I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beachfront hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property boasts direct access to the beach, making it perfect for those who love the sun, sand, and sea. The ambiance is simply breathtaking—a beautiful blend of a Balinese palace with a vintage-meets-modern twist, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. They always had warm smiles and were eager to assist with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options, whether we wanted to lounge under the sun or relax in the shade. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The selection was incredibly diverse, featuring local and international cuisines—from Continental and Indian to Asian, European, American, Japanese, and Middle Eastern dishes. The fruits were fresh and delicious**, and we especially loved the freshly squeezed juices** as well as the healthy beverages** made with carrot, beetroot, cucumber, celery, pineapple, and spinach. One minor downside was that the ocean view was slightly affected by receding water** during our stay, though this was beyond the hotel's control. Additionally, while some areas of the room showed subtle signs of aging, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. Despite these small drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future. If you're looking for a tranquil beach getaway with outstanding service, delicious food, and a unique Balinese-inspired ambiance, this is the perfect choice!

Spent 5 nights at this resort and was were “woo’d” the moment we pulled in the driveway. Beautiful Balinese welcome with dancer, music, cool face towel and welcome drink! All so very lovely! We had the “all inclusive package” and on the surface it seems like a good deal, we did feel a little trapped in the resort as we wanted to make the most of the package. Apart from The “free flow drinks between 3-6” drinks needed to be paid for. Even just standard water at $2 Aud a glass. The prices in the resort were on par with Australian prices. I felt that the hotel itself is dated and could use a revamp. The rooms were Balinese themed and poorly designed but felt tired. The pillows were 95% air and deflated as soon as you put your head on them, I’ve never experienced anything like it, extremely uncomfortable! We couldn’t sit on the balcony as the condensation/drips of water landed directly on the chairs. Lots of mould and rotting wood on the balcony. For a 5 star resort I would have expected a smart TV, we could only watch grainy free to air channels. The pool had broken tiles everywhere - although it was quite lovely and big. Not enough sun beds around the pool and they were usually gone by 9am with towels on them… the restaurants were also booked out in advance too… wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, there was a lot of choice however no bacon! I thought it was a Muslim thing, but they had ham… so couldn’t figure that out! At first we felt the staff treated us differently as we were on the all inclusive package, but that got better as the time went on… just be mindful if you need a shop, it’s a fair distance to walk or rent a bike for $7.50 and hour (in comparison, it cost us $11 in a grab taxi to go to Kuta 30 min away)… I probably wouldn’t stay here again especially with kids as they got bored quite easily.

One of the most exceptional resorts I have had the pleasure of staying at. The resort offers an unparalleled experience with its exclusive beachfront private access, a wide range of amenities, and exceptional staff service. Guests can indulge in various activities without leaving the premises, including relaxation at the Calm spa and pool, rejuvenation in the steam and sauna room, and dining with breathtaking beach views. The resort also organises a variety of activities and special events that enhance the overall guest experience. While the resort excels in many areas, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Some of the room furnishings, such as the bedhead, chairs, and sofas, have been observed to have noticeable stains, which is unexpected for a five-star hotel. Similarly, the chairs at the breakfast area have also been found to be stained. Despite these minor issues, the resort maintains a daily cleaning schedule and provides a satisfactory level of cleanliness. However, it would be beneficial for the resort to implement a more thorough deep cleaning process to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned. The resort offers a plethora of photographic opportunities, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area and capture stunning views, particularly during sunrise and sunset. Additionally, the resort’s location is highly advantageous, providing a safe, quiet, and convenient proximity to the Bali Collection shopping centre. Guests can conveniently walk to the shopping centre. Overall, I highly recommend this resort and anticipate returning for future stays.

The hotel itself is absolutely lovely—a true resort-style escape. The swimming pool is great for relaxing, and the staff deserve a special mention: they’re incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely warm. The spa is also a highlight—calm, well-designed, and perfect for unwinding. Now, while I enjoyed my stay overall, I did notice that some of the rooms are starting to show their age. A bit of a refresh would go a long way, as certain areas feel a little outdated or oddly styled. That said, my main reservation isn’t about the hotel, but the location. Nusa Dua is very secluded. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the bustle, it’s ideal. But personally, I prefer a more balanced vibe—like what you get in Sanur, where there’s a nice mix of local charm, a bit of city energy, and still that relaxed beach feel. So, in short: beautiful hotel, excellent service, peaceful setting—but Nusa Dua might not be for everyone, especially if you like to be more connected to local life.

The hotel is clean and the housekeeping service is terrific. The hospitality of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel pools were nice however there were limited pool chairs and many were claimed but not occupied by guests, meaning sometimes you were unable to secure a poolside chair for hours. The catering at the restaurants was satisfactory but compared to meals at adjacent hotels, the quality of the food could be improved and the food was also comparatively a lot more expensive.
