Came here on vacation with my family, honestly such a great experience! The price of our stay is absolutely worth it, seeing as it granted us entry to multiple theme parks, attractions, and provided us with impeccable service during our stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, and convenient; the hotels layout leads you to all their amenities! (Breakfast, swimming pool, prayer room, etc) Room service/keeping did a superb job everytime, as they were on top of their game. Albeit, the window concept between the bathroom and the bedroom is bothersome, it’s rather funny! The breakfast provided there is s highlight during the time spent there! A huge open concept buffet, providing superb food, a selection of drinks, and so much more; had multiple fillings due to how delicious it was~ The workers are a delight to chat to, as they’re nothing but helpful and friendly! I enjoyed interacting with them, especially the valet always being super nice! Lastly, the stay here allowing you to enter multiple different attractions is the cherry on the top! This is truly a dream vacation spot, allowing for maximum enjoyment during a couple days spent there. Would love to come back in the future with my friends!

I recently shared a negative review about my experience at Hilton Yas Island, where I was initially refused the ability to store my breast milk during my stay. As a breastfeeding mother traveling without my baby, this was an incredibly stressful situation, and at first I felt very unsupported. However, I would like to update my experience and highlight the excellent follow-up I received from the hotel’s Guest Relations team. After reaching out to me personally, they handled the matter with care, professionalism, and genuine concern. They listened to my situation, understood the importance of what I needed, and provided a solution that not only resolved the issue but also restored my confidence in Hilton’s hospitality. I truly appreciate the effort taken to amend the situation and make me feel valued as a guest. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how management responds — and in this case, Hilton Yas Island’s Guest Relations team went above and beyond to turn a very negative experience into a positive one. Because of their personal attention and willingness to help, I am leaving with a much better impression of the hotel. Thank you for making things right.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The bellboys were courteous and efficient, making arrival and departure smooth and pleasant. At reception, the staff were exceptionally sweet, helpful, and supportive—especially one team member (Front Desk) who stood out with her kindness and professionalism. The speed of service throughout the hotel was impressive and added to the overall comfort of my stay. One small point to highlight: breakfast was served in a different location each day, which was a bit inconvenient and affected the consistency of the experience. A more stable arrangement would enhance guest satisfaction. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and lovely staff. Thank you!

This hotel is advertised as family-friendly. While it can be a bit noisy due to the presence of children and families, it also means there is no expectation to bring children. The children's playroom was a highlight. The staff was pleasant, and the hotel had a certain level of sophistication. Although some children may exhibit challenging behavior, the staff is attentive. The breakfast selection could be improved, offering a wider variety of options. Liked swimming pool, too. Also the staff was so kind and helpful. Hope it opens till late evening next time.
