Amazing! The moment we stepped into the lobby, the team welcomed us with a very warm, attentive and polite manner (honestly, something that we didn’t expect since we’re local - based on previous many experience)… They truly provided us with 5 star level of customer service and we’re feeling so appreciated☺️ (there was a little error with the room arrangement that led us waiting and going back and forth a little, but they truly knew how to handle it right! A couple of minute after we finally arrived at our room, they came with complimentary bowl of fruits as an apology for such inconvenience, so good!) One thing I’d like to mention, I was personally skeptical about staying here at first, because when I was on the phone with their reservation office a couple of days before, the guy was nothing but unflexible and honestly was not very accomodative (I asked if we could have twin beds for our family room but he said he couldn’t make any promise and that he could only note this request because it was based on availability, and when I asked if it’s possible to check in early, he firmly said no, because it’s the resort’s policy). But when I registered at front office, not only the lady served me very well, she also offered to upgrade our room to grande room without me asking to (I only requested if it’s possible to have twin beds in our family room)… very different treatment but hopefully reservation team gets better over time, because it’s so unfortunate that their service will drag down the already over the top service at the resort! And last… their facilities are top notch! If you come for a family vacation like we did, then you’re totally in the right resort! From countless activities, to location nearby the beach, to kids club with plenty of things to do, to wonderful kids swimming pool complete with slides and everything! WOW! Very superb and our kids loooovvveed it! This is just day one btw, we’re so looking forward for tomorrow morning, and hopefully our breakfast experience just as amazing as the rest👍 Thanks Ayodya!

Stayed here for a week. This hotel was like a museum, very grand and beautiful. We loved it here very much. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Special thanks to Ginara who helped us putting Balinese costume and took lots of photos for us. That was a great fun! Thank you for Putrai and the team for making our room very clean and comfortable everyday, also thank you to Afwin who was very friendly and remembered our names. We would definitely go back.

Our stay has been amazing in so many ways. The staff is especially kind, helpful and so thoughtful! Our dinner this evening at the beach club restaurant with Fajar taking care of us was fantastic. He anticipated our needs for our kids and went out of his way to accommodate. And the food was fantastic, especially the lobster, pumpkin soup, and grilled lamb chops. A huge thank you to Fajar and the entire Ayodya team!

We stayed at Ayodya Resort Bali for 5 nights in a Classic Deluxe Room on an all-inclusive package and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were polite, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The resort grounds are absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained gardens, peaceful surroundings, and a true Balinese atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping keeping everything spotless. The bathroom was a little dated, but everything functioned well and it didn’t detract from our stay. The food and drink options included in the package were excellent, with a great variety across the restaurants and bars. We also appreciated that there were no separate menus or drink lists for the all-inclusive guests, which made dining and ordering drinks simple and enjoyable and a truly all inclusive package, unlike some other hotels offers. The pools were lovely, especially the infinity pool overlooking the beach, but I would have preferred it to be adults only. Although signs suggested that children should use the family pool & kids’ facilities, this wasn’t really enforced, which made it less relaxing at times. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. A truly relaxing and memorable Bali getaway! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone - singles, couples & families alike. I had such a great stay here, entire staff was super friendly and welcoming, which instantly made us feel comfortable. The room we stayed in was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. The food was also awesome fresh, tasty, and full of Variety. The place has such a nice, relaxing vibe. you can tell they really care about their guests. Everything was clean, well set up, and just easy to enjoy. It’s also in a great location, easily accessible to the nearby market and shops. I’m already planning to come back soon with friends and family!
