This wristband with your key room card is your free pass in the Hotel and you must always wear it. It will be removed at Check-Out. We just returned from this hotel. We were very surprised, and for the first time, we encountered the fact that you can't take advantage of the all-inclusive option upon arrival. We only received bean sprouts upon check-in. On the day of departure, even though we stayed all day, we couldn't use the all-inclusive option after checking out at 12 p.m. The hotel is more of a 4-star hotel, but the pool music is awful. It's a hotel for people over 60. I wouldn't recommend it to families with children, as they'll be bored all day. The friendly and helpful staff and clean, large rooms are two pluses. The food is good, with something for everyone. If you prefer meaty dishes, there's no choice.

nice hotel very close to the Airport which has to sides of the story. The good thing is: you can reach the Airport within 15min / on the other side: it is loud ther, especially when planes start direction west, which we had for 2 days...but: we could deal with it - and over night it is quiet. Room was very big, very clean, the whole personnel was simply lovely...everybody was superfriendly!!! One point that needs to be mentioned: they need renovation, in some corners there are significant signs of wear and damages, but our room was absolutely ok! breakfast and dinner are with a big variety of different tastes and it was really GOOD. Overall i would give it a 4 stars - so we were happy

I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. There was everything from a full English to continental options, various drinks, and plenty of healthy choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos. We drove about 10 minutes to the beach, which was great. The hotel is only about 14 minutes by car from the airport, which is convenient, but keep in mind that planes fly directly over the property. If you spend the whole day at the hotel, the noise might start to bother you. Overall, a clean hotel with excellent breakfast, but not up to true 5-star standards. Definitely will come back in future

We’ve had a lovely 6 night stay here. The rooms are super clean. The location is perfect. Bars and restaurants 10 min walk. Shop next door. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Above all else the staff are super friendly and helpful.

I shared many of the thoughts of the previous reviews> especially the hotel being more 3 star than 5 star. This is based on the rooms themselves more than anything as the hotel is very grande in places, its in a quite location and it has good facilities and a decent pool. If you can get a good price and you can accept that this is more a 3 star hotel than a 5, then you will enjoy your time here. A particular shout out of thanks to Jessica from the reception team who helped us a lot and she made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable.
