Had a great stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The staff were exceptional. Big thank you to Thet for the immaculate presentation of our room each day the flannels made into animais. Big thank you to Rashmika who handed out the poolside towels every day with a simile and to Rohit and the other lifeguard at the adult pool who made sure that the pool was peaceful and a great place to relax. Also special thanks to the staff at Taliah's café for their friendly service each morning and the excellent coffee and pastries. We loved the food at Trader Vic's and also at Villa Verona and both are well worth a visit. Finally the Mar Bar has superb staff and is the best place for a nightcap with a truly special view. Many thanks to Allen in the Mar Bar, very helpful and great to chat with.

The hotel is fantastic — beautiful property, great rooms, and a stunning pool area that made relaxing in the sun absolutely perfect. The service truly sets this hotel apart. The concierge team, especially Mani and Mosharof, were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Zahid from housekeeping also took great care of us and helped us out. In the Executive Lounge, Ruslan went above and beyond to take care of us every day. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional Service by Chef Abhilash at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah During our recent stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, we were truly impressed by the hospitality and warmth shown by Chef Abhilash. As vegetarians, finding good breakfast options while traveling can sometimes be tricky, but Chef Abhilash went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. He personally prepared fresh live dosas and arranged a wonderful spread of vegetarian breakfast options, all tailored to our preferences. The food was delicious, authentic, and made with genuine care — a real highlight of our stay. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such personal attention to guests. A big thank you to Chef Abhilash for his kindness, culinary skills, and for making our mornings at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah so memorable. Highly appreciated and strongly recommended! 🙏✨

I want to give a huge shoutout to Lakshan Recreation! He’s an amazing person — kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel is absolutely fantastic: super clean, comfortable, and has a great vibe. Lakshan is a true professional and an excellent lifeguard — always attentive and reliable. Great location and even better service. We’ve been communicating for months to coordinate a nice birthday setup for my husband’s birthday. The staff was just as consistent during our visit as they were from our initial conversation. The hotel is on the coastline with lots of restaurants and activities right at your doorstep. Everyone from the concierge to housekeeping were always kind and smiling. It’s amazing how staff can remember your name and birthday even with the many other hotel guests. That’s a really nice personal touch that you don’t find everywhere. Mani from concierge was our last encounter before we departed. He helped bring all of our luggage down for us and even waited until our car service arrived. We will visit again the next time we’re in Dubai.
