We had a truly wonderful time at The Leaf Jimbaran. The best part of our stay was the incredibly warm and friendly staff — they went above and beyond to make us feel special. A highlight was during the buffet breakfast when they surprised me with a birthday treat and sang happy birthday — such a thoughtful gesture that made the day extra memorable! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service throughout our stay was excellent; everyone was attentive, helpful, and always had a smile. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely recommend The Leaf Jimbaran to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay in Bali. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at The Leaf Jimbaran with my wife, kid, both in-laws, and my brother, booking a two-bedroom villa. The villa offers a private pool and open-space layout per unit, giving a strong impression of privacy, comfort, and tranquility. Breakfast isn't buffet-style but à la carte, likely due to lower occupancy and tailored service. There are two pools—one public and one private—but we mostly enjoyed our time at the private pool. However, there were no visible kids' activities, and the gym facilities were very limited. One of the AC units in our room didn’t work properly and required multiple visits from hotel technicians. Also, the road access leading to the villa is quite badly damaged, so driving carefully is highly recommended if you're bringing your own car.

Beware of Potential Scam – Sharing Our Experience for Awareness The hotel is decent for the price, though the villas could use some maintenance. Unfortunately, our checkout experience was terrible and felt like a setup targeting foreign tourists. Here's what happened: During checkout, two staff members came to collect our luggage. One of them, seemingly in a hurry, accidentally hit a flower vase with our suitcase and broke it. He ignored the incident and walked out. When he returned for the remaining luggage, I pointed out that he had broken the vase, but he just smiled and didn’t respond. At the reception, things escalated quickly. The staff, including the luggage handlers, accused us of breaking what they claimed was a "Gucci" flower vase and demanded 3 million IDR in damages. In our opinion, the vase was likely worth no more than 10 thousand IDR. We had to argue with the staff for over an hour before they finally let us leave without paying. It completely ruined our day. The whole situation felt orchestrated, especially given the absurd amount they were demanding. My advice: avoid this hotel if you value peace of mind. If you do decide to stay, I highly recommend recording any interactions with staff who enter your villa — just to be safe.

Tucked away in a quiet and serene location, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The peace and privacy made it feel like a true hidden gem. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Ketut and Lilis were incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to help — their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. The housekeeping team also deserves praise for keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with kind, attentive staff and a peaceful atmosphere, The Leaf Jimbaran is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We needed a last minute place to stay with our children in tow due to a flight cancelled at 12:30am. Could not have chosen better. The staff were so helpful and understanding, the rooms weee beautiful and so cool. Great food at the restaurant too. Had such a great stay wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Bali. Loved it.
