7 nights in one bedroom apartment, very spacious with large balcony overlooking rear gardens! Room is very dark with not much natural light. Staff are all lovely but ordering food around the pool area was difficult and often waiting an hour for food to arrive. Pool is amazing but they should not allow people to reserve lounges all day and not show up for hours! Also some people taking too many towels so they run out for other guests. Spa is very luxurious and very professional.

Great stay at the Novotel. Well located in Nusa Dua - close to shops and restaurants and other resort. Walking distance to the beach / Bali Collection Mall / Theatre / Museum though there are regular shuttles between them and the hotel. Room was perfect for a family of 4 - great to have our own space as well as space to gather together. Everything, gym, spa, cafe and restaurants within reach. All staff were always kind, respectful and cheerful and did not spare any opportunity to make our stay nor comfortable ad pleasant. Special thanks to Dian, Juan and Lorensia who surprised my wife on her birthday with a cake and mini celebration. We’ll definitely be back!

We held our welcome dinner for our family and close friends here in Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. A special thank you for Rosa, as our handler. She made the whole preparation process felt easy and hassle-less. She showed professionalism, even stayed late until we left the beach club. Thank you as well for Novotel Bali Nusa Dua to be able to close the beach club for our welcome dinner that made the night felt private and warm for us. The venue, the service, and the food were all exceptional, contributing to a truly memorable evening for us and all our guests. We received so many compliments on the dinner, and it set the perfect tone for our wedding celebrations.

Amazing room. Clean, spacious and cool. The pools are clean and free of leaves; the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Disappointed there were only two beach towels in the room to use with our private pool when there were three of us staying. The private beach area was clean and close, with a complimentary golf buggy bus to run you there and back. There appears to be a reserve your sunbed mentality by the pool, but there were beds and then a cabana free when we wanted them this afternoon. Really nice surprise to come in tonight to a birthday cake and candle to help me to continue to celebrate! Thank you, Lorensia and Dian. From welcome to last night (check out tomorrow but I'm sure that will be smooth and easy too) it's been amazing start to our time in Bali.

Day Two: It’s been 20 years since visiting Bali. Things have changed. The charm and warmth remains. Dian and Anggita has asked us to review the Novotel. A relaxed and family oriented resort in a gated community of other hotels, the concept is quite unique to me and I see the benefits of holidaying amongst like-minded people from many countries. My partner and I are staying here the week, outside of Australian school holidays, with many families enjoying themselves, from other parts of the world. Good times all round and lots of fun to share. Instead of five stars, Novotel receives four stars for the poor state of the room. The shower didn’t work and for such a top quality hotel name, the basics shouldn’t be missed. Excluding this, we are enjoying the food, accommodations, friendly staff, poolside and nearby beach a short walk away.
