We’ve enjoyed staying at The Sakala Resort! The staff were super friendly, rooms are neat and welcoming, resort well established and central. Lots of different amenities to enjoy such as the beach club, pools, free shuttle service to Bali Collection and amazing daily buffet breakfast. The resort's central location made it easy to travel to various parts of Bali with minimal traffic restrictions, and there are lots of restaurants/bars/shops just walking distance from the resort. We also enjoyed renting a scooter for easy transport and the resort has ample underground parking to accommodate this. We also received regular sweet treats from the resort left in our room to enjoy after a hot day out exploring. Thank you Sakala for making our stay wonderful and adding to the beautiful memories we have of Bali 🌺

The Sakala Resort Bali was made truly memorable thanks to DEMMY , the incredible manager with his fantastic tattoos ; He was incredibly professional, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. His warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We are very grateful and highly recommend this resort in Bali not only for its beauty but also for the outstanding service under Demmy’s exceptional care and management.🌟

Our holiday turned out to be amazing. It’s just a bit unfortunate that the hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach since it’s not a private beach. All the staff provided excellent service, especially Annisa. She is truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and assisted us to our room. She also became a new friend to our daughter and son during our stay and even gave her a gift when we left. She also accompanied us to the drop-off to say goodbye. We’re leaving with hearts full of love.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On the first night, we found that the bathroom ceiling had a significant leak. We requested to change rooms, but it took 2 hours of waiting, so we ended up not moving that night because our child was already asleep. We only moved to a new room the next morning. An unpleasant incident happened during check-out. We were charged for food and drinks we never ordered, and the male receptionist spoke in a rude tone without a single apology for the mistake. I had to wait quite a while even though our car was already waiting, until a manager who was more professional came and handled the situation politely and properly. It’s unfortunate that the friendliness of the other staff was overshadowed by the attitude of one staff member. The room was quite spacious. The swimming pool was nice, with a section for kids. Breakfast was also okay, with many options. The kids’ club was also good. The beach, however, is not recommended for those who want to relax, as it was dirty with many boats, jet skis, and people offering their rides. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for us

4:17 The Sakala Resort Bali Very disappointed. I have disability so couldn't walk.too far. This hotel even though looked at a lot of reviews not a bad one. Not sure where other ppl stayed but, There r 3 seperate buildings so a lot of walking even 1 building where other pool is located also where u hv lunch n dinner u hv to walk across main road too it. no lift to lobby all walking. One positive room was nice n clean. Did hv few issues with food too. Chicken wasn't cooked through. Quite a way from shops in the area. Which I did know abt. But definitely not all the walking.
