My family and I absolutely adored our 5 night stay here in early December. We have a 2 year old and a 5 year old and found the hotel to be very family friendly. From the giant splash area with water slides, to the kids club with the incredibly friendly staff and the overall family vibe of the place (I. E. even at 1030 pm, the lobby had loads of kiddos and families), we felt right at home. It's also clutch that it's only 15* minutes from the airport. It felt like we landed and entered the lobby at record speed. Our girls LOVED room service. We enjoyed all the restaurants but the Italian offering was our favorite from start to finish. The buffett has beautiful outdoor seating, great selection and we had many great meals there. Entertainment included a Michael Jackson show, silent disco, salsa and a retro show - all were a blast. The staff was always friendly, very accommodating. Sometimes by later evening, there wouldn't be any towels by the pool so we just prepped for this by either getting them earlier morning or the night before. The property is beautiful but the only con here is the beach size. It's a fairly small strip. For our purposes, it was totally fine. However, if I was not with my kiddos, I would have been a little disappointed because there are no long beach walks to be had. All in all though, still gets 5 stars from me and plans to return.

Very nice resort, good food, very clean and a great holiday overall. I particularly recommend the Mexican restaurant amazing food and Juanita was so lovely, I’d recommend asking for her as your waitress she was amazing. Room service is great (especially breakfast) and the view from our sunset room was beautiful. Loved the separate pool areas one more family friendly and the other for adults, it was a great balance. The gym facilities were great and shout out to William and Astra for great Pilates classes. All the staff we interacted with were amazing Thank you! P.s top notch Margaritas

We have been repeat visitors to the Hilton Cancun, and we have always enjoyed our time here—especially thanks to some of the incredible staff. The service around the pool was excellent. Pedro Kinil is the best. He is extremely attentive, has such a strong work ethic, and is consistently friendly, he really made our days by the pool fun. Veronica also gave warm and attentive service and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Bar service throughout the resort was great. Ernesto was consistently friendly and always great to see, and Baldemar was personable and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the lunch options by the pool, especially the burger and taco carts. Every à la carte dinner we had was delicious, and the steakhouse had great service from Pedro. After dinner, the lobby service and drinks were a great way to end our evenings, especially thank you to Rocio who had a great memory of our favourite drinks! Overall, the Hilton Cancun is a great experience, and the attentive service from some of the staff is a big reason we keep coming back.

I had a great experience with my stay at this property. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and large. The food for an all inclusive resort was fantastic! I enjoyed all of the different food options from the buffet to the various restaurants; one restaurant I’d skip is Sunan - the sushi wasn’t great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the availability of lounge chairs surrounding the pools. My visit to this property occurred in January, theoretically the off season, but it was difficult for my partner and I to find open lounge chairs. It appeared that many chairs were being reserved by people early on in the day and they wouldn’t even use them until a time convenient for them, so many chairs just sat vacant for most of the day, but they had people’s belongings on them. This is something that management should crack down on, especially for the $600/night price. Other than that, everything else was great.
