Very beautiful hotel with a beachfront in Abu Dhabi. Close to a couple of affordable restaurants a couple of blocks away. The highlight were the pools and the beachfront. Beach was a bit small, with a condo/building overlooking but it had lots of beach beds. The catch was the really expensive drinks. Room was perfect and very comfortable. They gave complimentary snacks. Bathroom was also nice and clean.

Brilliant hotel. Excellent customer service. We had a great experience with the kitchen staff that ensured vegan food was made separately for us. The beach was man made and nothing too incredible but it was there with lots of sun beds and cabanas etc. The 2 pools were great- main pool being a heated one. Lots of restaurants inside the hotel. Convenient location. Room service was great too as they rang us the day we forgot to request the room to be cleaned. They offered to clean it, bring us free water etc. Great experience.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious suite, setting a fantastic tone for our stay. Despite being one of the older hotels in the area, the Sheraton Abu Dhabi is exceptionally well-maintained, reflecting the dedication of the staff to uphold high standards of quality and comfort for guests. We also had the opportunity to experience the executive lounge, which, despite its unconventional location and layout, exceeded our expectations. The lounge was well-stocked with a selection of refreshments and snacks, and the service provided by the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. As lifelong Bonvoy Platinum members, we have had the pleasure of staying at many hotels within the Marriott portfolio, and our experience at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi certainly ranks among the most enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout our stay, every aspect of our visit was met with professionalism and hospitality. In conclusion, our stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi was a truly memorable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future. The room service was excellent. The swimming pool area had great zoning, and was well-equipped for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The variety of food was impressive and delicious. The lounge zone was our favourite place to relax with tasty snacks and drinks.|
