We had the best family vacation of a lifetime here. The service is the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff kind hearted and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to make out stay unforgettable. This resort had something for everyone and had a lot to offer families and kids activities. The rooms spacious and fresh, food impeccable and pool and entertainment exceptional. Lorensia looked after every detail of need and made out stay stress free and one to remember as we celebrated our Birthdays and Christmas in one. Thank you Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, we will be back next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Novotel Nusa Dua. We received excellent service from all of the staff. Great food, and very nice accommodations. Beautiful resort with lots of lush greenery and architecture to match Balanese culture. Great administrative help from Puja and Wahyu! We had a really nice family vacation at your resort. We plan to return again in the future. We are especially grateful for the great poolside service provided to us by Pak Yuke and the other pool staff. One of the staff (I can't remember his name) was particularly helpful and attentive and learned to say thank you in Spanish to our family, while we learned in Bahasa. The cleaning staff was also very helpful and left our room spending each day.Thank you to all the hotel staff for a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel! The guest experience team provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Lorensia, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. She was very attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is very convenient, offering great facilities and easy access to everything. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — the perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Novotel for its warm hospitality and outstanding service.

Our stay at Novotel was truly enjoyable! The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery that creates a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Lorensia from Guest Experience, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made our visit even more memorable. Overall, Novotel is a wonderful place to stay — combining great service, comfort, and a serene environment. Highly recommended!

The room was as expected, we booked the 3 bedroom unit with private pool which was nice. The beach club was amazing, service was good and food was amazing (at the beach club only). That’s where the good ends, the buffet breakfast was terrible, drinks weren’t good and were overpriced, we went to the Balinese night for $55 per person and they were only giving small portions of the pork but at $55 you would expect a lot more. Service at the actual hotel was really poor too, we ordered food and drinks a couple of times and often had to go find staff to help and even then would take ages for anything to come out. I went to order a burger one day and they said not available which was a shame. The wifi at the resort was the worst I have ever used and this was incredibly frustrating given afternoons had bad weather we didn’t have much to do other than relax at the room. We ordered more towels as the room didn’t even have enough towels for all guests and after multiple calls they still didn’t come. Lots of mosquitoes so we asked for insect repellent and they didn’t provide again after asking multiple times even though they said yes. I would not stay here again.
