The gym is spacious and wonderful!
This is the strength of this facility.
The lounge is also quite enjoyable.
The pool is also spacious, but I was bothered by a smell that was different from chlorine. (Maybe they use seawater?)
I generally try to leave good reviews, but the only thing that was disappointing about this facility was the thin walls of the guest rooms.
I could hear the conversations in the next room.
(It was like I was in the same room)
The exterior is luxurious, but maybe it's because the building is old... the thin walls are a problem.
I could hear the conversations of two women with the opposite sex that I didn't want to hear, and the club music they played (loud) was playing in the room.
It's inevitable that things like this happen, but I think the thin walls are an area for improvement in the future.
Once again, the gym facilities are truly wonderful.
If you like exercise, please come to this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel Abu Dhabi, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious and well-appointed rooms offering stunning views of the city and the waterfront. What truly stood out during my stay, however, was the outstanding housekeeping service.
The housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was always impeccably clean, with fresh linens, thoughtful touches, and attention to detail that made my stay feel even more special. They were prompt, efficient, and very courteous, taking care of any request with a smile and great professionalism.
It’s clear that the Sheraton values its guests and goes out of its way to deliver a high standard of service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, especially for those who appreciate top-notch hospitality and impeccable housekeeping. My stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is perfectly positioned along the Corniche, making it convenient and picturesque. From the moment I checked in, I had a wonderful experience—the welcome was warm, and my Gold status was recognized with an appreciated upgrade from a classic room to a club room. However, I couldn’t quite determine the difference between the room types, as the website photos seem to mix and match them.
The hotel’s pool area and private beach are excellent for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of work. You can enjoy food right there, either by the beach or at the pool bar, with a good variety of options. On Fridays, they even host a buffet grill with a mix of meats and vegetables, which I had the pleasure of enjoying on the day I checked in—absolutely lovely!
As advertised, the Sheraton Signature Bed truly lives up to the hype—extremely comfortable and ensured I had a great night’s sleep. The rooms are also well soundproofed, which added to the comfort and peace during my stay.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is bright and clean, decorated nicely and well equipped.
I received very nice support from Mr. Mina( Reception manager) and Mr, Sakr( Receptionist) on my dates adjustment and early check out. Also I have forgotten my optical eyeglasses which they have found and informed me.
As a frequent traveler and Google local guide, I can say that it was one of the nicest stays that I had during past 2 years.
I should remark that I loved the couch in the round corner of the room
Disliked · The weather was cold and hotel was colder. Fortunately I had my hot water bag with me but it was better if the hotel temperature was adjusted a bit higher.
The minibar was empty, which was odd for a 5 star hotel,

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Sherstion Abu Dhabii. Our stay was excellent from the very start the Reception staff being very helpful and swift getting us into our Club Room on arrival. The room was a good size with everything we needed and made up everyday. The pool was lovely and kept at an amazing temperature for this time of year. The surrounding areas where lovely even the man made beach. Our favourite hang out was the Club Longue on the 1st Floor where nothng was ever too much trouble for the delightful staff who woukd bend over backwards to provide what you wanted with the staff always remembering our fav cocktails and supplying delicious snacks. So a big thanks to Mehfooz and Ashraf and there other partner the lovely young girl who was always there. They gave our stay that extra sparkle. Finally the Calamari and pizza in Le Bristo where always good for a quick bite to eat thats if you where ever hungry after the buffet breakfast. Will def be back. Thank you to the Sheraton.
