The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
- Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3:30pm)
- Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja (Under 4s are free) and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)
- Dining at Club House which is open 24hrs (Villa and Club Prive guests only)
- Saturday brunch at Turquoise (1pm to 4pm)
- Beverages including a selection of beers, spirits, wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, energy drinks and water

No cover charge will be applied in any of the a la carte restaurants (excluding teppanyaki show). A five course meal is served at all restaurants from an a la carte menu and unlimited beverages from a dedicated menu. Guests can enjoy the Live Teppanyaki show at Aja Restaurant for AED 150 per adult and AED 75 per child (5-11 years), with children aged 4 and below on a complimentary basis. A la carte restaurants cannot be visited on arrival day. Reservation is required for a la carte restaurants and subject to availability. The dress codes in all restaurants is smart casual. I am currently staying at this wonderful hotel, with three nights remaining in my stay. From the moment I arrived, I have been consistently impressed by the excellent staff, the exquisite food, and the exceptional quality of the rooms. It is truly rare to find a hotel where everything is done to such a high standard, leaving nothing to be desired.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the way we have been treated. The warm welcome and outstanding service have made our stay incredibly enjoyable. While I would personally appreciate seeing more disability-accessible rooms in the future, the overall experience has been nothing short of remarkable.
The level of service provided by everyone, from the doormen and reception staff to the catering team, has been consistently excellent. They all contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to enjoying the remaining three days and will certainly be returning in the future. Room 4425.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the wonderful team at the resort.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical gardens, sparkling pools, and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea.
The facilities at the resort are top-notch, with a variety of dining options, a well-equipped fitness center, and luxurious spa services. I especially loved lounging by the pool and sipping on tropical cocktails from the poolside bar.
But what truly sets this resort apart is the amazing team of staff at Front Office who goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have comfortable and enjoyable experiences. Everyone in the team was always willing to help and make sure I had everything I needed.
Overall, I had an incredible experience at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I can’t t wait to return!

Great hotel, food buffet choices are very good and varied and resteraunts are beautiful. Lovely Beach and nice pool. Cocktails are excellent and lads around pool bar are very attentive and do not stop all day.
In regards to waiter service around pool, the staff have "regulars" that they seem to serve more than most. The rooms are a little disappointing as our daughter is on a pull out bed making it a little cramped.
Overall a lovely place but not sure what is giving it the premium name in comparison to other Rixos hotels.

Ferdinand served us in the outdoor lounge. He made sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The setting was clean and atmosphere very friendly. Ferdinand is polite helpful and a true gentleman. Thank you for looking after everyone, he managed the whole area very well making sure every guest was taken care of. Thank you again

We visited with our 3 year old son. This is the best hotel we have visited as a family so far and we have been to more than a few! The all inclusive package is really ALL INCLUSIVE. We paid no extras while we were at the hotel and everything was amazing including:
1. Buffet variety and food quality
2. The multiple swimming pools
3. Kids play area and water park
The hotel is really fancy and clean and you can feel it from the minute you walk in. The staff are super nice and accommodating. The manager Mahmoud gave us an upgrade on the room which made our stay even more delightful!
