Our stay at Pullman Legian Bali was nothing short of wonderful — a perfect mix of comfort, thoughtful details, and outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience — the variety and quality were truly impressive, with something to suit every palate, from local flavors to international favorites. A special appreciation goes to Haity, the F&B Manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel so well looked after each morning. Her attentiveness and kindness truly elevated the experience. We also loved the creative and relaxing hotel activities, like the cozy outdoor movie night and picnic-style setups in the garden — charming touches that made our stay feel even more special. Kids club design was a bit outdated but the place is clean and friendly staffs entertaining the kids. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we loved how the hotel is just a short walk from the beach — perfect for sunset strolls or a quick morning dip. Pullman Legian Bali is more than just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel cared for. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience.

My husband and I spent 14 x glorious nights here at the Pullman. This resort stands out and by far the best resort we have ever stayed at. Perfectly located. Compliments to all the staff that were accommodating and professional. We had a top floor pool view room which was spacious and lovely. This hotel provides comfort and a variety of activities to do, along with enjoying the pools. 24 hour gym, daily free zumba, yoga, boxing etc classes, outside cinema and of course the spectacular spa facility. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend!!

My family and I stayed at Pullman for four nights, and we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the exceptional service provided throughout our stay. At check-in, the receptionist kindly assisted us with an upgrade, allowing us to enjoy a more comfortable and spacious room. We also want to extend our appreciation to Gus Mang, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk across the road to the beach. The facilities are top-notch, with ample parking and a wide range of amenities including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, relaxing massage services, and delicious dining options. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Pullman to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff and hotel workers truly made our visit enjoyable. There was an unexpected influx of a large group from India (around 60-80 people), which took us by surprise and contributed to a bit of culture shock. It was quite chaotic at breakfast time, even though the staff worked hard to ensure that everyone had a seat. At one point, a gentleman insisted on sitting with my wife, even though she was telling them the seat was taken. Despite that, the service we received was excellent. We even did some laundry, and I was impressed when the team returned the cash I accidentally left in my pocket. The honesty of the staff really amazed me. We will definitely stay here again, primarily because of the wonderful team. I just hope they are appreciated for their hard work!

Beautiful staff. Arrived for my husbands birthday to find room decorated by Citra who arranged a cake ans card delivered to the room. What a lovely surprise. Excellent location on the beach front. Adults only infinity pool is amazing. Room is excellent and the staff are so friendly and made our holiday so enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was beautiful every morning. We can't wait to return.
