It’s not even the end of my vacation yes and I couldn’t wait to leave this review. I’ve been to many 5 star resorts in my time and this is the only hotel I’ve been to that ACTUALLY IS A FIVE STAR as they say! The views, the food, the staff, the facilities.. everything is absolutely amazing. The only minor issue I had was no iron in the rooms but the staff kindly lent me one for an hour so I was able to iron all my clothes and hang them up. Room service was excellent and free continental breakfast included with the room (I booked superior double) lovely heated pools, delicious food, delicious drinks, free pool service, staff are happy to help with everything and make sure you are relaxed. Just perfect, I’m so impressed! If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate you won’t regret it 😊

What a beautiful and elegant' hotel. The staff are incredible. There is direct access to the promenade and beach from the hotel. Pool side service is excellent. Nightly entertainment is better than expected. The hotel provides towels which are fitted to sunbeds and don't blow away. On check-in we were given the option of fresh sheets daily, or every 2nd day. We were also asked if we wanted fresh towels twice daily. Coffee capsules, water and chocolates replenished daily. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Complimentary drinks offered on arrival and we were directed to a bar adjacent to reception, where we got the friendliest welcome, along with our drink AND some tapas. Parking is free. On arrival a valet parked our car for us. Apparently the car park has a lift directly to the hotel.👍 We cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be back

Have been to Tenerife many times. This has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The whole experience has been fabulous from all the staff to the cleanliness. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

I have stayed here before but I was not happy with our room G220 as I explained on leaving. There was a waterfall outside the room which was very noisy until 7pm, but much worse was the bathroom had a bad smell of drains. We were only staying for one night so I did not make an issue of it, but it is just not good enough in a five star hotel. When we stayed before our rooms had a much nicer outlook so that was a disappointment as well. Our bags never came to the room either and we had to go to reception (after 2 hours) to request their delivery to room- again not good enough. Bar good and breakfast too.

Came here for a couple of days of pre-xmas sunshine and relaxation. Absolutely beautiful place and in a perfect location. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. We arrived early, before the check in time, and were given drinks and a snack at the bar while we waited. Our room was in the best spot, overlooking the pools and beyond at the sea, with our own private terrace which had the sun all day. The room had everything you would need, hairdryer, tea and coffee making, water, robes and slippers (though one robe had a torn pocket), toiletries- I personally prefer them in individual bottles with the ingredients listed so I can check for harmful chemicals. Unfortunately these were in dispensers, so I had no idea what was in them and could not try them. I've marked a star down for this, I understand the desire to save on plastic and cost but for the price of the room I still expect individual toiletries. I had annoyingly twisted my ankle on the journey over and it was no trouble to get a huge bag of ice from the staff to help with the swelling. We also asked for more coffees for the room which were brought quickly. It would be nice if they had decaff tea already in the room too. We had dinner and breakfast in the buffet restaurant and there was also the option of having freshly made dishes with a chef ready to prepare an omelette or baked fish etc if you wanted. There was so much choice of starter, mains, deserts and cheeses etc, every dish was well presented, and the whole area was immaculate. If we had stayed longer we definitely would have tried a meal at the a la carte restaurant on site, perhaps if we go back next time.
