Had a truly memorable staycation with my friend at Novotel Nusa Dua. The room was absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway and gathering spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The entire resort has a peaceful, tropical vibe with well-maintained gardens and a lovely atmosphere that instantly puts you in holiday mode. Special thanks to Lorensia at the Front Office, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time there. Her hospitality made a big difference! What truly made the experience outstanding was the incredible service. The staff are absolutely fantastic ,friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Lorensia from the Guest Experience team, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was very professional, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nusa Dua! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed gardens that make the whole atmosphere feel peaceful and tropical. There’s an abundance of plants and nature all around, which adds to the relaxing vibe. The beach nearby is stunning—clean, calm, and perfect for a peaceful walk or simply relaxing by the water. It really felt like a hidden gem. The staff were all very professional and welcoming throughout the stay. A special thanks to Lorensia for her kind hospitality and warm assistance. She went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Truly appreciated!

The gardens at the resort are perfectly manicured. We visited in October which was stunning with the gardens in full flower. A shuttle bus runs to the beach club every 15 mins. We loved enjoying lunch and drinks right on the sand moments from the ocean. Budi and Ayu looked after us on our stay by servicing our room and making much loved towel animals. A great family friendly resort. Many families enjoyed the pool.

Had a wonderful breakfast experience at Novotel, thanks to Lioni! The food selection was great — everything from fresh pastries and fruits to local dishes and made-to-order eggs. What really made the morning special was Lioni’s warm and attentive service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming — a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

My stay at Novotel Nusa Dua was truly beyond words! 💖 From the moment I arrived, Fenny made me feel so welcomed and cared for. She was incredibly friendly and patient, explaining everything in detail and making sure I had a smooth check-in. What really touched me was when she even helped inflate my pool toy and personally delivered it to my room — such a small gesture, yet it meant so much! Throughout my stay, Lorensia, Juan, and Kirani constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. They didn’t just do their jobs — they genuinely cared. To my biggest surprise, they decorated my room so beautifully to celebrate my birthday and later that night delivered a birthday cake to me. 🎂✨ I was honestly so touched by their kindness and effort — it made me feel special, appreciated, and truly at home. This experience was far beyond my expectations and created a memory I’ll never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the amazing team at Novotel Nusa Dua. You made my birthday and my entire stay absolutely magical. 💕
