ALL staff cannot do enough for you the customer service in the hotel is 100% The rooms the cleaners Manua she was very friendly and helpful. The Security outside the hotel also was extremely friendly. Even the Assistant Manager helped me one day getting my uber All the staff and the Chefs in the restaurant I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you too they were extremely helpful I have a nut Allergy and the chefs could not do enough for me with my deserts 😋. The food in this hotel is 100% AMAZING!!!😋 Receptionist desk so helpful I would stay in this hotel again!!! I was in the lift one morning and I am sure it was the Hotel Manager he was extremely pleasant 😁 happy Manager.

We have had the most amazing experience staying at the JA Ocean View Hotel. The staff are truly the heart and soul of this Hotel. We felt welcomed, listened to and extremely safe here. We were treated so well and we will always remember this. We liked having a connection with the people here. In particular, Mamun, our cleaner, was excellent at communicating with us about cleaning our room and if there was anything we needed. Noushad who was at the service desk went above and beyond to make sure our travel plans went well and remembered what we were doing. He worked with other staff members to help us get to where we needed to be. Htut in the restaurant was extremely professional and knowledgable in his role. We were treated like kings! Thank you.

We are highly satisfied with our week spent in this hotel. Real 5* star service and quality!!! From reception personel who are highly friendly and welcoming 👍🏼 room service guy from 22nd floor - super french and nice 👍🏼 food is a separate 5*, tasty tasty tasty! Pool area great, view super, location! Also valet guys are extremely friendly and welcoming 🔥 recommend this hotel for stay in Dubai JBR are for sure !

Izran, Ramesh, and Afzal went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. They were always attentive, courteous, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was handling my car, luggage, or providing helpful information. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and made me feel very well taken care of. A big thank you to Izran, Ramesh, and Afzal for their outstanding hospitality—I’ll definitely remember their service as one of the best parts of my stay.
