The customer service experience is beyond any expectations. Is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. There nothing to not like. Rooms are big and spacious, facilities in the room 10 out 10, breakfast amazing with a lot of options, the view of sea side is spectacular, you are feeling navigating a ship. Mr. Adel from the front desk was very helpful and kind. Plus there is another staff, Indian nationality, I didn't memorise his name, my bad sorry🙏he prepared a surprise for my friend birthday which I can't be more thankful. The arrangement of the room for the surprise was perfect with focusing on small details. Thank you all, keep it up!!

I had a fantastic experience checking in at the Royal M Hotel, all thanks to Omar at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and Omar went the extra mile to ensure I had all the information I needed about the hotel facilities and nearby spots to explore. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a great first impression. It’s not every day you come across service this thoughtful — Omar truly represents the best of what hospitality should be. A great start to my stay, and a big reason I’d happily return to Royal M!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, kind, and incredibly hospitable. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They even surprised us with a cake for our birthday which was very thoughtful. The restaurant staff were especially lovely—always welcoming with a smile and attentive to every need, making our dining experience just as enjoyable as the rest of our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—reception, rooms, valet parking, and breakfast were all very good. On our third day, however, we had an unfortunate experience during breakfast. We sat outside, as we did the day before, to enjoy the view. A couple at the next table began smoking, and my children were inhaling the smoke. For their comfort, I decided to move inside. I saw a table that had just been cleaned and asked a waiter if we could sit there—he kindly said yes. As I was settling my child, the supervisor approached and told us, in a loud voice, that the table was already reserved and that we had a table outside. My husband explained that we were moving because of the smoke, but the conversation still felt tense and drew the attention of other guests. I believe this could have been handled with more understanding and discretion, especially as we had children with us. A simple offer to help us find another table would have made all the difference. While this incident was disappointing, I still appreciate the other aspects of our stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Royal M Hotel. We came here to celebrate my birthday. The pool party was definitely the highlight. The great vibe, music, and a perfect way to relax and enjoy the Saturday evening. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive with a wide variety of delicious options. A special mention goes to Vishal, who truly elevated our experience at the restaurant. He personally came to our table, asked about our preferences, and prepared tea exactly the way we liked it. It was thoughtful and a professional touch! His attentive service made us feel genuinely welcomed. We will definitely come again!
