We had an amazing staycation at Royal M! The service was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We also loved the modern design and smart technology throughout the property—it really elevated the whole experience. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and it was beautifully presented. What stood out the most was how child-friendly the hotel is, with dedicated spaces and thoughtful amenities for little ones. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway! Special thanks to Yasmine at the reception for her professional and kind service—she truly made our stay even more pleasant and memorable!

We had a fantastic Easter brunch experience at Royal M! The buffet spread was impressive, offering an abundant variety of dishes to satisfy every palate. The Arabic corner, especially the Lebanese and Syrian selections, felt like authentic homemade cooking, rich in flavor and tradition. The international options and live cooking stations added to the excitement and diversity. The ambiance was equally superb. Live entertainment created a vibrant and festive atmosphere, and the kids’ activities kept the little ones happily engaged throughout. After brunch, the infinity pool area offered the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. A special mention goes to Elias, the General Manager, who was incredibly humble and hands-on with the team. His warm presence, engagement with guests, and genuine care for the overall experience truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply indulge in a well-curated brunch with a touch of elegance and heart.

We booked a suite and the room was fabulous. A corner room with a spectacular view. The rooms were large, airy and spacious. The pool area is fabulous, and the pool bar offered superb choices of both food and drinks. We had a fabulous few days here and highly recommend this hotel. The restaurants close by do not serve alcohol. The hotel bar is open until 2am.

Very welcoming stuff, thanks Dolly! The hotel has a great pool, specially if you like an international vibe with house music in the afternoon/evening, and you don't mind the noisy kids that play in the pool. The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Definitely they can offer you a 5 star experience, and it's a great choice for a hotel if you don't want to move around the city too much and relax by the pool instead.

I recently booked a one-day stay at the Royal M Resort, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. First off, the cost of the stay was extremely high, and unfortunately, the service did not match the price at all. The room itself was decent, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The sofas were dirty, which was really off-putting. There were also no basic amenities like shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, which is something you'd expect even from a mid-range hotel. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working however, was the poor level of service. Despite the premium price we paid, room service was unresponsive, and the overall service at the hotel was lacking. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I left feeling very unsatisfied, and I definitely won’t be returning or recommending it to others.
