Heavenly Oasis in Legian! We spent 2 weeks here in April and found it to be amazing! The setting and peaceful location is only part of the experience. What really makes it exceptional is the family of team members here. Most notable for us was Pak Wayan whose Jimbaran Seafood night at Montage, as well as amazing breakfasts was exceptional. He personally checks every day to ensure guests and his service is on point every morning and evening. Our favourite persons in the team was definitely Haity and her manager Ayu. Their exceptional attention to detail every morning, and making sure we were made to feel very special. Seni also terrific. Ayik on the front desk was also wonderful. It’s rare to find such an exceptional team like this. We feel very blessed and look forward to our next return.

This is my favorite hotel in Bali, and the people are a huge part of why I love it so much. In particular, Astiti's incredible attentiveness and care truly make this hotel stand out. She has become like family, always going above and beyond to ensure every guest's needs are met. Astiti is incredibly helpful and seems to be available anytime you need assistance. Whether it's arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly smile and a warm welcome, she consistently delivers exceptional service. Her dedication and genuine care create a truly special and memorable experience

We have stayed at Pullmans Legian many times as we love the location (the beach is across the road and the shops, food, chemist etc are around the corner). All staff are always friendly and happy to help. My husband especially appreciated Citra's help with buying flowers for my birthday and organising staff to place them in our room. It made my birthday so special. We love starting the day with the buffet breakfast and spending time at the infinity pool which is so relaxing as you can see the ocean and get a nice breeze whilst letting the day slip away. Looking forward to our next visit!

Where to start, Pullman is the most beautiful place to stay! You can get tours at the tours desk and it takes less than 15 mins to organize a tour that will immerse you into the beautiful culture of Bali! At the Pullman, the rooms are beautiful, the service excellent (you are treated like royalty), there is delicious food buffets and gorgeous views at the infinity pool as well as in-hotel entertainment every night! I even got my clothes washed by the hotel! Can’t wait to come again! Sari in particular was super friendly, asking us about Australia and how our service is and what we love about Bali.

Its a great hotel and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Definitely recommended. Thank you Haity for being so friendly and helpful. You are a star. Thank you to the chefs for an amazing breakfast. The rooms need a bit of work. Its outdated, the doors to the bathrooms don't work 100%, and no pictures against the walls but still super clean, and gets a 5star clean daily. The bar at the pool can expand their selection to include other alcoholic options like Smirnoff, and not just beer for that category. Would have loved to have some local gin at the pool bar too. We loved this hotel, and will definitely come again if we get the chance.
