  • All day dining restaurant: 6:30am to 10:30am for breakfast, 12:30pm to 3:30pm for lunch, and 6:30pm to 10:30pm for dinner located on the 01st floor.

Escape Pool Bar

West-Bay Beach Club

  • Kindly dress decently while accessing the beach facilities and crossing the underpass. Please refrain from using the underpass in swimwear.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed while entering West-Bay. Bags will be checked at the entrance.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Everything was handled professionally and exceeded my expectations. The way Krishna managed the whole thing love the service. The service was prompt, the team was helpful, and the results were top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and reliability. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating!

The breakfast at Sheraton Abu Dhabi was excellent — good variety, fresh selections, and attentive service. However, the rest of the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation — not the standard you’d expect from a Sheraton property. The pool is very small and gets crowded quickly, and the so-called “beach” is nothing like the photos — more of a small enclosed lagoon than a real beachfront experience. Overall, a mixed stay: great food, but the facilities fall short.

Shiva displayed genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism that truly stood out. From prompt delivery to thoughtful presentation, every detail reflected a commitment to excellence. His courteous demeanor and willingness to accommodate special requests added a personal touch that felt both caring and refined. Breakfast at Flavours Restaurant was another highlight, where Mr. Hem and his team curated an experience that blended regional flavors with international finesse. The buffet was abundant, fresh, and elegantly arranged. Mr. Hem’s leadership was evident in the smooth coordination, warm greetings, and attentive table service.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life, but Sheraton Abu Dhabi has given me the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel, anywhere. During my recent stay, I was in the bathroom changing my clothes, getting ready to check out, when a staff member entered my room without permission and forcefully kicked me out. Let that sink in: I was half-dressed in the bathroom, completely vulnerable, and someone barged into my room without knocking or waiting, violating my privacy in the most disturbing and humiliating way. This is not just bad service — this is a complete breach of personal privacy, dignity, and basic human respect. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful behavior from a hotel under the Sheraton name. I don’t care what reason they thought they had — there is NO justification for entering a guest’s room like that, especially when someone is in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable and borderline harassment. I’ve filed a formal complaint and I will not rest until this is investigated and the responsible individuals are held accountable. I expected professionalism. Instead, I was treated with absolute disrespect and zero human decency. To anyone considering this hotel: think twice. This is not a safe or respectful environment.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and unwind. The hotel’s location right next to the Corniche is a big plus—perfect for a morning walk or enjoying the sea views. Overall, a great place to stay in Abu Dhabi with solid amenities and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
