The all-inclusive package at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali includes the following:

  • Breakfast served at the Grand Café (7am to 10.30am) with breakfast boxes available (one-day prior notice required). Breakfast is served in Ibu Kitchen for Family Paradise Wing guests
  • Lunch served at either the Grand Café (12noon to 3pm), Jukung, Mahi-Mahi or Chopstick, with lunch box available (one-day prior notice required)
  • Dinner buffet served at the Grand Café (7pm to 10pm) or themed buffet at Rama Stage. Other dinner options include Julie’s Italian, a set menu at Bumbu Delhu or Ibu Kitchen
  • In-room dining for dinner (7pm to 10pm)
  • Afternoon tea and coffee buffet near the Mango Parlor Terrace (4pm to 6pm)
  • 30% discount on premium menu items such as lobster and prawn
  • 24-hour in room dining menu
  • Selected local alcoholic brands, cocktails, soft drinks, wine and beer, served by the glass (11am to 12midnight)

This resort is incredible, especially with children. The included breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was such variety. The facilities (lazy river pool, pools, open water activities, beach activities) were so great that we spent so much time at the resort and forgot to venture out much. The staff were so kind and friendly, super helpful!

We stayed at the Grand Mirage for 5 nights with my 5 & 2 year old. The hospitality we received was beyond amazing. The resort is wonderful for kids, with kids splash area, kids indoor centre and activities, various pools and beach. The lazy river was our favourite, such a fun activity to do with the family. The infinity pool was also beautiful. The room was very comfortable for four of us and lovely bathroom too. They also, gave us a room as we had checked out but still used the facilities. So we were able to shower and get ready before heading to the airport. We really appreciated the lovely staff there. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

My husband and I spent our ‘holiday of a lifetime’ here and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We are from England and it’s our first time in Bali. From the initial warm welcome, we felt as though nothing was too much trouble. The food is amazing (I recommend going all inclusive if possible!) the seafood restaurant was a favourite of ours - our waiter Restu was so sweet and attentive, ensuring we always felt special and there’s a huge variety of choice. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned/restocked daily and the staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and add those personal touches (special shout out to Agus for his spectacular towel designs!). Individual staff remembered us and our favourite drinks/foods and the ocean walking which we did at the hotel was a real highlight. We have no idea how or when but it is a definite bucket list item to come back. Thank you to all the staff at the Grand Mirage-you helped make our trip better than we ever could have hoped.

We just returned from a wonderful week away at the Grand Mirage Family Paradise. The staff are amazing there, so polite and helpful and friendly. The facilities were amazing for our kids (8 & 11). They loved the water slide and kids club. The air conditioning was a little strong and cold for us in our room being Queenslander's - was always set at 17! We tried to adjust it but it seems it might be automatically set. That was probably the only thing that bothered us while there. Not a big complaint as we spent so much time by the pools and exploring anyway. We had a wonderful time and the location is perfect to explore a bit of the local area but also have a wonderful resort to go 'home' to. The dinner and fire show were pretty amazing as well. The staff obviously work very hard as the resort was looking well maintained and very clean as well. We would come back again for sure.

We stayed here with the kids and we had an absolute ball! The food and beverage package made the experience all the better. The room was large with plenty of space for all. The restaurants and pools were nearby and with everything accessible, the trip was amazing. Super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable.
