The facilities are really really good and the resort really does have a lot to offer. Breakfast is AMAZING and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and we are very grateful for that. I do wish that the overall service was a bit better considering that it is a 5 star hotel. Food from room service is average at best and when we ordered food and drinks at the pool bar we didn’t receive it at all as they seemed to have lost our order slip. Our room was cleaned after 4pm on one of the days which I have never experienced at a hotel/resort before. Apart from that we had a pleasant stay.

This place is pretty cool. It's right on the beach, although most of the rooms are across the street so you have to walk across the street. It was very deserted when we were there. There was only maybe 18 rooms filled out of 600. If you'd like a quiet vacation, the place is fairly large. That's the only problem and you have to walk everywhere. It has three floors of gym and a really nice pool. The staff is very friendly

We had a 10 day stay at Sakala resort with 2 young kids. The villa was great with so much space and a great private pool which was nice to have when we wanted some quiet time.
The main pool area was large and the swim up bar was a nice feature.
The food at breakfast was delicious along with the other food options.
The staff were lovely and always willing to help. Huang, was very helpful during our stay.
We loved the kids club for the boys and it was so handy having that facility there.
The resort is a short taxi ride into the main hub of Nusa Dua.
The beach was not great, there is a private section of beach at Sanuh but it wasn’t that clean and there wasn’t enough sunbeds. We preferred to stay at the resort anyway so we weren’t all that fussed about the beach.
We loved this holiday, it was relaxing and the pools and villa along with the staff made it what we needed. Would recommend.

It was quite enjoyable staying here. We stayed for 3D 2N in a room with direct pool access (highly recommended). There's also a beach club with a pool and private beach, you can do any water sports there. It's perfect for couples or families.
