We stayed in one of the villas for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We tried all restaurants and all food was fantastic. We definitely recommend the ribs from the beach restaurant or pool bar, also the lobster from there as well ($5 surcharge). The service and manners of all employees was amazing. The bed and pillows were the best we’ve ever had (sleeping for 9 hours most nights). Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

I recently stayed at the Merusaka with my partner and we had an extremely positive experience. The resort is in a beautiful location and we were in awe of the beach! We also found the all inclusive benefit to be well worth it! The staff were kind and often went above and beyond to meet our needs. There were several staff members in particular that added value to our everyday - Juni (Ja’Jan by the sea), Sugi (Ja’Jan by the sea), Dwi (Ja’Jan by the sea) & Andre (Gading)!! We look forward to returning to the Merusaka!

Our family of 5 had a great time at the Merusaka! 8 days and could not fault 1 thing. Location was great, service was amazing and the interconnecting rooms were great for our family holiday! Beds and pillows were so comfortable!!! The service provided by the staff, especially Dana & Bagas at the poolside bar. They constantly went above and beyond to ensure all guests were looked after and having a great time! All inclusive package is definitely the way to go! We will definitely be back!

I wish I could say better things but the stay was merely ok. Nusa Dua is a nice place to stay but this hotel is far from 5 stars. You can find in other reviews about the hotel infrastructure and the rooms. What I am here to point out is the delay on returning the deposit that they ask. Yes, they ask you for a 2,000,000 rupiah deposit which is about 115 euros and well... I have no idea when I'm getting my money back. I have messaged their guest services and it was indeed a fast reply saying that their bank is taking long to reply. They have "sent emails" to the bank but who knows? I can't be the first one to pay this deposit by credit card so what the hell is the problem? 10 business days gone and no refund yet. Maybe I'll come back in a couple of days to say I was stolen.

“ A Perfect Stay in Paradise!” Our stay at MERUSAKA Nusa Dua was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is in a perfect location, just 25 minutes from the airport and right next to a shopping area, making everything easily accessible. The beach is pristine, the pools are fantastic, and the restaurants offer delicious food. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Whatever we needed was arranged within minutes, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. The only minor issue was a slight humidity smell in the room, but given the tropical climate, it was expected and didn’t impact our overall experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Nusa Dua, this is the place to be. A well-deserved 5-star experience
