I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. I want to give special thanks to Juan and Puja for their outstanding service — they were so friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made my experience extra special. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Thank you again to the entire team!

We are coming to the end of a weeks stay here, and I am reluctant to leave. It is absolutely beautiful . From the moment my family and I arrived, we have been treated exceptionally well. We have thoroughly enjoyed the extensive Buffet breakfast every morning, delicious cocktails by the pool…and the pool itself is simply fabulous. Stunning gardens, and plenty of shade. We have been to the Dayspa for several treatments, snd may I especially thank Rai the Spa Manager , who was always so accommodating. I had sent several emails in previous weeks, trying to book in different treatments for various family members, and she was always so easy to deal with. The Spa itself is gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, and all the staff were, without exception, wonderful. I know that there are cheaper places nearby, but the prices are still incredibly cheap compared to home ( Australia). I could not recommend it more. We also loved the Beach Club. The food and drinks were very reasonable (and delicious!) and the staff were very friendly. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday Novotel Nusa Dua, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel! The guest experience team provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Lorensia, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. She was very attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is very convenient, offering great facilities and easy access to everything. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — the perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Novotel for its warm hospitality and outstanding service.

Our stay at Novotel was truly enjoyable! The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery that creates a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Lorensia from Guest Experience, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made our visit even more memorable. Thank you to all the staff you made my holiday special , there are so many names I could mention, but haven't room on here. I loved the hotel everything was in walking distance, not like some bigger hotels. They had a little open air shuttle to take you to the beach club on the beach which abt 5mins away . You can walk if you want to. My room was great plenty of room n very clean, bed was huge n comfortable. And the food was excellent . Plenty of choices. Thanx to all the staff xxxx . I can totally recommend you book this hotel
