service, who arranged a dish especially for me outside the menu to make sure it was gluten-free. That gesture truly made my evening and meant a lot to me. Thanks to the assigned room, we had a perfect Valentine’s Day. The only small suggestion I would have is extending breakfast hours — even until 11:00 would make a big difference. Other than that, everything was excellent and completely stress-free. Highly recommended — we would love to return soon! 🌅

Lovely hotel. Jenna in reception is frendly and helpful. Pool is great and warm in February. Room Bed lovely and comfortable Tv big and 7 or 8 English channels Extractor in bathroom was not working. Air conditioning excellent. Fridge and tea facility great. Location perfect. I normally drop towel on lounger on way to breakfast and back to lounger after breakfast. Some mornings pool staff remove towels, very annoying but I just put it back again. They should only remove if not used which some are place and never used. A little low level background music around the pool would be nice. Not loud just nice happy music.

Stayed here over Christmas and new year as a family. It was a perfect location with shops outside the front and the beach outside the back. The rooms were very modern and clean. Paul our house keeper was amazing and kept the room spotless. He was very friendly and was always willing to help. The only thing I would say is if you have young children this hotel may not be for you. It is an mature hotel for adult families and friends. I would recommend staying here as a top hotel in Tenerife.

Great Hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. On arrival we got a welcome drink while checking in which was quick, lovely staff, we were shown to our room and everything explained, room was clean, comfy beds, tea/coffee, free safe, rain shower. We had a pool view which was nice you could sit on the balcony and listen to the entertainment at night. The whole hotel is spotless and the staff were helpful, friendly. Pool area is really nice again clean. The restaurant is lovely decorated, the meals breakfast was fine, Dinner plenty of choice. We got a voucher for a meal in one of the speciality restaurants we had Sunday lunch it was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return

We had a nice stay at the Mediterranean Palace: the rooms are new, location is good and the pool is large. However, for us it did not meet all the expectations of a 5 star hotel: many of the room terraces directly face the road, no standard toiletries what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, towels not renewed (nor instructions given on where to place the towels if you want new ones) and you had to pay to use the gym. It is a very large hotel and it offers all inclusive deals which does impact the experience if you are not all in to that.
