Downtown Dubai, where you’ll find the tallest building in the world, alongside the Dubai Mall and water fountain show is approximately 15km away. Emirates Golf Club is about 8km away, and Dubai Marina is 8.5km.

This is a completely and utterly beautiful resort. Full of friendly, helpful, kid friendly staff. The resort was safe, clean, quiet and beautiful.
We arrived home last night back to England. And we are planning our next visit! Admittedly it is very hot in June with a 2 year old and 5 year old, but we all so very much enjoyed our time.
We stayed in the Gulf suite in Villa 9, such a beautiful room and setting.
We were taken care of by many members of staff. However Deneish, our room service was top notch, clean, so very tidy and my girls loved the towel animals. He was always friendly and smiley to us.
Ida (one of the butlers) stood out also. She was always friendly, making sure we had meal plans sorted, buggies or abras booked, any issues (which we didn't have any!) were sorted. Apparently she has only been at Jumeirah for 1 month, wow keep it up you're amazing.
But please, each and every member of staff were brilliant. From the check in staff who got us our villas early while my two year old was hot and tired. They even offered to help me with her. To the garden crew, Abra, buggy crew who always engaged with the kids. On check in the Buggy crew even stopped on the way to the villa so my daughter could look at a peacock! (See photo)
Truly a place of luxury. You should all be so very proud of what you do and provide.
My only frustration was listening to guests talk to your staff poorly. The staff provide such a great level of service and should be respected as such. If you have an issue raise it, they WILL help, just don't be rude about it.
Bravo! We WILL be returning!

Glad that we were able to live & enjoy royalty during our stay which made our honeymoon trip extra memorable!!! roaming & exploring this resort itself needs 2-3 days as it is a whole one world of its own 💓
my suggestion to anybody who likes to getaway from usual life for a leisure, please check in here once in lifetime to have an experience of antique, rich architecture. even the rooftop restaurant justifies regal arabian vibes..

We quite enjoyed our stay overall, but not as much as during our previous visit.
Our daytime butler was rarely available, and even forgot who we were, reintroducing herself five days into our holiday. She was nice and friendly, but we only saw her three times during our 10-day stay, the last time being at checkout where she arrived 25 mins late for our checkout. Our night butler, however, was very welcoming and friendly and the happy hour drinks were a nice treat!
Our room's AC wasn't working properly and wasn't cold enough for comfort. Despite asking the ebutler four times to fix it, the issue persisted, causing us to wake up hot at night. This was poor communication from the hotel, and it felt like they tried to avoid addressing the known issue. On the positive side, the room was always cleaned meticulously, well-stocked with amenities, and looked very nice. Our cleaner made a special effort to fit around our schedule, and it would have been nice to be able to give an electronic tip that went solely to him.
The buggy service was hit or miss. Sometimes we had to wait a while, once even 25 minutes, which made us wish we stayed at the neighboring hotel where everything is within walking distance. Generally, it's okay if you message the ebutler 10-15 minutes before you need the buggy, but be prepared to have to double message as often they didn’t reply the first time.
The half-board lunch on the beach is great offering if you plan to dine outside the hotel for dinner and want to use the half board vouchers. However, the food quality is pretty average, with little variety in the beach and pool area lunch options. Portions are massive, making it a challenge to finish even the salad starter. More light lunch options would be great. Food often took a while to arrive, and we had to frequently ask how long it would take. In an ideal world we would love the option to have kayto food delivered pool side as the portions are much more appropriate.
Next time, we will likely opt out of the half-board option. If you want a nice dinner, the restaurants often have a supplement charge of 150-200 AED per person, plus additional costs for water and alcohol. Many good dishes require extra payment as well. We'd rather spend that money dining outside the hotel to enjoy different scenery and better restaurants. We did enjoy Al Nafoorah, which had no additional charge. It would be helpful to have more visibility on which restaurants are covered by the half-board plan. For example, we went to Kayto for a half-board lunch one day, only to find out there was no half-board deal on Saturdays, resulting in an unexpected £100 lunch bill as we felt to awkward to leave having gone back to the villa to dress up nicely. The Jumeirah Flavours PDF could include more detailed information to prevent this from happening to future guests.
Overall it’s still a very nice hotel and holiday and would recommend it. The pools are really great, we particularly like the adult infinity pool by the beach and the beach is much nicer than Atlantis. Wild waddy is great for younger children too with the free access.
Will definitely be returning to Jumeriah but will likely be the neighbouring hotel, opting out of half board and to avoid buggy and butler issues.

VIP stay with kids
A very warm welcome with a very distinguished VIP check in process where you served with choices of beverages and snacks (also self serve).
The Villa where we stayed is connected to the Jumeirah properties along the beach with access to all the facilities such as Kids Club, Wild Wadi Park, Souk Madinat Jumeriah and 40+ restaurants.
Movement in the resort can be via buggy service or Abra (small electric boat) which moves along a man made river giving the sense of Venice. The service is well organized by controllers who can contact different drivers / captains and arrange a ride for you. The staff are all very friendly and help guests to give them a full tour of the property and take pictures.
The villa we selected came with a butler (also accessible via Whatsapp known E-butler). This is simply a concierge service that helps make the stay a little more comfortable. We were very grateful to the butler in villa 5 for her above and beyond support in arranging glass of milk for our young ones. Also the birthday celebration was amazing with cake, fresh fruits, dates, chocolates, balloons and towel art.
Evening snacks and drinks were part of the villa which was a lovely touch when we returned exhausted from Wild Wadi.
The kids club was a treat for us, where you can leave kids under the supervision of the staff there. They had a mini version of most indoor kids play area that kept our young ones busy and in safe hands. We would have liked to do the kids pool and splash plad but didn't have time. It's worth making time for.
The check out experience was easy and right at the villa via the butler.
This is a personal feedback and may not apply to other guests
1. The toilet seat and couple of other features could have been modern and still fit with the heritage theme.
2. The e-butler could be more useful if they actually execute the request vs. redirecting you to another number to call.

Fantastic location with pool views, restaurants and infinite bar. Cleaning and gentilezza . Our butler Mr. Pasandu was always precise, discreet and available. Service in the beach brilliant with surprising details whit fantastic infinites pool.A place suitable even for the little ones with special attention and a dedicated swimming pool with water features. In short we will return to certainty. Thank well done.
