People from the hotel are all very kind and helpful.
The atmosphere corresponds exactly to what we expect in Bali.

Very very bad service. The room (deluxe room) was horrible. Not hygienic and very dirty. The bedsheets were dirty, the floor was making our feet dirty. The food we’ve got served was still raw. The staff didn’t understand our problem and the company could not meet us with any compensation or anything to make it right. They only changed us to a different dirty room. The smell in the rooms was awful.
For a 5-star hotel is this not worth your money. Coming from frequent travellers. Wasted our money.

Having recently spent our holiday at The Leaf Jimbaran we were greeted by such friendly staff. Greeted with smiles .Nothing was to much trouble. Food was outstanding and great value .Especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast 😋 with fresh omelette s prepared in front of you . We enjoyed the spa on site which contributed to a relaxed holiday .Beautiful gardens and a lovely pool to cool down in when needed . Our whole experience staying at The leaf 🍃 was a very memorable one. Hope to return 🙏 😌

Very beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. Filled with soo much greenery in the resort.
Villas are very spacious and beautiful. Equipped with a small kitchen, beautiful pool. Tropical look through out the room.
Staff all around the hotel very efficient and wonderful. Just slow internet issues but apart from that I have no complaints.
Special thanks to housekeeping for keeping our room clean on daily basis, thanks to restaurant and bar staff, thanks to reception staff and massage therapists.
Overall loved the place and can strongly recommend to couple, friends and families. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful and very romantic hotel. The pool villa is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The private pool is much larger than I imagined and absolutely private and cleaned daily. The larger hotel facilities are also absolutely stunning. Breakfast has a large selection for every taste with the option of freshly made eggs, pancakes or waffles. The staff is beyond courteous and lovely.
