All-around fantastic experience! The service was friendly and fast, the people were kind and hospitable, resort was very clean and beautiful, and the vibes were immaculate!!
As a Diamond member, we got upgraded to a spacious & beautiful room with an ocean view. There were so many pools to enjoy & PLENTY of chairs with a good spot.
The ONLY thing we felt needs improvement was the food. We went to every restaurant and the only one we really enjoyed was La Luce! We understand this is an all-inclusive so we didn’t expect the most delicious meals from the start.
Drinks were great!!! I would still recommend going here - but if you’re a foodie, you might look elsewhere.

Great place to stay. Brand new so everything is picture perfect. The food was delicious for an all inclusive. Usually food is not good at all inclusive hotels I find. Vela Norte every morning with our waiter Israel was amazing he always knew our drink order. We paid for Enclave highly recommended the treatment we had was amazing from Isa and Francisco. Not only were they kind but they treated us like family. We also did a photo shoot where we met Irina and Angel who were just amazing. They made it fun and enjoyable and with a small toddler they can be tough at times. Overall it has been an amazing experience. Management at this place is well organized the staff is so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend.

Incredibly nice hotel, amazing location surrounded by beach, ocean, pools and jungle. The rooms are really nice, with comfortable beds and pillows, rainfall shower heads, and a stocked minibar. The location is a little far from other destinations, but if you are planning on exploring all the resort has to offer, there is really no need to leave anyway. Auma steakhouse is amazing, and the buffets weren't bad at all.
The staff at this facility is absolutely amazing from the front desk and bellhops to the waitstaff and people driving the shuttle to different areas of the resort. You will never be disappointed by the service at this all-inclusive resort.
Bottom line, if you enjoy amazing weather, perfect views, luxurious accommodations and a great staff, look no further than this amazing, secluded resort.

Although the resort is a bit far from the Cancun airport, we had an amazing stay. The service was fantastic, with the exception of a mix-up at the beginning of our trip with check-in. We had booked a King bed room and they put us in a room with two Queens. The initial interaction with the check-in about the mix-up was a bit strange and curt at first, with their denial that we did not book a King until we showed them the receipt of purchase. The room itself smelled mildewy and we could see some mold next to the AC but they moved us to another room after a couple nights and we have no complaints about it. It was very nice.
One of the highlights of the trip was getting to know one of the resort supervisors, Alejandro! He is an amazing individual and hard worker, the Hilton is lucky to have him and we're happy to have gotten to know him during our stay.
The food was great, the drinks were great and the decor and interior design is beautiful. We would definitely return!

Stay away. So many better options. Food is terrible. I booked a family suite that sleeps 4, well guess what, 1 king bed and a small narrow couch does not sleep 4. What the heck!?? We arrived at 4pm and were told at check in that all restaurants are reserved so for dinner our best bet is the buffet. Guess what? Buffet was closed. Was then told to order room service which arrives at 10pm so my kids were long asleep and they had chips and cookies from the mini bar for dinner. I'm a diamond member too, how awful of Hilton. Entertainment is terrible, barely exists. Best part? I got awfully sick after a few days (I never drink anything that isn't bottled and am always super careful with what I eat). I've also been to many all inclusive and have never gotten sick before. I was on the toilet for 7 DAYS, I actually don't remember the last time I was so sick. I spent almost 1.2 million points for my stay at a family suite that should sleep 4 but only sleeps 3. I also contacted Hilton about all of this after we got home and what did Hilton do? They gave me a whopping 100k point refund. I've been a loyal Hilton member for over 10 years. After this I've decided Hyatt and Marriott will definitely treat me better.
