Jumeirah Hotel - Excellent Stay The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff are highly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Transportation within the resort is done via golf carts, easily requested through the concierge. The location is peaceful and a bit far from city crowds—most meals are enjoyed within the resort (in-room dining or at Akasa). Family-friendly swimming pools: Baby pool (40 cm) Kids’ pool (130 cm) Adult pool Direct access to the beach Turndown service every evening includes different cookies as a thoughtful night snack. Very eco-friendly: no plastic bottles, all replaced with glass bottles. Amenities are fully provided, unlike some other eco-hotels. Multilingual staff—heard them speak Korean, Chinese, and English. The manager is friendly and checks in often to ensure guests are satisfied. 24-hour gym access; concierge can help arrange access after 9 PM. Gym is compact but well-equipped for a holiday workout. Complimentary cold towels, drinking water, and snacks are provided at various times and places across the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with top-notch service.

We chose this hotel expecting a luxurious, peaceful experience suitable for a relaxing vacation with our baby — but it turned out to be one of the most frustrating hotel stays we’ve ever had. 1. Unacceptable Noise from Wedding Events The hotel hosted loud wedding celebrations during our stay, starting in the afternoon and continuing into the night till 10pm. The music was so loud that it woke up our baby repeatedly and made it extremely difficult to rest. This is not what you’d expect from a premium five-star hotel. 2. Suspected Flea Bites on the Bed After several nights, we discovered bite marks all over my wife’s shoulder, upper arm, and armpit area. Hotel staff later moved us to another room, suggesting they took the concern seriously — but the fact that this even happened raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. 3. Faulty Air Conditioning in the First Room We spent four nights in a room with a malfunctioning AC — it stayed freezing cold regardless of how we adjusted the temperature. We had to constantly switch it off and on manually to survive the night. Only after moving to a new room did we realize that the AC in our original room was likely broken. The new room’s AC worked as expected, automatically maintaining the set temperature. 4. Poor Preparation for Baby Amenities Despite informing the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a baby, essential baby supplies like a baby bathtub, sterilizer, shower gel, and baby slippers were either missing or only provided on the final night. Completely unacceptable for a hotel at this level. We did raise these concerns during our stay. The staff eventually offered to speak with us, but the damage was already done. For the price we paid, and the standards this hotel claims to uphold, the experience was far below expectations. We hope the hotel takes these complaints seriously and makes real improvements. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers seeking a truly high-end, worry-free stay.

The entire team — from the exceptional E-butlers to the incredible concierge staff — carried a genuine “make it happen” attitude that made our stay unforgettable. Every request, no matter how big or small, was met with immediate attention and a heartfelt smile. Whether it was arranging a last-minute dinner reservation, personalizing our room with thoughtful touches for our sons, or customizing spa treatments to our preferences, the team never hesitated — they simply made it happen. Leadership at the property was truly impressive. General Manager Ram was not only visible but also personally engaging with guests daily, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and valued. It's rare to see such hands-on, warm leadership at a luxury resort, and it made a lasting impact on our experience. A special thank you to Raditya and the concierge team, who were outstanding in every sense. This is just one example among many. When my son unexpectedly developed ear pain, they had a doctor arrive at the hotel within an hour, ensuring his comfort and our peace of mind. This level of care and urgency went far beyond what we could have imagined. Jumeirah Bali doesn't just deliver luxury — it delivers heart, care, and memories that will last a lifetime. I cannot recommend this magical place enough and am already counting down the days until we return. Thank you, Jumeirah Bali, for everything.

Our recent stay at Jumeirah Bali in Uluwatu was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this resort is in a class of its own—luxurious, serene, and thoughtfully curated down to every detail. The resort itself is stunning, blending traditional Balinese architecture with modern luxury. Every corner feels like a peaceful sanctuary. The restaurants and the spa are world-class—offering not only exquisite food and wellness experiences but also a calm, elevated atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed and pampered. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking, casting golden hues over the entire resort and making each evening feel magical. But what truly sets Jumeirah Bali apart is the team behind it all. Led by the incredible General Manager Ms. Ram Hiralal, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and cared for. Ms. Hiralal personally greets guests at breakfast each morning—a gesture of genuine hospitality that we’ve never experienced anywhere else, despite visiting many top-tier resorts around the world. A special shoutout to Lydia, one of the Associate Directors, who was always available, friendly, and eager to help. She made sure our stay was seamless and memorable. The whole team demonstrates an exceptional understanding of cultural sensitivity, adapting gracefully to guests from all backgrounds—a skill that speaks volumes about their training and professionalism. This resort isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a transformative experience, thanks to the warmth, intelligence, and care of the people who run it. Highly, highly recommend.

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location with stunning views, direct beach access, and helpful staff. Everything was top-notch and exceeded expectations. However, one thing did disappoint me. One evening, there was a private event that was extremely loud and really disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. The staff kindly offered to move me to a different villa, but unfortunately, the noise was still an issue across the property. In my opinion, events like this don’t belong in a hotel where guests come for tranquility and privacy. If such events are planned, they should consider booking out the entire hotel. That issue aside, it’s a beautiful place and I’d love to come back.
