Hilton Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at Hilton Cancun. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the entire property is spotless and very well maintained. The pools are amazing, the ocean is stunning, and every area of the hotel feels luxurious and relaxing. The staff deserves special recognition — everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. We especially want to thank Raymundo, who is an outstanding server. He always provided excellent service, was attentive, kind, and made our experience even more enjoyable. Truly one of the best! All the servers and staff were fantastic and made us feel at home. The food is delicious and the restaurants are exceptional — every meal felt like a special experience. Everything is organized at the highest level, and you can feel the quality in every detail. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Hilton Cancun to families looking for a perfect vacation.

The service and food was second to none at the Hilton All Inclusive. The location was private and away from the main strip. This resort was great for our 4 day getaway. Alex Novoa was at the pool area daily and went out of his way to provide us greater than 5 star service. You can tell that he genuinely cares. This was the first resort we have ever received this level of service and quality of food. Thank you Alex for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!! We will be back!

We had an amazing dinner at Auma during our stay at Hilton Cancun. The food was outstanding — the burger was juicy and flavorful, the octopus was perfectly cooked, and the cocktails were excellent. What truly made the experience special was our server, Pedro. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. He made us feel very welcomed and took great care of our family. Thank you, Pedro, for making our dinner memorable. We will definitely be recommending Auma and hope to return again!

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, hardworking, and genuinely wonderful—they really make you feel welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere overall was relaxing, which we appreciated. One small disappointment was the lack of nighttime entertainment. We’ve stayed at several other all-inclusive resorts where there are nightly shows or activities, and this resort had very minimal options in the evenings, which was a bit surprising. That said, the stay was still enjoyable. Our favorite restaurant was Auma, and our waiter Victor truly stood out. He was amazing—very kind, pleasant, and funny—and went above and beyond to take care of us. We really appreciated his service and hospitality. Overall, a nice and peaceful stay with excellent staff, perfect if you’re looking to relax rather than be entertained late at night.

Overall, we had a very lovely stay at the hotel. We were on holiday with family and grandchildren, and the hotel itself was pleasant, clean, and offered good food and entertainment. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The rooms were generally good; however, the beds were extremely squeaky, and the balcony furniture was dirty and badly stained. We did not feel comfortable sitting on it. The food was acceptable, but lunch and dinner were nearly the same every day, with only small changes to desserts and a few meat dishes. A greater variety would have been appreciated. Breakfast, however, was very good. The à la carte restaurants offered food that was quite similar to the buffet, with the exception of the pizza restaurant. Some members of staff were excellent and very helpful with our grandchildren. Unfortunately, the ladies at the reception desk when booking restaurants were quite rude and unhelpful. When we asked questions, they repeatedly responded with “I don’t know” in an unfriendly manner and made no effort to assist. I would like to give special recognition to David Ruiz at the concierge desk. He was smart, polite, professional, and extremely helpful — and the only person who never said “no.” We had to check out at 12:00 pm and were told we could not use any hotel facilities unless we paid an hourly fee, which felt unreasonable given that our flight was not until 10:00 pm, especially as we were travelling with grandchildren. Most reception staff simply said there was nothing they could do, without even trying. David took responsibility and managed to arrange for us to keep one room until 5:00 pm, which made a huge difference to our last day. He went above and beyond, and I also saw him helping other guests by the pool. He truly deserves recognition — whether that be a promotion or a salary increase. He was amazing. Thank you, David. Unfortunately, the other reception staff would benefit from feedback and additional training. Lastly, the lobby café is advertised as opening at 6:00 am, but a staff member repeatedly said it opened at 6:30 am until I showed her the sign. She then checked with the café staff, who confirmed it does open at 6:00 am. Staff should be better informed about basic hotel services. Despite these issues, we did enjoy our stay, and with some improvements in staff training and service consistency, the hotel could be even better.
