Our whole experience was beyond GREAT! From the moment we checked in Kevin was very kind and helpful. The staff was AWESOME as well. The bartenders Angel & Hector were on top of everything at the bar and made us feel very welcomed. The waiters at the buffet restaurant Juan and Nancy were very sweet and friendly. Always making sure we were well taken care of. For my birthday dinner we made reservations at Maxal located inside the hotel and Alejandra went above and beyond to make my birthday special and she was so sweet about how she went about making my birthday special! We definitely will be back in the near future.

5 Stars!! I wish I could give this resort more stars. We came for a week stay at the Hilton Cancun all-inclusive and it was incredible from start to finish. All of the food was amazing, staff were incredibly kind, facilities were stunning and clean, the gym was gorgeous, and there was tons to do throughout the day. There are multiple restaurant to choose from, a coffee shop, fresh taco stand by the pool (best tacos I've ever had) and a buffet with tons of options. The lobby bar was stunning and had entertainment every night. However, the real highlight of our trip was Guadalupe at La Luce restaurant. We went to see him for dinner 3 nights in a row and every night he outdid himself. He was incredibly kind, genuine, and knowledgable. Guadalupe gave us such a special dinner experience which was something we will remember forever. He anticipated our needs, made fantastic recommendations, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the entire time. Service like this is rare, and it truly elevated our stay. We’ll definitely be back because of him! And a big shoutout to chef Aurelio for the incredible food as well!

Luz from the main bar was great. All of here co-worker were great, too. Luz always presents extraordinary qualities. Always making sure we are taking care. Always making sure are drinks are top off. Luz makes us want to come back. Makes us from right at home with her personality, charm, fun facts. She remember us everyday even on day seven of our visit.

Hands down one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in making every guest feel special. A huge shoutout to Chef Aldo, who prepared an unforgettable platter that was nothing short of perfection. The variety and quality were incredible—salmon, shrimp, pork, New York strip steak, and filet steak, all cooked beautifully and bursting with flavor. Every bite tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and expertly prepared. It was the kind of meal you don’t forget. The experience didn’t stop there… they even remembered our favorite drinks from two nights before, which completely blew us away. That kind of attention to detail is rare and truly shows how much they care about their guests. And dessert? Absolutely next level. The trio dessert platter was delicious and beautifully presented, but the Milton cake… WOW. It was to die for—rich, decadent, and the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. If you’re looking for a steakhouse that delivers amazing food, outstanding service, and a memorable dining experience, this is the place. We will 100% be coming back again and again! 👏 Thank you Chef Aldo and the entire team for an unforgettable night!

Raymundo took great care of us at breakfast and was always willing to lend a hand. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is lacking in many ways. The lobby is riddled with floating steps, and we witnessed multiple people fall and get hurt. The negligence is beyond belief. Staff clearly see these incidents happening, yet nothing is done to address the hazard. The beach is almost nonexistent. The property was built so close to the water that there is no real beach area. During our stay, bulldozers were actively moving sand in an attempt to keep the water from reaching the building. Good luck finding pool chairs, there are nowhere near enough to accommodate the hotel’s occupancy. Service is very hit-or-miss: some staff members are excellent, while others are not good at all. The buffet is small with very limited variety, and we frequently saw used cups and dishes left near the elevators. + talk about service. When you leave be prepared to pay per the hour to stay at the hotel past checkout time. Overall, I would describe this place as mid at best. I wouldn’t return. You’d be better off spending a little extra money and visiting Xcaret instead.
