A Wonderful Stay at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa Our experience at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their attentiveness and dedication to maintaining the rooms, grounds, beach, and amenities in pristine condition. The lifeguards at both the swimming pool and sea area were exceptionally vigilant. When my wife had a minor accident and cut her foot, a lifeguard responded within a minute, promptly disinfecting the wound and applying a plaster. This first-class service, especially from Kris and the rest of the lifeguard team, gave us great peace of mind. Dining at the self-service International Buffet was a highlight. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff ensured our plates were cleared and drinks delivered promptly. While some menu items were a bit repetitive, it never detracted from our overall dining experience. Special thanks to Joyce and Jefrey for their exceptional and friendly service, which made our meals even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this resort is the abundance of sunbeds—no need to worry about the usual ‘sunbed wars’! Vishram deserves a special mention for keeping us refreshed on the beach with his attentive and polite service. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping was outstanding. Gukan Ilaiya, our housekeeper, often surprised us with creative towel figurines on our freshly made bed, adding a delightful personal touch to our stay. Our recommendation is to stay on an ‘all inclusive’ basis, as the drinks are expensive. Overall, we loved our time at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa and in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to returning for another wonderful stay.

Their performance is impeccable; every interaction, from initial check-in to handling subsequent requests, was managed with impressive professionalism, speed, and accuracy. They are highly knowledgeable and ensured our processes were seamless and stress-free. What made the experience truly wonderful was Alua’s genuinely friendly and charming approach. They have a consistently warm and welcoming presence that instantly makes guests feel valued and comfortable. Their positive energy significantly enhances the hotel's inviting atmosphere. Alua's fantastic blend of efficiency and gracious hospitality is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and we sincerely appreciate their outstanding service throughout our stay.

This is the second time we are visiting this hotel and we were so happy with our stay. The hotel is very nice and the food is excellent. Akhilesh and Krishna did a splendid job with the cleaning. The room was very clean and our child loved the towel-animals - a new and very advanced one every day. The life guards are attentive and very nice to the children. It is safe and fun! Thank you we will be back!

The Al Raha Beach hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. One minor point in our room I would add is that they could benefit from extra lighting as in the evening we struggled to see what we were doing! Also an extra plug socket with USBs would be useful. I think I’d recommend bringing a small extension lead would solve the problem. When it comes to Service though this was second to none. Our 2 room attendants Prasada and Krishna could not have done more. The rooms were left immaculate with beautiful touches like scattered rose petals and exquisite towel decor. This attention to detail made us feel very special and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
