We like some of the restaurants that are a close walk. We stayed in a recently renovated exclusive family room and it was nice. Nod to the Head Chef for his morning offerings, he rotates everything to new offerings so if you stay a few days it is good. I am not sure if we would stay again or not. We are Platinum Accor members and there was no advantage to being an Accor member compared to alternative accommodation. Let’s face it free wifi is every where these days. A tray of some juice was rotating through the lobby as a welcome drink for new arrivals. We did get into our room slightly early and out a bit later. Again subject to availability in a quiet time. Isn’t this just good customer service? Our platinum membership states free upgrade subject to availability - no offer of this unlike other places. We are staying elsewhere right now and the contrast is like chalk and cheese. This is our second stay now so mmmm not sure if there will be a third stay or not as why not try somewhere else.

We visited Bali twice last year and chose to stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach both times. In total, combining my husband’s account and mine, we stayed around 22 nights. Both my husband and I are Accor Live Limitless Platinum members, and we were truly touched by the level of recognition and thoughtful hospitality we received. The team made us feel genuinely valued and cared for throughout our stay. Over time, this hotel has become like a second home to us. The perfect location, warm and attentive service, wonderful food, friendly staff, and the romantic atmosphere make every stay memorable. We would especially like to thank Dodi, Arya, and Astiti for making our stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism made a big difference during our time there. Also, Ayu and Nami made every meal time truly enjoyable. Their warm smiles and service always made us look forward to dining. Because of the amazing Pullman team, our time in Bali became even more special and memorable. We already miss the hotel and the wonderful people there so much. Thank you to the entire Pullman team. We will definitely be back again soon!

The staff were truly wonderful, very helpful, patient, and lovely. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. I’d especially like to mention the breakfast team: Cahya, Seni, and Haity, who were incredibly accommodating and always went out of their way to help with a smile. They made every morning a pleasure, whether it was preparing our favorite dishes or suggesting new options we might enjoy. The staff at the reception were also wonderful, always serving with a great attitude and making check-in and check-out seamless. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at the swimming pool serving drinks,I believe his name was Rwandan, such a lovely fella, always attentive, cheerful, and serving with a warm smile that brightened the day. Also, many thanks to our housekeeper, Adipramaa, for the meticulous care and attention to detail in keeping our room spotless and comfortable. Generally, all the staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every interaction, whether small or large, reflected genuine kindness, patience, and dedication. I would definitely recommend anyone considering a stay here not to give it a second thought. This hotel is an absolute gem, and the staff alone make it an experience worth repeating. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already planning our next visit.

We recently enjoyed a lovely and relaxing 5 night stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach and overall had a wonderful experience. We initially booked a Premium Deluxe Garden View Room, which was enormous in size. However, due to its location along the walkways at both the front and back, we felt it lacked privacy as we couldn’t comfortably leave the curtains open. Additionally, the hot water was not working during our stay in that room. The staff were absolutely amazing and acted swiftly to change our room without hesitation. We were moved to a Premium Deluxe Ocean View Room. Although it was about half the size, it featured a balcony and a very comfortable bed, and we instantly loved it. We had been advised that it might be noisy at times, but we experienced no issues whatsoever throughout our stay and were so glad we chose this room type instead. We spent many evenings relaxing on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunsets and the small nightly fireworks displays, such a lovely bonus! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A special mention and sincere thanks to Herbert, the Executive Assistant Manager, and Rachmad, the Duty Manager, who were incredibly accommodating and ensured we were well looked after. The hotel is perfectly located directly across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions in Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak. Although the weather was mostly unfavourable during our stay and we didn’t use the beach, we made great use of the infinity pool daily. The adults only infinity pool was fantastic, with a nice pool bar, great surround sound music, and a wonderful atmosphere. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of items with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Every staff member we encountered during our stay from housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff, were always happy, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would happily return again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay truly relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options and a pleasant atmosphere. What really made our experience special was the outstanding service. A big thank you to Citra and Astiti, who went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday celebration for my child during breakfast. Their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made the moment unforgettable for our family. Overall, excellent room, excellent breakfast, and exceptional service. We truly appreciate the team and look forward to coming back again.
