We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, and their warm attitude made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The entire property was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The infinity pool was absolutely to die for: clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. It really added something special to our stay. The location is excellent for exploring Kuta. It’s easy to reach the town center, and the beach is just across the street, which was super convenient. We didn’t try the food, but the drinks were fantastic. The only downside was the noise from other guests. Some inconsiderate visitors were loud until around 12:30 at night. The baby next door was crying for a long time at night. This isn’t really the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and that amazing infinity pool.

My friends and I have just returned to Australia after a wonderful week's stay at the Pullman Bali Legian. While the hotel itself is beautiful and the location perfect, what truly made our holiday exceptional was the outstanding service, led by Frans. During our stay, we experienced a minor misunderstanding with a booking. Frans personally stepped in to resolve the situation. He was incredibly understanding, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated and happy. Beyond this, the entire staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our week. Thank you, Frans and the entire team, for a memorable and seamless Bali experience. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. We were also given a certificate for a complimentary beverage. The property is located right across from the beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel has many available amenities, including two pools (one a rooftop infinity pool), a gym, spa, kids program and more. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to the area. We stayed in a premium deluxe king room with oceanview. We enjoyed our room very much. However, people considering staying here should be aware that there is a busy road that runs in front of the hotel between the hotel and beach. The room's soundproofing isn't the best and the traffic could easily be heard from the room. This could be problematic for some who may be light sleepers.

Breakfast in Bali was an amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a great mix of local and international options. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for starting the day. Special thanks to Seni and Cahya for their warm, friendly service they were attentive, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely cared for.
