If I could give zero stars I would. First and foremost the rooms have glass bathrooms so therefore anyone you have in the room friends, kids, whomever can see you getting dressed or moving about. This they do not show in the pictures. We had to place the bench on the counter to provide some privacy. The sliding glass doors don’t slide correctly making it very difficult to open and close all while on a slick floor of the bathroom. The restaurants let me say upon check in at 4 pm they are telling us we have to make reservations for dinner if you don’t want the buffet. Every restaurant was booked of the 3 options. So therefore dinner was a joke after a day of travel. We went ahead to make reservations for the rest of the stay and 9 pm was the only options to eat. None of this is delivered beforehand for you to plan ahead. The food is what related to a Carnival cruise after Covid. Just doable but nothing great. The beach is awful and nothing to enjoy and they say it’s the area never has nice beaches right in that spot. Second you’re excluded from anything outside the hotel if you’re unable to get a hotel shuttle reservation again it’s about a $65 trip one way to get to the hotel zone or go to the beaches in Cancun that are nicer. Personally I would pass on this place. Hotel staff at the front desk are rude and not helpful.

It was a bad week to visit because it rained 🌧 the whole time. This limited our outdoor activities. The hotel didn't have a lot of indoor activities. The food was a 4 star. Plenty of it. We did the buffet, Mexican, Italian, and steak restaurants . The room AC is supposed to turn off when you open the balcony door. Then, the AC is supposed to turn back on when you close it. The first two days, this was a problem . Maintenance had to repair the door wiring. The room wasn't regularly mopped. We found evidence in two bathrooms that it wasn't. The rooms were a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The shower 🚿 had two nice heads . Rainfall and hand. And it was spacious. I was a little put off at the glass see-through bathroom. The mini bar was stocked every night. Unfortunately, coke-zero had to be requested. The whole property didn't carry monster energy drinks. I found the day before I left that I could special order it through the concierge. It was reasonably priced, but shipping was too much. My granddaughters joined us, and they had fun at the kids' place and brief kids pool due to weather. They had to shut down the 🛝 water slides and pool stuff because of the weather. They have outdoor taco bars with ceviche and on certain days sushi 🍣.

I will preface this by stating that I am a Hilton employee. My standards for hotel have changed a lot since working at a hotel and I notice everything since I’ve been staying at a lot of hotels.
From the moment I stepped onto this resort, my expectations were exceeded. The check-in was not busy so after being greeted by the bellman, I breezed through the check-in.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and very chic. My favourite is the balcony and view of the pool area and ocean front. Everyone we encountered was super hospitable and we never felt like we had to wait for anything. I am also not a picky eater so I thought the food was good
and unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to try the Italian restaurant. Pro tip: make your reservations early in the day, their office closes at 5pm.
There’s 24 hour room service. I feel bad I ordered too much sometimes. Just take it easy 🤣
I appreciate the staff from the pool area, lobby, to the restaurants. Thank you all for making my stay a truly relaxing one. I cannot recommend enough.

The room was very beautiful and spacious with a comfortable bed and gorgeous balcony. My husband and I had a great experience overall! All the staff are very nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed eating out and getting beverages thanks to a delightful staff member named Humberto! He gave excellent service, he was super kind all the time, and was always making us laugh! We always looked forward to seeing him during our meals. I would highly recommend vacationing at the Hilton all inclusive Cancún! It was such a delightful and relaxing stay.

The staff is not welcoming. I'm not sure if i could've been any more polite in asking for a simple tortilla so my wife and i could enjoy ourselves a simple vegan option of a taco at the buffet, we were quite rudely told by the staff in quite an attitude “Go ask the Chef”! I know people would be like if you’re a vegetarian that’s your problem but all i asked was for a TORTILLA in CANCUN! seems like it’s a lot to do for a brand like Hilton to cater to the local cuisine. Oh and for the restaurants make sure you make a reservation at least a day or two in prior, because the concept of entertaining a no show is quite frankly humorous here. At least the other properties have a section for first come first served to ensure all guests leave with an good experience.
The rooms are well kept and nicely designed, apart from the one freaking thing that wont let you sleep, an AIR CONDITIONER without a HUMIDIFIER in a place like Cancun, so be prepared to have a sleepless night thanks to the sticky situation.
Most resorts in Cancun would have an adults only pool makes it easier to manage kids and lets the other guests enjoy a peaceful vacation. Hilton has one too, hilton has a kids pool that is as big as the adult pool but guess what no kid wants to swim in it, because it’s a splash park. So expect at a time 60-80 people in a pool that is nearly impossible to swim in.
The location is Nice but after spending my time at the RIU properties, id recommend that area more. Even for people who want to relax, it’s better managed there and there’s loads to do.
Hilton honors program’s first experience happened to be a disaster and makes me question my decision to choose this as a property.
