I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds were tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and fresh towels were provided daily. Common areas like the lobby and hallways were also kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, the hotel maintained good hygiene standards and provided a comfortable environment. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and relaxing stay.

Room- I booked the room on Agoda and rate was very reasonable. The room is very new and spacious. It is very well equipped. Bathrooms are very nice. Only issues faced: AC was too cold at any setting, kettle is cheap quality I burnt my hand badly, there is no shoe polish in the room. Service- Staff are very friendly. The valet service is great, the valet drivers treat you very well and if you will be heading out soon then keep your car nearby for convenience. Housekeeping service can be improved as when I kept trying to call reception no one picked up. I finally placed housekeeping items order via their QR code and even in half an hour no one came. Finally i had to go down to reception and make request in person. F&B- The pool bar is very nice however I had a negative experience as The View bar is listed on zomato having 20% off for gold members but they did not accept my zomato gold. Location- Location is very convenient. It was very close to a conference I was attending at Conrad. It is very peaceful and there is a great walkway by the water.

Definitely not a 5-star experience. We arrived late at night and the extra bed for our son wasn’t prepared. The next morning there was no hot water in the shower, and throughout our stay there was constantly no soap — not only in our room, but also in the public restrooms. Several light bulbs in the room didn’t work, and we ended up spending the first day with an electrician fixing various issues. We repeatedly received fewer towels than the number of guests in the room, and reporting these problems to the staff made absolutely no difference. The “all-inclusive” option has nothing to do with real all-inclusive. There are only three meals a day with practically nothing in between, and even getting bottled water is difficult. The food is unpleasant, repetitive, and almost identical every day — lunch and dinner offer the same dishes with very small variations. The pool is decent but very shallow, and there could be more sunbeds. Cleanliness is okay, but definitely not up to 5-star standards. Service is also quite slow. The saunas are terrible — they are located inside a public restroom by the pool, and anyone can turn them on and off, so the temperature is completely random. People keep walking in and out, kids run around, and it’s impossible to use them in a relaxing way. Considering the price and the fact that this hotel is advertised as 5-star, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. If you manage to book it at the price of a typical 3-star hotel, then it might be a fair option — but definitely not at 5-star rates.

My stay at Royal M Hotel was awesome memorably outstanding. The hotel itself is luxurious. We had an amazing experience – the rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. A special thanks to housekeeping Supervisor prerit maharjan and his teammates Mr.Avanaya , who cleaned our room so thoroughly and was always so friendly and professional. He really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended – we would love to come back again
