Hilton Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort

We had a dream vacation from beginning to end. The hotel is great and location is one of the best I’ve ever been. Food and service were also very good. I have to especially recognize their Mexican restaurant Maxal, it has an excellent menu. I am celiac and have strict dietary restrictions, and the whole crew took great care of me. Chef Omar and Marcelino were incredible, always very kind, attentive and very professional, and Wilburth was also great. . It was the best culinary experience I had in years! We cannot wait to go back and continue enjoying this amazing place and people.

The Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive really impressed us. The service here stands out, easily some of the best we’ve experienced at any all-inclusive. Rafael at the front desk deserves special recognition. He was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and giving us great guidance about the resort. He set the tone for a great stay. We also want to highlight a few other team members who made our trip memorable: • Humberto at Maxal Taqueria was fantastic; friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. We were curious about the ginger lemonade, and he surprised us with samples without hesitation. • Yvan and Elvis at Auma turned our anniversary dinner into something special. Their attention to detail and warm service made the evening feel personal and celebratory. • We spent one night at the lobby bar, and while we had too much fun to remember the bartenders’ names 😉, they were excellent; attentive, skilled, and welcoming. The food and drinks across the resort are a clear step above other all-inclusives we’ve visited, and even better than the Palladium property we stayed at last year. The bread tastes like real bakery bread instead of the bland, cardboard-like versions many resorts offer, and the desserts are legitimately delicious, not gelatin-based fillers, but actual well-made treats. The resort itself is clean, elegant, and beautifully designed. Even though it’s a family resort, it feels refined and peaceful, almost like being at a high-end adults-only property. Overall, every employee we interacted with treated us warmly, and the entire stay felt elevated and genuinely relaxing. If you value great service, real food quality, and a stylish, welcoming environment, Hilton Cancun is absolutely worth staying at.

Just returned from a week long vacation at this amazing resort. The staff, the services, the food and activities all added up to a great experience. We had Halal diet restriction and everybody from concierge to servers made sure our needs were met. 24hrs rooms service was one amazing thing among many. Pool activities were nice specially the volleyball game 🏐😅. I would encourage to add some more indoor activities like pool table and arcade area. Auma was the best among all restaurants. 🥩 Elvis, Angelica and Rudy served us on two different nights. David, Maria and Aylin from concierge and Milton from restaurant operations and Jaune from resort operations were very helpful, understanding and hospitable. Don’t remember all the names but everyone was very kind, friendly and hospitable. I suggest people with kids to explore Kids club weekly schedule right after you get there to best utilize this amazing facility. Bellman’s team was very efficient and attentive. Our experience at La Luce restaurant was not too good. We also shared some suggestions and tips with concierge when concluding our trip about how to better cater needs of people with Halal dietary preferences specially to make sure cross contamination is avoided for example at the fresh egg making stalls at breakfast, separate fries frying at food cabin by the kids pool etc. Overall it was one amazing experience and we will choose Hilton Cancun again for our resort stay.

My husband and I made the most of this 6 night trip Our first night here, we ate at Auma and Elvis truly made our night special. We had dinner on our second night at Maxal. The food was fantastic but the service is really what made the night - Ignacio and Edmundo were wonderful. They made our night unforgettable. The third night, we ate at Vela and had a great selection of options to fit our taste. Night 4 at La Luce was a great experience with Guadalupe as our waiter. The food was great and the service was second to none. And we can’t even begin to explain how much Elizabeth made our room feel like our home away from home during our stay. She was attentive to our wishes for how we like the room and left small reminders - like a cute bunny washcloth one day, flower the next, and a heart another.

This is our second time staying at the Hilton and our stay was again, outstanding! This resort is great for families and we felt very safe. We were a family of 4 with a baby and toddler. My toddler loved the playground, water park, beach and ice cream. The resort is a good size but not so big that it’s too far to grab something from your room if you forgot it or for a toddler to walk. I appreciated that the hotel had actual high chairs (Stokee). It was great that my baby could eat off of a clean tray instead of the table. I thought the food was excellent and the restaurants were beautiful. I appreciated the reservation system as it allowed us to eat early with our kids and also avoided waiting around for a table. Our dinners felt special and like we were at high end spots. I was very impressed by how welcoming and patient the staff was with the kids. Every morning our we ate on the patio at the Maxal buffet (outstanding) and Humberto and his partners, Fabian and Abel team took great care of us. Humberto always got us coffee and juice ready for us and brought my toddler orange juice in a plastic cup. Overall just another great experience at the hotel!
