Very good hotel, the hotel staff are very helpful. I stayed there 2 days then my phone was broken (screen) and everyone from the hotel tried to help me. I am so appreciated it! I would like to say big THANKS to Kevin from the beach club bar. He saved fixed my phone, saved my vacation and my good mood 🥹 he is very positive , friendly and very professional guy. By the way, he creates amazing cocktails as well. Thank you Sakala report to make my vacation so amazing. I will come back again 🩷

My wife and I have returned for our second visit to this beautiful resort. We love the huge size of the suites and the room service food is high quality.
The buffet breakfast is the best we have had in any resort in Bali over many years - very big selection!
The Sakala Beach club over the road is amazing with a beautiful outlook over the ocean.
The staff here are amazing and love how they remember us by name. They are extremely professional and helpful at all times.
We will definitely be back again for another stay.

WORST HOTEL IN BALI
From check in to check out was a worst hotel experience we had in Bali. The receptionist are not welcoming at all, the rooms smell eggs inside ( the bathroom smells so bad too)
Better to stay in a guest house for $10 per night, i am sure they take more care about the cleaning.
The swimming pool area is also disgusting.
Nothing good there that can deserve to be this expensive
Make yourself a gift and chose another place to stay

We stayed at the Villa for 3 nights. Very quiet and enjoyable. The people are super friendly. Location is not that accessible but can grab food and collect at the gate house. Bathtub is a bit old but other things are fine.

I recently stayed at The Sakala Resort Bali for six days and five nights for an international training event. The experience was exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
The resort itself is beautiful, offering luxurious accommodations that made the stay very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beach club, which provided a perfect place to relax and unwind after the training sessions.
The food was another standout aspect. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including Western, Asian, and Indonesian dishes, with a special emphasis on Balinese cuisine. Each meal was delicious and catered to diverse palates, ensuring there was something for everyone.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the overall pleasant experience. A special mention goes to Mr. Demmy, the Guest Relation Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. His warm hospitality and attention to detail were truly commendable.
Balancing work and relaxation, I found the training sessions enjoyable, almost like being on holiday. The serene environment, coupled with excellent facilities and service, made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend The Sakala Resort Bali for both business and leisure stays. It reflects the positive experience of a balanced mix of work and relaxation at The Sakala Resort Bali.
