My stay at Royal M Hotel & Resort Abu Dhabi was unexpected, but it turned into one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Yes, the room was clean, comfortable, and I felt completely safe—but the absolute highlight of my stay was the people. The staff went far beyond typical hospitality. During a very stressful travel situation, they provided comfort, reassurance, and even a sense of calm for so many of us who had just spent 10–12 exhausting hours at the airport. One of the front desk employees, Vikas, said something that really stayed with me: “We are humans first, no matter the situation, and we need to treat people accordingly.” That philosophy truly reflected the way the entire team treated their guests. While the hotel worked to accommodate hundreds of stranded passengers, the staff remained incredibly calm, kind, and organized. They provided water, juice, and food while everything was being sorted out, and they took the time to recommend safe things to do during our stay so we could relax and feel comfortable in the city. I also want to mention Salma, who owns the small gift shop in the hotel. She had one of the biggest impacts on me personally. When I was feeling anxious about the situation, she took the time to sit and talk with me and shared something that I’ll carry with me: to focus on what I can control—my own internal peace. Her kindness and perspective were incredibly grounding during a difficult moment, and I’m very grateful for that conversation. Their kindness went beyond service—it felt genuinely human. They provided not just hospitality, but comfort and even distraction during a stressful moment. I’m incredibly impressed by how professionally and compassionately the team handled the situation. I sincerely hope I can return someday and visit Abu Dhabi again under different circumstances. Thank you to the entire team at Royal M for turning a difficult travel experience into something I’ll always remember for the kindness of the people.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — the beach is super close, and the ocean view was beautiful. The room was clean, comfy, and in really good condition, so it definitely made my trip even better. The staff were all really friendly, and especially Dolly, she was so helpful during check-in and went out of her way to assist me when I was having a bit of trouble. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated her kindness❤️

We had a beautiful Ramadan Iftar experience at the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfectly reflecting the spirit of the holy month. The food variety was excellent, fresh, and delicious. The view from the swimming pool was stunning and added a special touch to the evening. A special thanks to Ms. Hajar for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. She was professional, kind, and very attentive, making our Iftar even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a memorable Ramadan Iftar experience.

Not at all what they are selling. The hotel was nice from the pictures but when checked in….. Everything is quite old. Water pressure very low, the drainage struggles, mattress seen better times. I payed special for sea view. I had a view to pool, restaurant and the canal. The window in the room was blocked closed but it doesn’t close well and all the smoke from barbecue and noise was inside the room. Wake in the morning with lower back pains. So.. it is not worth the money. Tried to eat but all restaurants were closed except the main which was ok for breakfast but for dinner you should pay 185 AED each person for buffet style. Now , for the good thing. Internet was enough and coverage ok. They had a mesh system with AP’s in every room. Service was as it supposed to be. Excellent.

Amazing experience, all the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kumar on the front desk went above and beyond for us and stood talking with us for a good amount of time about how our stay was and about the area itself. The facilities and rooms here exceeded our expectations, beautiful views and there was an excellent choice or food. Highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to visit Abu Dhabi.
