If you are looking for combination of luxury, tidiness but traditional culture and lovely nature, you are on right place. We spend there two beautiful days in villa and we were amazed. Resort contains 4 hotel and this create really complexity of experience. Don’t be afraid of distance, because everything is reachable by walk, boat or buggy with almost no waiting time. You can enjoy large fitness, nice and tasty restaurants, several pools and clean beaches. When it comes to services, everybody are willing to help you with anything, so you can really concentrate on relaxing. We also really enjoyed afternoon happy hours (5pm -7pm) in our villa, in lobby were always prepared some drinks and snack. Fully recommend this lovely place.

We had a wonderful holiday at Madinat Jumeirah – Dar Al Masyaf. The resort is centrally located, with beautiful long gardens and right on the beach (with the best beach boy, Ryan 😊). The rooms are clean (thanks to Abujar!!) and well located. The service is excellent!! During the two weeks, we were very well taken care of by Ashis Comes. A Loyal Jumeirah Guest’s Honest First Impression at Check-In Review: I’ve just checked into this prestigious resort, and as someone who has enjoyed multiple Jumeirah properties both in the UAE and internationally, I remain a devoted fan of this chain. I’m sharing this early feedback because I truly care about the brand and want to see its legendary service continue to shine. Right now, I’m noticing a few areas that could use attention during my stay. I’m traveling with my two young children (ages 1 and 3), and I had requested connecting rooms for our family. At check-in, the options offered were either rooms far apart or one on the ground floor and the other upstairs—which, as any parent of toddlers would agree, is far from ideal. Additionally, I’ve just learned that around many of the resort’s restaurants and facilities are currently closed. This wasn’t mentioned during my booking on the hotel’s app, and I believe guests would greatly appreciate knowing this information upfront. That said, I’m still optimistic. I know the Jumeirah brand is resilient and committed to excellence. I’m confident they will listen, adapt, and come back stronger than ever. A simple update on the website or app about current facility availability and clearer communication on room allocation would make a world of difference for loyal guests like myself. Looking forward to the rest of my stay—and to seeing this wonderful chain continue to improve

We spent a full week in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf Dubai, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The stay was exquisite for us as adults — from the incredible food to the thoughtful activities and beautiful surroundings — but what truly set this trip apart was how wonderful it was for our child as well. The kids club was a highlight. Our son had an absolute blast, and the entire team made him feel welcomed and cared for every single day. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury with genuine family-friendly warmth, and this hotel did it effortlessly. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already talking about when we’ll return. Highly recommended. The concierge service was disappointing and needs improvement. Arranging travel plans was unnecessarily difficult, and follow-up was lacking. Despite being told someone would get back to me, I was never offered a call back, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This detracted from what was otherwise an nice stay.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Everything was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our butler, Ashis, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the facilities were wonderful for our daughter, and the hotel itself is truly one of the best in Dubai. With multiple beaches, stunning pools, and views overlooking the Souq and the Burj Al Arab, it felt like a dream. We even enjoyed taking the boat directly from our room to visit them.
