I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, which made our stay so comfortable. Customer service was also top-notch, as everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was a standout highlight. Both the beach restaurant and the main restaurant offered delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. I appreciated the variety on the children’s menu, making it easy to find options my kids enjoyed. The hotel truly inspires admiration and incredible feelings. Everything is done in a magnificent style, with simply stunning beauty. I want to highlight the service, as it is indeed at the highest level, as it should be. They notice every detail. For example, if you wear glasses, after cleaning the next day, they will place a specially designed microfiber cloth under your glasses in their own design. Everything is always in its place, just as it should be. The order is incredible. The food is delicious and very impressive. There’s an excellent assortment and a wide variety to choose from. The only downside is that the fruits could be better, but what can you expect from a desert? For this place, where you are essentially in a desert, what they offer is already quite good. The pools, gym, everything is magnificent and in top condition. There are no complaints whatsoever. Does the hotel live up to its stars? The answer is, of course, it does. They always strive to help you and do everything in the best possible way. Even if you need something, they will try to find the most effective solutions for you. I am grateful to the entire service team, to all the staff for such excellent service, where you can truly feel like royalty—in the best sense of the word.
