What a great service! A variety of dishes. Very interesting about the toilet facilities. They were not as clean as one would have expected them to be. Although the general restaurant service was good, the team were more responsive rather than being proactive.
Management were very supportive overall.

Very nice hotel, BUT: The air conditioning is totally over exaggerated, especially the lobby feels very uncomfortable, but also the restaurant, the corridors and other facilities of the hotel. At our arrival in our room, we had the impression to enter a refrigerator. We have observed many other guests having colds, coughing - it's irresponsible to unnecessarily cool down a place to this level of discomfort. We made multiple remarks to the staff, and all they had to say is that it might be too cold for the guests, but not for themselves. So what exactly are we paying for? Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice hotel, the food is very good, the staff is friendly. But the permanent cold unfortunately spoiled our vacation.

This is my first experience to celebrate my birthday in a five star hotel.
The room was so spacious and clean.
The foods are all organized and all good my guest enjoyed the food they served to us.
The supervisor Karim and his waiter Dani are so assistive and-so attentive in serving us and they always smiling to us. Thank you so much to them for assisting us. Highly recommend for celebrating any occasion in this hotel.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Royal M Hotel's finance department, and my experience left much to be desired. After providing my services to the hotel three months ago, I patiently awaited payment as per our agreed terms. However, the payment process turned into an ordeal.
Firstly, despite clearly specifying my preference for a bank transfer, Royal M Hotel decided to issue payment via cheque without consulting me. This oversight led to unnecessary delays and inconvenience on my end.
To compound matters, when I reached out to rectify the situation and request an alternative payment method, I was met with indifference and rigidity. The finance department insisted that cheque collection could only be done between the narrow window of 11 am to 3 pm, which clashed with my schedule. This inflexibility left me with no viable options and further delayed the resolution of the payment issue.
It's disheartening to see such poor customer service and lack of consideration from a supposedly reputable establishment. Royal M Hotel boasts of its stature as a prominent hospitality provider, but their finance team's behavior, particularly that of Sarath, was nothing short of rude and unprofessional.
I urge Royal M Hotel to reconsider its payment procedures and prioritize customer convenience and satisfaction. After all, what good is a luxurious stay if the hotel fails to uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect towards its partners?
To potential collaborators and guests alike, beware of the hassle and frustration that may accompany any dealings with Royal M Hotel's finance department.
