My experience at this resort was amazing, and a huge part of that was because of Elvis, our waiter. He was genuinely one of the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere. He was warm, attentive, and somehow knew what we needed before we even asked. He made dinner feel relaxed and fun, checked in the perfect amount, and kept everything running smoothly even when the restaurant was busy. Our drinks were always right, the food came out perfectly paced, and he treated us like we were the only table there. It completely elevated our night. If you come here, ask for Elvis. He’s the kind of person who makes a vacation feel special.

First and foremost, every employee is so friendly and goes out of their way to help me with anything I need. I loved the breakfast buffet and would start every morning with a fresh smoothie made by Jorge, adding in cactus, papaya, beets, chia seeds, banana, kale, and more! And then I go to the omelet station where Reyes would happily make an omelet for me with chorizo, spinach, zucchini, etc. I had various servers, but they all remembered me when I would come in the following days: Eduardo, Gerry, Jesus.and Nancy Gerardo. These wonderful, friendly, helpful employees are what I will remember most about my stay here. I worked out every day at the fitness center, which has Lifestyle brand equipment and stationary bikes that are all in great condition and clean. Definitely one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve ever been to. The rooms are very clean, and I appreciated them cleaning the rooms and restocking the mini fridge everyday. I drank lots and lots of the canned water. The pool is nice, but needs to be resurfaced, which would mean closing down the pool for a while, which I understand can be very disruptive for business.

Incredible, genuine and charming staff made this experience exceed my expectations. Alexis and Guadalupe made for an incredible dining experience. They are both very charming and fun to talk to, we became regulars at "La Luce" resturant durring our stay because of the atmosphere they created for us. Jonathan and Karen were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our time at the beach front "Sunan" an experience we will never forget. Harman, Dafne and Diego greeted us with excitement and enthusiasm when we visited the "Vela" and we were so happy to dine with them each time we visited them. The new and exciting "Beach Club" was a wonderful experience that offered uniques cocktails and dining options, the best octopus I have ever had. This has been an incredible experience that i will be recommending to my family and friends. Thank you staff at the Hilton Cancun! We cant wait to come back and visit again!

The Hilton Cancun was a fairly new resort that was opened in 2021 during Covid. The layout of the room was pretty modern with plenty of living space, storage space, separated toilet and shower room. However the build quality was not that great as many things look a bit used given how new the resort is. We had a very excellent experience at their Maxal Mexico restaurant, La Luce Italian restaurant, and steakhouse. The servers were extremely professional and friendly. Maurice from Maxal did a great job serving us. The food was also crafted by good chef and was beyond our expectation from an all inclusive hotel. The location is also much closer to the airport than the hotel zone. But the caveat is that the front gate of the resort is very far away from the hotel entrance. The cobbled street makes the car ride very bumpy entering and exiting the resort.

All service staff here are attentive and fantastic.... they hustle to stay on top of your service! This evening Antony at Maxal was wonderful..... very attentive checking in, gave Great recommendations for our main courses, very friendly and a joy to have be part of our stay. Overall.... this resort is off the beaten path so feels very safe and out of all the hustle and bustle. It is very family friendly with lots for the kiddos to do. For adults only, there are areas and activities where you are away from all the family fun sounds if that's what you're looking for.
