It was the most amazing experience ever! Loved our stay from the moment we got out of the taxi. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile throughout the whole premises by everyone. We loved relaxing in the pool, waiters coming around the whole time to take orders, bar is so nice and the view is just wow! Restaurant served food out of this world every single meal we’ve ordered. Breakfast was stunning with so many options to choose from. Resort has the perfect location, close to Bali Collection and the street markets, salons and spa’s. All in walking distance. Novotel Bali will definitely see us again! Will definitely bring the family. It's a child friendly. For now it was a Mother/Daughter trip out of this world!

Wow - what an incredible stay. We had a deluxe room overlooking the pool with a balcony which was spacious and provided everything we needed, including blockout curtains if you like a sleep in. As soon as we arrived, I took a long soak in the huge bathtub as it was in the evening and room service. The steak was delicious! In the morning, we awoke to a lovely view. The grounds were a tropical oasis, well kept and maintained and perfect for taking photos. Breakfast was exceptional, as was all food at the restaurant. We loved the Balinese-themed night and took advantage of the wonderful cocktails at the bar. We were treated to the most amazing massage at the hotels In Balance Spa which was divine. The location was perfect, so peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. It was within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants although so much was available at the resort and easy not leave it with everything at our disposal. We spent many hours in the pool, relaxing under a cabana with friends or on a sun lounge reading. All staff were most welcoming and always had the Balinese smile. There is a money exchanger in the lobby with competitive rate, making it safe and secure to exchange money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I just got back from a stay at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the themed dinners, especially the Balinese Theme Dinner. The traditional performance was so vibrant and enjoyable, and the food was absolutely delicious! The pool area was gorgeous—such a perfect place to relax and unwind. I spent many sunny afternoons lounging by the pool, enjoying the beautiful views. While the room was a bit outdated, it was really well-maintained and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. I had such a great time here and will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a place with fantastic staff, a lovely pool, and great dining experiences, I highly recommend Novotel Bali Nusa Dua! Thanks again to everyone for a memorable stay!

We liked our stay at the Novotel, it was good value for money. The staff was friendly and the kids loved the big pool.🥰 Breakfast buffet was a plus, as well as the family-friendly atmosphere!🙏 Personally, I thought the apartment we had (1 bdr aptmt) was in general great & spacious, but the bathroom absolutely needs a make-over and for me the interior was a little too dark. Despite the windows and sunny weather it never really seemed bright in there. One more thing: when we arrived for check-in at 2pm and our room was not ready (even though check-in is 2pm), and they made us wait for like 45 minutes... that was unpleasant. We were tired and sweaty and I was suffering from some sort of stomach bug and just wanted to have a room and have some peace & quiet. Otherwise... lovely hotel, would come again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in a deluxe king bed pool view with balcony, 2 adults and 2 young kids. The room was nice and spacious. The kids loved the pool. Because the room was a pool view room, there was expected noise from the pool, but the noise neither started early nor ended really late, and was not an issue. If you prefer more peace and quiet during the day, then the pool view room is probably not the best choice. What I did appreciate was that the staff contacted us because we left a cable charger in the room. It was a very thoughtful gesture.
