The hotel rooms definitely need a refurbishment, compared to the hotel decor . The staff are very friendly and polite. Even though we went all inclusive premium, the menu/food option was very limited and with its own set menus. The most outstanding experience during our stay was the massages. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend them. We ended up having 3 during our 5 day stay. Good size pools and plenty of space and loungers. I would only come back if the rooms are refurbished with new balconies.

A highlight of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, Selection. The restaurant truly lives up to its name, offering a diverse and exquisite menu. Every dish I tried was superb, with fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it a perfect spot for both a relaxing meal and a special occasion. The service at Selection was outstanding, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made excellent recommendations.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of top-notch accommodations and the exceptional dining experience at Selection makes it a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return!"

Our stay was amazing. Staff are very polite and respectful. Housekeeping, restaurant and bar service great. Especially Restaurant manager Mr. Lu pay attention every morning and approach with a smile
Additional there is one waiter guy, I forgot his name, his service was sincerely, from first day he made our day 😀 keep bringing juice, pay attention deeply.

Room is comfortable (however age is showing and needs a renovation). The property around is excellent with great facilities. Many restaurants, a harbour, swimming pool, gym, artificial beach etc. Te staff is kind and helpful. Great to spend time with the family. Fish market restaurant has a great terrace. Would recommend for families as for couples etc the kids running everywhere and making noise might not be always what you would like in case of a romantic dinner. Overall recommended for a family stay.
