I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere. The hotel is very well maintained and feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff deserve special appreciation — they are extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly make you feel valued and comfortable throughout your stay. I stayed at the Royal M Hotel in Abu Dhabi for work, so I didn’t have much time to enjoy all the facilities. It seems far from center (not verifying, as no time for city seeing!) My room was comfortable and well suited for a business stay. The breakfast was very nice, with a diverse selection, perfect for starting a busy workday. Even though my schedule didn’t allow time to use the swimming area, it looked wonderful and very inviting. The staff were kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay very pleasant overall. I would definitely recommend the Royal M Hotel!

A 5 star hotel should have permanent hot water in the showers, not scalding hot that alternates with freezing cold when you turn it to full hot. Wifi should be faster. When you have 3 guests in the room the third bed should not be a bunk bed that leaves you tired in the morning. The pool should not have 70% of the beds be extra charge. Overall it resembles more a 4 star than a 5 star. But then again I only stay in 5 star hotels every trip I make, so what do I know 😊.

I went with my wife and my 2 years old baby to this amazing hotel. The service we received from all the staff it was just amazing. From the manager to the chef from reception to all the staff in restaurants. They made us feel so welcomed and nothing its too much. Deffo recommended for relax holidays with family and will come back soon.
