I enjoyed my stay in Pullman Legian Beach. It was my first time in Bali and trying Pullman hotel and it was the most memorable experience I had on this trip. The staff were topnotch from checking in to check out. I felt the warmth/hospitality. Kudos to the staff. They also surprised me with a Birthday cake! I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and socials. I will be back soon.

Perfectly located, large without wearing so, resort. Breakfast plentiful and delicious, service particularly friendly and willing to accommodate all requests. Kori has just cleaned my table with a lovely smile. All bars are staffed by friendly helpful servers with excellent service and good happy hour options. The rooms are large and a welcome respite from the heat. Although some lack of airflow contributes to a faint mould smell – but not much can be done in this tropical climate. Perfectly positioned between Legian proper and Kuta, you can turn either way for wide variety of restaurants, bars, massages and markets. If you have children, there’s a kids club and a big screen plays Cartoon Network movies every evening with beanbags on the lawn. The adults-only infinity pool is beautiful. Plentiful lounges, towels and lots of staff to assist with an umbrella or cocktail. Adults-only is only above 12 so there were still some teenagers some days. It would be better if they changed it to 16 plus to avoid some of the splashing and noise echoing on occasion. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful time.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and service and staff were amazing and very friendly. But I was there organizing a two day corporate event and it was one of the best events planning experiences I’ve ever had. It was relatively small with 45 attendees but the staff at Pullman did a remarkable job setting up and supporting the event. From Audio Visual to F&B to room set up, every detail was perfect. The staff, from Anggita our main contact and organizer and Adi and Edi who were there every day to take care of us, it was flawless. Adi was particularly amazing - professional, eager to help and always with a smile. Many of our attendees also commented how fantastic he was. If your running an event of this size, I highly recommend the Pullman Bali Legian Beach!!
