I truly feel like I made the perfect choice by staying at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. This was our first little getaway after getting married, and I informed the hotel in advance. We booked one night, and from start to finish, everything felt five star. The environment and service were both amazing. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. We arrived around the standard check-in time, and the front desk staff kindly asked us to wait a bit longer because they were preparing a room that would feel a bit more special. While we were waiting, another staff member noticed and thoughtfully offered us two drink vouchers and two 10-minute neck and shoulder massage experience vouchers. Such a lovely gesture. During check-in, they also confirmed a 3:00 PM late check-out for us, which we really appreciated. When we entered the room, we were touched by a sweet handwritten message, and they had even dimmed the mirror for a more romantic and cozy vibe. A very thoughtful touch. We went for a swim. The pool was clean and relaxing. We used our drink vouchers to chill a bit before heading out for dinner. When we returned to the room later that night, we found a surprise mini cake waiting for us. It was such a heartwarming gesture. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The service was exceptional and made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Originally, we did not book breakfast. But after experiencing the beautiful environment and atmosphere of the hotel, we decided to add it on the next morning. It turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. On the day we checked out, we used our massage vouchers. Even though it was just a 10-minute experience, we could already feel how experienced and skillful the staff were. It was truly relaxing. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to book a full spa treatment this time. But for sure, I will book one on our next visit. A big thank you to all the staff. You truly delivered a five-star experience and made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding stay at the Pullman! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful, with immaculate rooms, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Dodi, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire visit. We felt genuinely looked after. Can’t wait to come back!

the room is spacious, clean, and tidy. the bed is comfortable, bathroom is huge & clean. the breakfast was good with a lot of food sections. the service is great! shoutout to July & Rio. there will always be a staff that will help you around the hotel which makes everything easier.

My stay at the Pullman Legian Resort was beyond amazing! The room was very spacious and clean; the bed was extremely comfortable and inviting; and the premise was well-manicured and maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the Indonesian culture. Shout out to Yoga, Ayik, Diah, and Astiti, all of whom made the visit and my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The amenities and activities of this resort were also amazing - the gym is well equipped (with multiple fitness course offerings a day), there is a spa on site, and there is a movie on the lawn (with the option to buy theater-type food feet away). The location was also perfect - directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many main area attractions to include the popular Beachwalk Mall, local street vendors, many spas and local eateries, and countless beach bars…and the airport just approximately a 15-minute drive away. I highly recommend this resort and would stay here again without any hesitation.

I recently stayed at Pullman for 3 days and 2 nights during Nyepi with my parents, and it was truly beyond expectations! Our suite was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, featuring a separate living room, a dining table, and a pantry table for meals, along with a fully equipped coffee and tea amenities set, plus a powder room for guests. The bathroom was exceptionally large, featuring a bathtub and a walk-in closet. The king-size bed and additional extra bed made our stay even more comfortable. This amazing experience wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the Reservation Team, especially Ms. Kristina (Reservation Manager), Mr. Dodi (Front Office Manager), and Ms. Andinni (Guest Experience Manager), who gave us a warm welcome at the lobby and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Special thanks to the Front Office Team—Asoka, Alfito, Eka, and Diah—for their excellent service. This was not just an ordinary stay but a luxury experience delivered with sincerity and care. I also want to appreciate the F&B team for delivering our Sahur meals right on time at 3 AM for fasting. The food was delicious—bravo to the chefs and kitchen team! I will definitely return, and I truly hope the Pullman team continues this outstanding service! Regards AL
