From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. I’d especially like to mention the amazing team — Ayu, Ari, and Arya — who went above and beyond every day to make our stay extra special. My girls loved that Ayu would remember their drinks orders for breakfast, which made mornings feel so personal and thoughtful. Special shout out to Head Chef Wayan, who provided many delicious offerings during breakfast and dinner. The variety and quality of the dishes were outstanding, and his attention to detail made every meal memorable. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The pool area was a favorite spot for our family, and the staff were always attentive without being intrusive. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and small touches like turndown service added to the sense of luxury. Overall, the Pullman team truly exceeded our expectations. Their genuine hospitality and care made our holiday unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.

Had an amazing stay at Pullman Bali Legian! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options, the room was amazing, very comfortable and clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. All the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Manager Dodi for all the help and hospitality throughout my stay. I honestly feel like I found a friend in Bali . His kindness and professionalism made the whole experience even more memorable. Because of the amazing hospitality here, I will definitely be coming back again and will also be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Exceptional service recovery and wonderful stay! ​I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Pullman staff and especially the Duty Manager, Mr. Wisnu Wardana. We experienced a minor hiccup during check-in, as our initial room was newly renovated and had some lighting issues. ​However, Mr. Wardana provided fantastic service recovery, offering us comfortable options while we waited for a new room. Thanks to his quick actions, we had a very pleasant stay and truly felt the warm, genuine hospitality of Bali! ​Beyond the service, the breakfast was fantastic, and the welcome drink (which includes a top-notch cocktail) was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were truly wonderful, very helpful, patient, and lovely. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. I’d especially like to mention the breakfast team: Cahya, Seni, and Haity, who were incredibly accommodating and always went out of their way to help with a smile. They made every morning a pleasure, whether it was preparing our favorite dishes or suggesting new options we might enjoy. The staff at the reception were also wonderful, always serving with a great attitude and making check-in and check-out seamless. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at the swimming pool serving drinks,I believe his name was Rwandan, such a lovely fella, always attentive, cheerful, and serving with a warm smile that brightened the day. Also, many thanks to our housekeeper, Adipramaa, for the meticulous care and attention to detail in keeping our room spotless and comfortable. Generally, all the staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every interaction, whether small or large, reflected genuine kindness, patience, and dedication. I would definitely recommend anyone considering a stay here not to give it a second thought. This hotel is an absolute gem, and the staff alone make it an experience worth repeating. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already planning our next visit.

Had a wonderful “me-time” staycation at Pullman Legian Bali. As an All Accor member, I was able to use one of my suite upgrade benefits for this stay. To my surprise, the room was further upgraded to an Executive Family Room, which is spacious enough to accommodate up to 4 guests with the additional foldable bed/chair provided. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and came with thoughtful welcome amenities. A special thank you to Mr. Frans for his assistance and hospitality throughout the stay. His attention to detail and warm service made the experience even more enjoyable. We also tried the dinner buffet (paid separately), which offered a good selection of dishes and was a pleasant dining experience. Breakfast the next morning was equally enjoyable, with a wide variety of local and international options available. Overall, we had a very comfortable and memorable stay.
