An absolutely spectacular resort and complex - expansive, well maintained gardens with peacocks and local wildlife. Tidy beach, excellent variety in food choices at very reasonable prices. Kids club was extremely friendly and well attended. Highly recommend booking Palace Club access - this was definitely a superior breakfast (the main buffet is huge, well supplied but busy and chaotic feeling) and cocktail hour is delightful. A truely relaxing place to be, and exceptionally friendly staff. Sauna and cold plunge pool was a delightful luxury. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Palace Club section. The service was fantastic and the staff so friendly and they went out of their way to make one's stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautifully looked after and the food incredible. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails with all the different delicious treats was absolutely fabulous! Stayed here for our anniversary with connecting room for the kids. Room amenities was OK, air-conditioning unit could have been better. Bottled water might not be enough on a sunny day. Bed and pillows are great. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Nusa Dua, and conveniently boasts a beautiful clean beach nearby. The service team was exceptional - fantastic and incredibly accommodating. The place is beautifully decorated, featuring the iconic Bali gate, and it would make an ideal setting for seaside weddings. However, the breakfast buffet lacked some key traditional Indonesian local delicacies, focusing more on western choices. But despite that, overall our experience was excellent!

What an amazing experience my family and I had! The facilities, restaurants, and staff were outstanding. A special shout-out to Wandi, a trainee at Raja's Balinese Cuisine. Wandi, stick with it ,I truly believe you have what it takes to be a manager by the next time I visit. Rendy from the pool bar was also fantastic, but the biggest thanks goes to Anggara, also from the pool bar. His service was exceptional and really made our stay memorable. My recent stay at the Handwritten Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was swept up in the luxury, warmth, and genuine hospitality that define this beautiful property. The standout moment for me was the surprise upgrade to a suite, which included a private balcony. The extra space and comfort were perfect. I truly felt like a valued guest, thanks to such thoughtful touches. What really made this stay special, though, was the level of personalized service. From the start, the staff at the Executive Lounge were incredibly friendly, taking the time to make me feel at home. I was also welcomed on arrival by the Duty/Sales Manager, and it was a lovely surprise to be bid farewell by the Duty Manager, Puri, upon my departure. These little gestures really show the attention to detail that makes Handwritten Nusa Dua a standout. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the seaside, providing easy access to the beach. I was thoroughly impressed with the variety of F&B options available, but the Raja Restaurant really deserves a special mention. It was an experience in itself, with traditional Balinese flavors and impeccable service. If you’re a foodie, it’s a must-try and, in my opinion, star-worthy. The hotel’s lush gardens are another highlight. It felt like a tropical oasis. The spa’s pool was incredibly calming, and the Balinese massage was absolutely rejuvenating. A true escape! One of the most unique and touching experiences was being invited to participate in the Full Moon Ceremony at the hotel’s on-site temple. It was a beautiful and spiritual experience, made even more special by the fact that the hotel provided guests with traditional Balinese attire to wear for the ceremony. This gesture really added to the cultural immersion and made the stay feel deeply authentic. Another aspect worth mentioning is the thoughtful convenience of the hotel. With shops on-site, including local vendors and an ATM, it’s easy to find everything you need without leaving the property. Lastly, the welcome at the hotel was spectacular, with a vibrant Balinese dance performance that instantly set the tone for what was to come. It was a small, yet powerful touch that made the arrival feel extra special. In summary, the Handwritten Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa offers more than just a luxurious stay, it’s an experience steeped in hospitality, culture, and beauty. From the stunning suite to the thoughtful service and unique cultural experiences, it’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about their guests. I can’t wait to return!
